This study analyzes the role of Islamic leadership in enhancing educational innovation through the integration of managerial, spiritual, and collaborative values in Islamic schools. Using a qualitative literature review method, this study investigates how principals can apply the principles of amanah (trust) and ithqan (trustworthiness) as a basis for professional and ethical management. The results indicate that effective leadership in madrasas requires a balance between spiritual values, managerial competencies, and a collaborative culture that supports educational excellence. Furthermore, this study emphasizes the importance of educational supervision as a strategy for maintaining innovation and continuous improvement in Islamic educational institutions. An Islamic leadership approach that prioritizes integrity, professionalism, and knowledge sharing will foster an innovative and productive environment. This study aims to examine the conceptual understanding of second-semester students in the Islamic Religious Education program at STAI Al-Gazali Soppeng regarding the mental health course. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, oral tests, weekly quizzes, and video-based assignments. The results indicate that the majority of students demonstrated a good to excellent understanding of basic mental health concepts, as reflected by an average oral test score of 90. Students were also able to integrate Islamic values such as patience (sabr), gratitude (shukr), and trust in God (tawakkul) in addressing contemporary mental health issues. Weekly quizzes proved effective in enhancing engagement, content retention, and students’ reflective thinking. Additionally, video-based projects encouraged creativity, critical thinking, and the ability to contextualize course content in real-life situations. These findings suggest that active and contextual learning strategies significantly improve students’ conceptual understanding. The study recommends the wider adoption of similar approaches in teaching courses that incorporate Islamic values to foster awareness of the importance of mental health in students’ spiritual and social lives.

This article discusses the application of deductive and inductive methods in management, which are relevant in facing modern business challenges. Deductive methods, which move from general principles to specific cases, are used to confirm decisions based on established theories, whereas inductive methods, which move from specific observations to generalizations, allow the formation of new theories based on empirical data. These two methods have complementary advantages and disadvantages; deductive excels in efficiency and systematic logic, but is limited to initial premises, while inductive offers flexibility in understanding complex situations, although it risks producing less valid generalizations. The integration of deductive and inductive methods can provide a holistic approach, helping organizations make decisions that are evidence-based, adaptive, and relevant to specific contexts

Discussing calligraphy as an Islamic artwork is very interesting because it displays the beauty and meaning of each stroke of the letters, especially in the Qur'an. Calligraphy is a visual and correspondence skill. It also helps to learn and understand the Arabic language. Arabic is essential to the teaching of Islam as it serves as a way to convey strictly and paves the way for Islamic history and scholarly works. The subjective differentiation strategy was used in this study to examine the relationship between the excellence of students in Arabic language education at Imam Bonjol State Islamic University Padang West Sumatra and their ability to compose Arabic and calligraphy as an improvement in learning, which allows them to concentrate on culture and expression related to Arabic. The consequences of this study indicate that interest in calligraphy as a whole has an impact on students' Arabic composing ability and aptitude. Students who have both interests and abilities will generally get greater help from others, but students who are basically interested need greater help. This study shows how important calligraphy is to further develop Arabic composing ability and demonstrates the work of the contrasting supporting elements of interest and ability.
