Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) have great potential as centers for community-based economic empowerment, but the entrepreneurial mindset of students is often not optimally developed. This community service program aims to improve the entrepreneurial mindset of students at Al-Inayah Islamic Boarding School through experience-based training and intensive mentoring. The methods used include a participatory approach, interactive training, practical training on organic fertilizer production, strengthening Islamic entrepreneurial values, and mentoring in developing business ideas. This activity was attended by 30 students and evaluated using pre- and post-training instruments. The results showed a 36% increase in entrepreneurial mindset scores, accompanied by significant developments in creativity, risk-taking, and the ability to recognize market opportunities. The program also produced three initial business groups: organic fertilizer processing, agricultural product marketing, and agricultural equipment rental services, which serve as initial steps towards the economic independence of the Islamic boarding school. These findings confirm that experience-based training and ongoing mentoring are effective in shaping the entrepreneurial mindset of students and encouraging the optimization of the Islamic boarding school's productive assets as an effort to strengthen the economy based on Islamic values and sustainability.

The Rempang Eco City area in Batam City has great potential for SMEs, especially in the culinary and local product sectors. This community service aims to enhance the visual creativity of early childhood children through collage art activities at MIN 2 Kota Palangka Raya. In the current digital era, children are often exposed to passive visual media, which can hinder the development of their active creativity. Through the collage art approach, students are given the freedom to create using various materials such as colored paper, origami, and glue, which stimulate fine motor skills and visual creativity. The research method used involved direct guidance in creating collages, followed by the presentation of material about collage art and the steps for creating it. The results of the community service show that collage activities can improve students' creativity, visual expression, and fine motor skills. Additionally, these activities can also boost students' self-confidence in expressing themselves freely and creatively. These findings suggest that collage art can serve as an effective medium in art education at the elementary school level and is highly beneficial for fostering children's creativity from an early age.

The era of digital transformation demands that the younger generation acquire technology-based entrepreneurship skills, or technopreneurship. However, in the context of Vocational High Schools (SMK), many students still lack understanding and skills in developing structured and applicable business models. This Community Service Program (PKM) was carried out to address this challenge, particularly at SMK Negeri 1 Mengwi, Badung, Bali, by leveraging local potential such as tourism and traditional culinary products. The training program focused on the use of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a visual tool for business planning, alongside the introduction of trending technologies such as digital marketing. The activities were implemented in four stages: pre-test, socialization, intensive training, business idea presentation, and post-test evaluation and reflection. A total of 36 students participated in this program. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in understanding of 53.85% in the aspect of technopreneurship and 58.33% in understanding the elements of the BMC. These findings indicate that practical and visual-based approaches are effective in fostering students’ strategic thinking, collaboration, and creativity in developing business ideas based on local potential and technology. This program also made a measurable and impactful contribution to strengthening vocational students' technopreneurship competencies

Visual aids are tools that can stimulate students' thoughts, skills, attention and willingness so that they can encourage the learning process in students, besides that using teaching aids can provide space for students to be actively involved in every learning process. In fact, in Toyang State Junior High School, mathematics learning has not used visual aids. The props created and used are number pattern boxes made of used cardboard, which are designed in such an attractive way to form several number pattern boxes consisting of: square, rectangular and triangular boxes. This visual aid is used in the learning process for class VIII students of SMP Negeri Toyang. This training aims to help foster the creativity of students and improve students' ability to use teaching aids. Reativity and skills in the field of technology are a unit that go hand in hand and are indispensable in the world of work. For this reason, it needs to be instilled early on in directing and developing the skills and creativity of a student. Given the large number of companies engaged in graphic design, advertising and multimedia, it affects the development of the times and everyone's knowledge. In the very rapid development of technology like now we are required to be able to become people who have more creativity. This Community Service is carried out at the Al-Wasliyah Hamparan Perak Vocational School, where the author will help younger siblings to be able to make simple games from power point. But it doesn't demand the possibility for them to recreate it into games that are more creative, innovative and useful.
