Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi sekolah dalam mencegah dekadensi moral siswa di SMK Al–Azami Cianjur. Fenomena kemerosotan moral di kalangan pelajar menjadi tantangan serius di era modern, sehingga lembaga pendidikan Islam dituntut untuk berperan aktif dalam pembinaan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di SMK Al–Azami Cianjur selama Oktober–November 2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, guru, serta peserta didik, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencegahan dekadensi moral dilakukan melalui lima strategi utama: (1) pembiasaan religius melalui kegiatan shalat berjamaah, shalat dhuha, puasa sunnah, dan budaya 5S (senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, santun); (2) penguatan pendidikan moral dan etika di setiap mata pelajaran dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler; (3) pendampingan psikologis melalui layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) serta kerja sama dengan lembaga STIFIn untuk mengenali potensi siswa; (4) kolaborasi aktif antara sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat; serta (5) penerapan disiplin yang tegas namun mendidik. Strategi tersebut membentuk ekosistem pendidikan yang harmonis dan berakar pada nilai-nilai Islam. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan karakter berbasis pembiasaan dan keteladanan efektif dalam membentuk generasi berakhlak mulia, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab di tengah tantangan moral abad ke-21.

This study aims to determine the influence of the yellow book extracurricular instructor strategy in improving student achievement. This study was conducted at the Musthafawiyah Islamic Boarding School. In this study, the researcher took samples using Total Sampling (saturated sample), this is because the population is less than 100 so that the entire population is used as a sample. The sample of this study was 48 people. The results of the data analysis obtained using data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis, requirement testing and hypothesis testing using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of the data analysis obtained the correlation coefficient value (rxy) = 0.536 with sig. (ρ) = 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.287 of 28.7% with the remaining percentage of 71.3% influenced by other variables. With Fcount of 18.524. The conclusion is that there is a significant influence between the extracurricular yellow book mentor strategy variables in improving student achievement at the Musthafawiyah Islamic Boarding School. The extracurricular mentor strategy (X) has a significant effect on improving student achievement (Y). with a determination coefficient (R2) of 0.287, which means that the extracurricular mentor strategy has an effect on improving student achievement with a percentage of 28.7% with the remaining percentage of 71.3% influenced by other variables.  Student achievement (Y) at the Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school has a significance value of 0.128> 0.05, so the data is declared normally distributed and is in the good category with a percentage of 87.2%.

This study aims to analyse the implementation of character education management in fostering students' morals at MIS Nurul Iman Gebang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) Planning involves the formulation of lesson plans and educational programs that include goals, policies, methods, and directed procedures; (2) Organising is done through the division of tasks and time, as well as the placement of educators according to expertise to ensure output according to the institution's goals; and (3) Implementation includes habituation of religious values, strengthening of commendable behaviour, and practical activities that support the formation of noble morals. (4) Evaluation is done by supervising implementation in the classroom, providing feedback to educators, and interviewing student guardians to ensure conformity with the institution's goals. This study confirms the importance of character education management in shaping students' good morals through collaboration between institutions, educators and families.

The cultivation of students' morals by Islamic Education teachers is of utmost importance in both worldly and spiritual life. Its aim is to shape the character of students with noble virtues according to Islamic teachings, such as obedience to Allah and His Messenger, and respect for parents. The process of moral upbringing is conducted continuously and systematically to transform and instill positive attitudes and behaviors in students, with the goal of achieving happiness in both this world and the hereafter.This study employs a literature review approach to identify the role of Islamic Education teachers in nurturing students' morals. Teachers of Islamic Education bear moral and professional responsibilities to provide continuous and guided guidance so that students can internalize Islamic moral values in their daily lives.The conclusion of this study affirms that the cultivation of students' morals by Islamic Education teachers is a strategic effort to shape a generation that is of high quality both morally and spiritually. This effort is crucial in preparing students to face life's challenges and to pursue happiness in both the present life and the afterlife
