Fish farming using the biofloc system is a technological innovation capable of increasing efficiency, production results, and the sustainability of fisheries business at the village level. This study aims to determine the development of fish farming businesses using the biofloc system in increasing family income in Sembuluh village. Then, it aims to understand the impact of using the biofloc system in increasing family income and to understand the Islamic economic perspective on the utilization of the biofloc system in increasing family income. The method used is a qualitative or field research approach with purposive sampling techniques to collect data from 5 fish farmers who implement the biofloc system. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The research results show that fish farming using a biofloc system is able to increase family income through increased production and feed cost efficiency. This system supports more controlled pond management, maintains water quality, and produces more stable harvests. In addition to increasing income, the implementation of the biofloc system also strengthens family economic resilience due to planned harvest cycles and group cooperation. From an Islamic economic perspective, this practice aligns with the principles of halal, honesty, justice, and social responsibility, as well as providing benefits for families and the community.

This is due to the fact that each student brings unique characteristics and diverse backgrounds to the classroom. Teachers, therefore, must selec and develop various teaching materials that are suited to the individual needs of their students. The ability to tailor these materials effectively requires experience and knowledge in the development and selection of appropriate teaching tools for elementary schools. This study aims to assess the ability of elementary school teachers to manage differentiated learning, specifically through a literature review. The research will also identify how teachers approach the management of differentiated learning in the classroom and analyze the factors influencing their ability to implement this approach. By examining relevant literature, the study seeks to provide insight into the current capabilities of teachers and offer recommendations for improving the management of differentiated learning. The research employs a literature review method to gather data and draw conclusions about the best practices for managing differentiated learning in elementary school settings.

This research is motivated by the low quality of learning in various educational units, one of the causes of which is the gap between curriculum design and classroom implementation. A good curriculum will not have a significant impact without effective implementation by teachers. Therefore, curriculum implementation plays a strategic role as a link between macro-level education policies and classroom learning practices. This study aims to analyze the impact of curriculum implementation on learning quality, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and formulate strategies to strengthen learning quality. The method used is descriptive qualitative, using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques with teachers, principals, and elementary school students. The results show that the implementation of a flexible curriculum, such as the Independent Curriculum, encourages a shift from teacher-centered to student-centered learning, which increases student motivation and engagement through project-based learning and authentic assessment. However, teacher preparedness, limited infrastructure, and administrative burdens remain major obstacles. Authentic assessment has been shown to improve students' critical thinking skills and creativity, but requires consistent managerial support. The implication is that improving the quality of learning must be accompanied by strengthening teacher competency, the availability of resources, and adaptive school management so that curriculum transformation has a real impact on the quality of national education

This research examines the role of Pura Siwa Jagat Karana as the orientation center of the Balinese Hindu community in Ternate City, functioning not only as a place of worship but also as a hub for social and cultural activities. The study aims to describe the role of Pura Siwa Jagat Karana in the religious, social, and cultural life of the Balinese Hindu community and to analyze the challenges faced in sustaining its existence within a multicultural society. The research employs Emile Durkheim’s Structural Functionalism theory, emphasizing the role of religious institutions in maintaining social integration. A qualitative approach was applied, using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that Pura Siwa Jagat Karana functions as a spiritual center, a medium for preserving Balinese culture, and a means of strengthening solidarity and identity of the Balinese Hindu community. Nevertheless, the temple faces several challenges, including limited accessibility for worshippers, changes in management, insufficient ritual facilities, dynamics in priest leadership, and constrained resources. Despite these obstacles, the temple continues to serve as a symbol of harmony and a space for interfaith dialogue that fosters peace in the heterogeneous society of Ternate.

Curriculum change is a challenge that requires adaptation from all school elements, including teachers, principals and support staff. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research focus includes how school organizations behave in responding to curriculum changes, the strategies implemented to manage changes, and the obstacles faced during the adaptation process. It is hoped that the research results will provide an overview of the dynamics of school organizations in the context of curriculum change as well as recommendations for effective management of change in the school environment.

The results of the study indicate that the process of managing incoming mail in the general and personnel section, namely incoming mail starts from receiving letters, directing letters, delivering incoming letters, processing letters, storing letters. The letter management procedure at the post office runs optimally.

This research aims to identify challenges and solutions in implementing discussion learning methods in Indonesian language subjects. Through a literature review, it was found that the main challenges lie in low student participation, teachers' lack of ability to manage discussions, and limited time and resources. Apart from that, the heterogeneity of students' abilities is also an obstacle. To overcome these challenges, this research presents several solutions, including: creating a conducive learning environment, providing space for exploration for students, improving teacher skills, motivating students, and improving classroom management. By implementing these solutions in an integrated manner, it is hoped that discussion learning can become more effective and achieve the desired learning goals. This research concludes that the successful implementation of the discussion method is very dependent on the joint efforts of various parties, including teachers, students and schools. Thus, discussion learning can be an effective means for developing students' language, critical thinking and collaboration skills.

Classroom management is a conscious effort to organize learning process activities systematically, including the preparation of teaching materials, provision of facilities and infrastructure, organizing learning spaces and creating a conducive learning atmosphere so that learning objectives can be achieved. Classroom management efforts lead to the preparation of learning materials, learning facilities and infrastructure, learning space arrangements, controlling student behavior, and improving student achievement and grades. The implementation of classroom management will create an effective, varied, and fun learning atmosphere. The purpose of the research conducted intends to find out (1) To what extent is the implementation of classroom management. (2) Whether the learning process is effective. (3) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing classroom management. (4) And what efforts are made by teachers and schools in improving the effectiveness of classroom management. The results showed that classroom management has not been carried out optimally, the teacher's teaching method is still monotonous so that it makes students less interested in listening to the material. Then there is still a lack of student discipline. Although the implementation of classroom management is still not optimal, teachers remain enthusiastic and continue to strive to do and implement classroom management optimally, so that what is the goal of the school will be achieved properly. The efforts that teachers will make in implementing classroom management in order to increase the effectiveness of learning are by preparing administrative tasks properly, using varied learning methods and media. And teachers apply student discipline.

Although the implementation of classroom management is still not optimal, teachers remain enthusiastic and continue to strive to do and implement classroom management optimally, so that what is the goal of the school will be achieved properly. The efforts that teachers will make in implementing classroom management in order to increase the effectiveness of learning are by preparing administrative tasks properly, using varied learning methods and media. The purpose of this study is to determine the standard of preparation of education and training in the BPSDM institution of Central Kalimantan Province. What preparations are made by the Central Kalimantan Province BPSDM institution in preparing or planning training activities. The research method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research was conducted at the Central Kalimantan Province BPSDM office. The results of this study indicate that the standard of training preparation carried out by the Central Kalimantan Province BPSDM institution is very structured starting from planning activities, analyzing needs, determining training objectives, administrative preparation, educational preparation and organization .
