Fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 76/IX Mendalo still show low learning motivation in Natural Sciences and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects. This study aims to describe the strategies used to increase students' interest in reading through the selection of interesting Arabic texts at the Darut Tauhid Patemon Islamic Boarding School. The low interest in reading Arabic texts among students is the background to the importance of selecting reading materials that suit their interests and needs. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the selection of texts that are relevant to the daily lives of students, accompanied by the use of interactive learning methods, can significantly increase reading interest. In addition, teacher involvement in selecting and presenting contextual materials is also a major supporting factor.

By using the Borg and Gall model which includes 5 stages, namely potential and problems, collecting data, product design, product validation, and design revision. The results of the study showed that the validity of the illustrated story media from 4 media and material validators obtained an average score of 83.26 categorized as very feasible. The questionnaire response of limited test students showed the practicality of the illustrated story media with an average score of 85.16 categorized as very practical. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation sheets and interview list sheets conducted at SD N 1 Demulih. The results of this study is the Library at SD N 1 Demulih have carried out several strategies for physical and non-physical arrangement of the library. The physical arrangement strategy that has been carried out is the location of the Library that is accessible to students, bright lighting and available air ventilation as well as providing facilities and infrastructure such as chairs and tables in good condition that can be used by students when reading the library collection. Providing these strategies is very important for readers so that students who read in the library feel comfortable and make them feel at home so that the students want to come back again to read.

This research aims to assess the effect of a fairy tale-based literacy approach on improving students' reading abilities. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results showed that before the program was implemented, students' interest in reading was low. However, after the program was implemented, there was a significant increase in students' participation and understanding of reading material, especially in terms of listening, composing stories, and discussions. As many as 85% of students were actively involved, showing higher enthusiasm for literacy activities. This program is considered effective in improving students' literacy skills, with recommendations that literacy activities be held regularly with a variety of more interesting stories, as well as involving parents to support a good reading environment at home.

The approach views learning as a process of building understanding through experience and information. With this approach, learners' unique perceptions, knowledge and feelings influence the learning process. The problems in this study are (1) How is student interest in learning in the application of the Active Learning learning model using smart wheel games multiplication material of class III mathematics lessons SDIT Baitul Ilmi (2) Whether the application of the Active Learning learning model using smart wheel games can increase student interest in learning multiplication material of class III mathematics lessons SDIT Baitul Ilmi. This research includes Classroom Action Research (PTK) conducted in two cycles using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis methods.  Each cycle consists of four stages, namely design, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were third grade students of SDIT Baitul Ilmi, totalling 33 students. The research data was obtained using teacher and student observation sheets and student learning interest test results, then the data was analysed using the percentage formula. The results obtained are (1) teacher activity in cycle I using the Active Learning model from 87.50% to 93.75% in cycle II, (2) student activity in cycle I using the Active Learning model 54.64% to 85.17% and, (3) the results of student learning interest in Mathematics subjects cycle I using Active Learning 32.25% to 83.87% in cycle II. This shows that the results of students' confidence in Mathematics subjects using the Active Learning model show very positive results. Based on the results of this study, it can increase students' interest in learning to be more active and the teacher's ability to improve for the better.

Elementary school students' interest in reading is an important aspect in the ongoing learning process. However, students' low interest in reading is a challenge for educators. This article aims to examine various creative learning strategies that can be applied to increase elementary school students' interest in reading. Using the literature review method, this article identifies and analyzes effective learning strategies in the context of basic education.
