The Index Card Match learning model is an active and enjoyable strategy that enhances student involvement in learning activities. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Index Card Match model in increasing student participation in thematic learning for 3rd-grade elementary school students. The research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the Index Card Match model effectively increased student activity in the learning process through paired card matching activities involving questions and answers. Additionally, this model fosters a fun and interactive classroom environment that encourages students to be more confident and expressive. Therefore, the Index Card Match model is effective in boosting student participation and offers teachers an alternative to deliver meaningful and engaging learning experiences.

This study aims to improve the literacy skills of fifth-grade students at SDN Citarik III through the implementation of thematic learning. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of the study showed significant improvement in the students' literacy skills, reflected in the increased literacy test scores and active student involvement in group discussions. The thematic learning approach successfully enhanced students' reading, writing, and critical thinking skills. This improvement was more evident in the second cycle, where the majority of students showed significant progress in their literacy abilities.

Classroom management is an effort made by teachers to create and maintain classroom conditions so that they remain normal and optimal in carrying out learning so that it can continue to run effectively and efficiently. Thematic learning is integrated learning that uses themes to link several subjects so that it can provide meaningful experiences to students. The aim of this research is to describe classroom management in thematic learning. This research method is a descriptive approach with a qualitative research type. The results of this research indicate that the classroom management carried out by teachers at SDN 2 Trienggadeng Pidie Jaya has generally been carried out well and teachers have utilized the available classroom facilities and infrastructure.
