This study examines the predictive influence of religious habituation and teacher role modeling on students’ emotional intelligence in an Islamic elementary school context. A quantitative approach with an ex post facto design was employed, involving 78 students selected through total sampling. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that religious habituation has a positive and significant effect on students’ emotional intelligence, while teacher role modeling demonstrates a relatively stronger contribution. Simultaneously, both variables significantly predict emotional intelligence, explaining 74.9% of its variance. These results suggest that students’ socio-emotional development is shaped by the integration of structured religious practices and pedagogical modeling within the school environment. The study contributes to the ecological-religious perspective on character education by emphasizing the importance of consistent spiritual habituation and teachers’ personal competence in fostering emotional regulation and social skills. Practically, Islamic elementary schools are encouraged to strengthen religious culture programs and support teachers’ emotional and moral development to enhance students’ emotional intelligence.

Social media has become an alternative space for emotional expression among university students, particularly as a medium for sharing personal problems or emotional distress. This study aims to examine the effect of social media use as a venting platform on the mental health of students at STAIN Mandailing Natal. A quantitative associative research design was employed, involving 25 fifth-semester students as respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire measuring the intensity of social media venting behavior and mental health indicators, including stress, anxiety, mood, and self-confidence. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential tests, including correlation and simple linear regression. The findings indicate that social media use as a place for venting has a significant relationship with students’ mental health. Positive responses received through social media tend to improve emotional well-being, while negative responses may increase stress and anxiety levels. These findings suggest that social media can function both as a supportive and risky environment for students’ mental health, depending on how it is used. Therefore, students are encouraged to use social media wisely, and educational institutions are advised to provide mental health literacy and guidance related to healthy social media use.

Organizational culture plays a very important role in determining the level of educational productivity, especially in Islamic educational institutions which have distinctive characteristics in fostering students. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture consisting of the SAKTI values (Salafi, Active, Creative, Taqwa, and Innovative) on educational productivity at MI Ma’arif NU Hidayatul Mubtadiin Padangasri Mojokerto. The SAKTI values are believed to create a conducive, harmonious, and motivating work environment, so that educators can work optimally in supporting the achievement of educational goals. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to all 32 teaching and educational staff as research respondents. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS application to determine the extent of the influence of organizational culture on educational productivity. The results of the study show that the SAKTI organizational culture has a significant influence on educational productivity. This is indicated by the value of the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.650, which means that 65% of the variation in educational productivity can be explained by organizational culture. Meanwhile, the significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and the t-count of 10.211, which is greater than the t-table of 2.042, indicate that the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) is accepted. These findings confirm that the higher the implementation of organizational culture with SAKTI values in madrasah, the higher the level of educational productivity achieved. Therefore, Islamic educational institutions need to continuously instill, internalize, and strengthen organizational culture based on SAKTI values in order to improve the quality of educators and encourage the creation of more effective, efficient, and competitive education.

His research discusses the influence of wives in earning a living on family welfare, where this research was made based on observations regarding wives who work to earn a living, who are the backbone of the family in order to meet all the needs of their respective households. The majority of the labor force for women always increases every year. Because of the big role that women play as housewives, most of them play a big role in the welfare of their families, from paying for housing, education and even food. The role of the husband as head of the household and the wife as a housewife must go hand in hand. The husband as head of the family is responsible for earning a living for the welfare of the family. On the other hand, as a housewife, the wife must have creativity in managing the family economy. And what needs to be understood is that in the household each husband and wife have their own roles. So that general conclusions can be drawn, namely: a. The husband is obliged to provide his wife with shelter and other support. b.  The wife must follow her husband and live at her husband's place.  The amount of maintenance obligations depends on the husband's discretion.  So providing maintenance is based on the husband's ability, not the wife's request. Families are formed through the marriage process. Marriage is a pattern of behavior created by God for regeneration in the development of human life in a world that is always dynamic in accordance with the times. This study aims to explore the concept of ethical virtue in the teachings of Sufism of Abdul Qadir al-Jailani and its relevance in the formation of modern human character. According to al-Jailani, purification of the soul is a key element in achieving moral perfection. This process consists of several spiritual stages, namely repentance, which means returning to Allah with regret and determination to improve oneself; zuhud, freeing oneself from worldly attachments; tawakal, which is surrendering oneself completely to the will of Allah; patience, being steadfast in facing all life's tests; honesty, behaving according to the truth; gratitude, always being grateful for all the blessings given; and ridha, accepting all His decisions sincerely. These stages aim to improve individual morals and guide them towards a better life spiritually and ethically. This study uses a library research method with a qualitative approach, in which content analysis techniques are applied to comprehensively understand al-Jailani's teachings. The results of the study indicate that the concept of ethical virtue taught by al-Jailani is very relevant in the development of human character, both in the past and the present. His teachings can be integrated into the modern ethical and moral education system as an effort to form individuals with noble morals. The appreciation of these values allows humans to live more meaningfully, have good morals, and contribute to creating a more dignified society. In facing modern moral challenges, such as materialism and individualism, al-Jailani's teachings can be a relevant and sustainable ethical guide.
