Arabic holds an important position in Islamic education as the language of the Qur'an and Hadith. However, the teaching of Arabic in Islamic educational institutions often focuses only on linguistic aspects, thus not fully achieving the goals of comprehensive Islamic education. This study aims to analyze the strengthening of Arabic language education objectives from the perspective of Islamic Tarbiyah. The method used in this study is qualitative, with a literature study and descriptive analysis approach. The analysis was conducted on relevant sources. The findings indicate that Arabic education within the framework of Islamic Tarbiyah not only emphasizes mastery of language skills but also the importance of shaping students' faith, morals, and Islamic character. The integration of tarbawi values into the objectives, materials, methods, and evaluation of learning becomes a key element in creating Arabic language education that is valuable and aligned with the goals of Islamic education. Its implications are expected to serve as a reference for curriculum development, teacher competence improvement, as well as the formulation of contextual, integrative, and sustainable Arabic language learning policies in national Islamic educational institutions.

Development of a Canva-Based Informatics E-book on ICT Material for Grade X at SMA Negeri 5 Samarinda. This research aims to determine the feasibility of a product in the form of an E-book as a learning medium and to assess the response toward the Canva-based Informatics E-book for Grade X students at SMA Negeri 5 Samarinda. This study employs a Research and Development (R&D) method with the PPE model, which consists of three stages: Planning, Production, and Evaluation. The research subjects involved 35 students from Grade X (I) at SMA Negeri 5 Samarinda, along with 3 media experts and 1 material expert. The research object is the Canva-based Informatics E-book on ICT material. The results showed that the development of the Canva-based E-book, as evaluated by 3 media expert validators, obtained a percentage score of 92.19%, which falls into the “Highly Feasible” category. The Evaluation conducted by 1 material expert achieved a percentage score of 100%, also in the “Highly Feasible” category. Furthermore, students’ responses to the product were measured and obtained an average percentage score of 82.57%, which falls into the “Very Interesting” category. Thus, the development of the Canva-based E-book on ICT material for Grade X at SMA Negeri 5 Samarinda, developed using the PPE model, is declared highly feasible based on media and material expert validation and very interesting based on students’ responses.

He is a great person in implementing concepts. He actively communicates, coordinates, supervises and conducts evaluations. The most important thing is that he motivates teachers and education personnel to become professional teachers and education personnel. He builds morale and a spirit of togetherness in the madrasah educational institution, teaches, trains, and gives advice. All of these hopes will be realized if a leader has the integrity to lead the madrasah educational institution to become an excellent and quality institution. Leader, which means "to lead" or "leader," is the root of the word "leadership," which indicates the act of taking control. "Leadership as the ability to influence a group towards achieving goals" is what Stephen P. Robbins said when asked about leadership. One definition of leadership is the capacity to inspire others to work together to achieve common goals. The development of school culture in order to achieve commitment in achieving the expected standards needs to be continuously carried out in a culture of quality. Therefore, the principal's leadership plays a key role in realizing a culture of quality in educational units.

Intensive reading is a vital skill that supports information comprehension and serves as a foundation for mastering other subjects. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study method. Data were collected through direct observation, audio recordings, and document analysis of previous reading assessment results. Evaluation involved cognitive tests with multiple-choice questions and psychomotor observations while students read texts independently. The findings reveal variations in intensive reading skills among students, particularly in understanding text content, organizing ideas, diction accuracy, sentence structure, spelling, and note-taking ability. Most students could grasp the main idea and identify the plot well; however, challenges remained in using appropriate diction, maintaining consistent sentence structure, and achieving accuracy in spelling and note-taking. These results highlight the need for more effective teaching strategies to improve students’ intensive reading skills. This study is expected to contribute positively to the development of Indonesian language learning methods at the elementary level, better preparing students to face increasingly complex academic challenges.

The type of research used by the researcher is R&D (Research & Development) using the ADIE development model (Analysis, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). In this development research, the effectiveness test was carried out in class V and the practicality test was carried out on fourth grade students at SDN Inpres Samili as a test of practicality and product effectiveness. The results of the study showed that the validity of the Rattan media (cultural wheel) from 4 media and material validators obtained an average score of 93.87 (very valid). The questionnaire response of limited test students showing the practicality of the Rattan media (cultural wheel) obtained an average score of 93.33 (very practical). Thus, the rattan media learning media in sub-theme 2 can be used as a thematic learning media for fourth grade students at SDN Inpres Samili.

The research results show that integration between appraisal orientation and a work performance appraisal system that is tailored to the company's needs can support organizational growth and increase employee motivation. Appraisals and work performance appraisal systems are recognized as effective tools in creating excellence for companies by directing the achievement of organizational goals and improving employee performance. In this context, this research highlights the importance of using relevant and transparent evaluation methods to ensure fairness in employee appraisals. Therefore, implementing good work performance appraisals also involves open communication between management and employees, as well as providing constructive feedback. Thus, this article emphasizes that job performance appraisal is not only an evaluation tool, but also a strategic instrument for building a work culture that supports employee growth and development as well as overall organizational success.

One interesting approach is the development of opportunity card-based learning media. This research aims to develop and release opportunity card media as a mathematics learning aid that can increase students' understanding of concepts and interest in learning. This media development is carried out through the stages of requirements, design analysis, development and evaluation. The research method used is development research using the Kemp model which includes several stages, such as needs analysis, planning, development, implementation and evaluation. Each stage has specific steps that help process developers design and organize learning materials more effectively. The research subjects involved class XII students at SMA Negeri 62 Jakarta. The research results showed that the opportunity card media developed received a positive response from students and teachers. Understanding of mathematical concepts increased significantly, and students' interest in learning also increased. and also provide an interesting learning experience and can increase student involvement in learning.
