The purpose of writing this article is to determine the implementation of prophetic in basic education institutions. This research uses a type of library research. Library research is research carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The results of his research show that the prophetic leadership paradigm is a leadership paradigm that refers to the leadership concept of the prophets or Apostles of Allah SWT. Where this prophetic paradigm is a set of theories that not only describes and transforms social phenomena, and does not just change things for the sake of change, but more than that, it is hoped that it can direct change on the basis of ethical and prophetic ideals. From the description of the verses of the Koran, hadith, and theoretical views, which are relevant to the values ​​of the mission sent by the prophets, there are several indications or characteristics that could be seen as a prophetic leadership paradigm. Among these characteristics are: a) Smart, analytical and critical (fathanah); b) Tabligh, firm, brave and upholding justice and honesty; c) Gentleness and compassion; d) Bringing the mission of monotheism (transcendental). Then, other prophetic leadership values ​​or characteristics include: Smart, analytical and critical (fathanah); Tabligh, firm, brave and upholding justice and honesty; Gentleness and compassion; Bringing the mission of monotheism (transcendental); have a progressive vision; Have moral responsibility; Have managerial abilities; Sincere and have a spirit of dedication and devotion; Trustworthy and fair; Carrying the mission of worship and monotheism; Zuhud, honest and good at socializing or interacting with others; Become a role model for subordinates; Wise, forgiving and tolerant; Optimistic, patient and moral al-Karimah; has a reforming spirit and professionalism. Apart from that, the prophetic leadership paradigm is a necessity to be implemented and at the same time becomes the spirit in the implementation of leadership in Islamic educational institutions. Everything is a means to create the benefit of the people and solely.

This research aims to explain the concept of Harun Ar-Rashid's thoughts related to Islamic education and its relevance to the current context of Islamic education. The research method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach, exploring information from various sources such as literature, research reports, theses, dissertations, and electronic publications related to Harun Ar-Rashid's concept of thought on Islamic education and its relevance to the present. The results show that Harun al-Rashid's concept of Islamic education has significant inspirational value. A deep understanding of these concepts allows Islamic education to continue to develop and make a positive contribution amid the dynamics of modern times. In the midst of the complexity of the modern world, the values championed by Harun al-Rashid can be an important guideline in defining the role of Islamic education and achieving the expected noble goals.

This research aims to describe the process of Ro’a mu’u ceremony in Pogon village and also To Analyzing meaning of the Ro’a mu’u ceremony in Pogon village. The research used qualitative method and data collection techniques are, interview, and documentation. Data analysis in this research used data reduces, data display, and drawing conclusion. The result of this research showed that Ro'a Mu’u is a marriage ritual as a symbol of the second opportunity for the bride and groom.Ro'amu'u is performed at the bride's house, after the bride and groom carry out a church wedding. Ro'amu'u is carried out home from the church in accordance with the agreement of both parties, namely the male side (me pu) and the female side (inaama). In this process, the woman will plant a banana tree in front of the house and replace the traditional Sikka sarong, in general, ro’amu’u in Sikka district is one of the traditional ceremonies marriage that is prioritized in traditional wedding ceremonies, Meaning of ro'amu'u is that the bride and groom feel that marriage is a very sacred value with the aim of continuing offspring so that their marriage is symbolized by meaning and social values. specialy in Pogaon village must preserve the customs and culture of ro'a mu'u the younger generation because this ceremony is a sacred wedding ceremony with the aim of continuing the lineage so that the younger generation must learn and carry out this ceremony for generations.

This research aims to describe the process of Ro’a mu’u ceremony in Pogon village and also To Analyzing meaning of the Ro’a mu’u ceremony in Pogon village. The research used qualitative method and data collection techniques are, interview, and documentation. Data analysis in this research used data reduces, data display, and drawing conclusion. This research aims to describe the form of implementation of the Pancasila student profile at SMAN 2 Medan.The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research results show that the Pancasila student profile values ​​have been implemented intensively, namely 1) The profile of faith, devotion to God Almighty and noble morals is realized through JUBAH (Juma'at Worship) activities which are carried out every Friday morning and carrying out congregational prayers. 2) The global diversity profile is implemented through discussion and study of various foreign cultures. 3) The mutual cooperation profile is realized through community service activities, group discussions, and the preparation of OSIS work programs. 4) An independent profile is realized through completing daily tasks, taking exams, as well as returning and fixing books in the library. 5) The creative profile is realized by encouraging students to create new things, carrying out activities to recycle waste into useful items in the P5 program. 6) Critical reasoning is carried out through activities to get students used to asking questions in class, discussing, giving arguments to the problems raised, criticizing and respecting differences of opinion. The results of this research can be used as a model in implementing the Pancasila student profile in high school.

The type of research used is qualitative research and the methods used are case study and observation methods. The results of the analysis show that there are several signs and symbols related to the identity of the Indonesian nation both of symbols that are visible in real terms or have visualization, as well as in appreciation of values through behavior and actions, especially symbols and signs related to the Indonesian nation identity in the form of Pancasila and diversity. Symbols and signs related to values of diversity is application of Indonesian language and no discrimination, agent of change team, anti bullying posters in school environment. Symbols and signs related to Pancasila values is there are religious activities, application of 5S everymorning, flag ceremony, group assignment in class, and friday clean.

In the results there are the function of the Lega Mitan traditional ceremony, especially Habi Village, is as a form of respect for people who have died. The ceremony functions so that the soul of the deceased is more peaceful in the afterlife. The Lega Mitan ceremony is a ceremony that signifies that the grieving period is over. It is called blatan bliran, blatan means cold, bliran means freshness for the two people accompanying the corpse. The values that we can take in carrying out the traditional Lega Mitan ceremony are human values and mutual cooperation.

This approach can be linked between literary works and real life through a mimetic approach. In the novel, the local community rejects the "cook, macak, manak" system, that women can only cook, dress up and give birth. So researchers are interested in studying it using a mimetic approach. The method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive approach which produces data in the form of written words, and this research contains data quotations which provide an overview of the research results, then the data collection technique used is reading and note-taking techniques, because to find out a picture of life social values, education, and struggles that exist in real life. The description of social reality includes an attitude of helping the upper class to the lower class (compassion), and the existence of an attitude of helping the lower class to the upper class (reciprocity) in the novel reflects social values ​​in real life. Then the description of the reality of education, such as enthusiasm for education and being active in school activities, in the novel, the value of education is still present in the real world. Then the reality of struggle is related to fighting for rights.

In literary sociology, Literary works are seen as a reflection of social life and cannot be separated from consideration elements of fiction and social aspects in social life. This means studying literary sociology the relationship between literary works and people in society, as well as social processes.
