Islamic educational institutions face various challenges in human resource management, such as internal conflicts, low work motivation, and suboptimal performance of educators. These issues impact the effectiveness of institutions in achieving educational goals. This article aims to analyze how the synergy between conflict management and work motivation can improve human resource performance in Islamic educational institutions based on Islamic values. The issues examined include how conflict management and motivation contribute to performance improvement, as well as how Islamic values can be used as a basis for their management. The method used is a literature study by reviewing various relevant literature from journals, books, and previous research results. The results of the study show that conflicts that are managed constructively and motivation that is built on the basis of Islamic spiritual values can create a productive and sustainable work culture. The synergistic integration of the two can encourage an improvement in work ethic, teamwork, and the quality of educational services. This article provides a theoretical contribution to the development of HR management strategies in Islamic educational institutions based on Sharia values.

Bank BTN Syariah Bekasi Branch is one of the Islamic banking institutions operating in Indonesia and plays an important role in providing sharia-based financial services. In running its business, this bank faces various challenges, one of which is the achievement of work targets by employees who are not optimal. The results of the performance assessment show that employee performance is still relatively low. This condition is allegedly influenced by low work motivation and leadership style that has not been able to drive maximum productivity, thus impacting operational effectiveness and achieving overall company goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of employees of Bank BTN Syariah Bekasi Branch, the research data sources used include primary data and secondary data, the type of research data is quantitative, the number of respondents in the study is 56 respondents, the data processing method used, descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the leadership style variable has a positive influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, work motivation has no effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, there is an influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. This can be proven based on the recorded F value of 43,883. which means it is greater than the F value of the table of 3.175. (43,883 > 3,175). In addition, the resulting significance value is 0.000, which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

This thesis discusses of peer lesson-based active learning in motivating the learning of morals at MTs Al-huda Dendang, Tanjung Jabung Timur regency. Find out how of peer lesson-based active learning in motivating learning morality at MTs Al-huda Dendang and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors active learning based on peer lesson in motivating learning morality in MTs Al-huda Dendang, east Tanjung Jabung Timur regency, Jambi Province. This research is a qualitative research is done by using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The result is that of peer lesson-based active learning is one way to teach students to understand the material from their peers so that they can increase students’ self-confidence to be active in learning which ultimately result in maximum learning success. And the supporting factors for of active learning based on peer lesson in motivating the learning of morality, namely the teacher’s ability to guide students to be more active and creative, guiding students to get used to developing courage in asking questions and opinions. As for the inhibiting factors, such as students still having difficulty understand and remembering the material taught by their friends, overall students are less active in participating in morals learning activities, and difficulties in setting the time for learning activities.

The principal's leadership is one of the important components that determines the growth and sustainability of educational institutions.  School principals have a great opportunity to develop leadership values ​​in the modern era.  To develop education, high-quality and continuously developing leaders are needed.  In addition, school principals must motivate teachers because they have to make a major contribution in the educational environment. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a correlational type.  This research used a total sampling technique, with a total sample of thirty teachers and academic staff. This research instrument consists of thirty questionnaires, or questionnaires, for each variable. The research results show that the correlation coefficient between the principal's transformational leadership variable (X) and teachers' work motivation (Y) is 0.623, thus the relationship between the two is quite strong.

This article aims to analyze the strategies of reward and punishment in enhancing the motivation and performance of agents at PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life Medan Branch. This study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 insurance agents working at the Medan branch. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings indicate that the reward strategies implemented by the company, such as recognition and bonuses, positively impact the improvement of agents' motivation and performance. On the other hand, the application of punishment strategies, such as sanctions or incentive reductions, has also proven effective in improving discipline and performance. Overall, the combination of reward and punishment strategies significantly enhances the motivation and performance of agents at PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life Medan Branch.

Work motivation is one of the key factors that contribute to improving teacher performance in education. This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation in improving teacher performance at SMP Bina Siswa, Laud Dendang. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires and interviews with teachers and school management. The results of the study indicate that good work motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, significantly affects teacher productivity and performance quality. Factors such as awards, recognition, a conducive work atmosphere, and support from school leaders have proven to be the main drivers in improving teacher work motivation. Thus, it is important for schools to continue to pay attention to the motivational needs of teachers in order to create a supportive work environment and improve the quality of education at the school.

This research aims to examine in depth the influence of completing the principal’s tasks on teacher work motivation in schools. Teacher work motivation is an important element that can influence the quality of teaching and learning in the classroom, which ultimately has an impact on student achievement. The principal has a central role in managing the school and supporting teachers through a variety of administrative and personnel tasks. Effective completion of the principal’s duties is expected to create a conducive work environment, provide clear direction, and improve the work environment. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a correlational type. This research used a total sampling technique with a sample size of all educators and education staff totaling 37. The research instrument for this research was a questionnaire consisting of 25 statements for each variable.  The results of hypothesis testing show that the completion of the principal’s duties has an influence on teacher work motivation of 0.149 x 100% = 14.9%. Through the t test that has been carried out, it turns out that the t count = 4.709 while the t table value = 2.042. Because t count (4.709) > t table (2.042), this shows that there is a positive and significant contribution between the principal’s task completion variable and teacher work motivation at Pahlawan National Middle School in Medan in the form of a linear and predictive relationship via a regression line Ŷ = 126.564 + 0.855 X.

This research aims to evaluate the influence of extracurricular activities on students' learning motivation at SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Medan. Extrinsic motivation is often needed to encourage students who lack an internal drive to learn, especially at elementary school age, where play activities are often more interesting than learning. It is hoped that extracurricular activities can function as a source of additional motivation and improve student learning outcomes. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 25.0. The research results show that the significance value of the t test for the extracurricular activity variable is 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05, and the calculated t of 1.848 is smaller than the t table of 2.052. Thus, the hypothesis that extracurricular activities influence learning motivation. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.112 indicates that only 11.2% of the variation in learning motivation can be explained by extracurricular activities, while the remainder (88.8%) is influenced by other factors outside this research. These findings indicate that although extracurricular activities are an important element, their influence on students' learning motivation at SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Medan is not significant.

Motivation is one of the factors that influences student success in the learning process. Students will get the desired results in learning if within them there is a desire to learn. Motivation can function as a driving force for achieving good results. Students will carry out an activity because there is motivation within them. Having high motivation in learning will achieve optimal results. To achieve optimal results, teachers must give maximum effort and attention to students, especially for students whose achievements are lagging behind other students, so that these students are more motivated in participating in teaching and learning process activities so that what they want can be achieved optimally so that achieve the desired goals, both in the field of education and other goals. By having high motivation, students can develop activities and initiative, can direct and maintain persistence in carrying out learning activities to achieve the desired educational goals.

This research aims to determine the influence of independence, environment, creativity and education on students' motivation to become sharia entrepreneurs. Study students at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sultan Thaha Saifuddin State Islamic University, Jambi, the subjects of this research are students at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sultan Thaha State Islamic University. Saifudin Jambi. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation where the research method used is a quantitative research method that uses primary data and secondary data with a multiple linear regression model. The results of partial testing (t test) of the independence variable and environmental variables do not have a significant effect on students' motivation to become sharia entrepreneurs. while the creativity variable and the education variable have a significant effect on students' motivation to become sharia entrepreneurs. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous test) it can be concluded that independence, environment, creativity and education simultaneously have a significant effect on students' motivation to become sharia entrepreneurs.

The lack of learning motivation of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam students Regency towards PAI lessons causes their learning outcomes to be less than optimal. Low learning motivation, lack of commitment and responsibility as well as active participation of students in responding to learning are obstacles in achieving learning success. To overcome these problems, Islamic Religious Education Learning requires innovative strategies to motivate students to learn. One method that can be used is religious tourism, which combines learning with direct experience at historical and religious sites. This research is a literature study which aims to analyze efforts to increase student learning motivation in PAI learning through religious field trips. In this research, literature was searched and analyzed related to the concept of learning motivation, PAI learning and religious tourism work methods. The results of the literature study show that the religious field trip method can increase students' learning motivation through direct experience and enrich their understanding of Islamic teachings and spiritual values.
