Education is a process in which educators and students work together to create benefits, skilled attitudes, and personalities. In the midst of the pandemic, the government is encouraging educational institutions to change students from face-to-face learning to virtual, or distance, learning. Virtual learning remains another option when teachers cannot be in class. This research aims to understand how the learning environment influences the desire to learn. This study uses a quantitative approach. A sample of 30 sharia economics study program students at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten received a questionnaire via Google form. Data were then collected using the SPSS Version 25 program. This research found that the online learning environment influenced students' desire to study sharia economics at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. The findings show that some students experience difficulties in learning the lessons given by their teachers during online learning, which results in a decrease in their desire to learn. Therefore, to increase student motivation and learning outcomes, the quality of learning on campus must be improved.

One approach that can increase students' focus is by implementing the Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective and Fun Learning Model (PAIKEM). This model emphasizes active interaction between teachers and students, the use of innovative methods, and a creative and fun learning atmosphere. This research emphasizes how the use of the PAIKEM Model can stimulate students' active participation, increase involvement in the learning process, and strengthen understanding and use of Indonesian. Therefore, it is hoped that this research can be an effective means of increasing students' focus in learning Indonesian, paving the way for achieving better and more sustainable learning outcomes.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using visual media, specifically flashcards, in enhancing the vocabulary of first-grade students at SDN Wonorejo 3 Surabaya. This topic was chosen due to the importance of vocabulary development in language learning and the need for innovative teaching methods. The research method involved a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design, collecting data through pretests and posttests on 30 students. The results showed a significant increase in students' vocabulary scores after using flashcards, with the average pretest score of 59.87 rising to 84.47 in the posttest. These findings confirm that flashcards are an effective learning medium for improving students' vocabulary. The conclusion of this study is that the use of visual media like flashcards can significantly enhance vocabulary comprehension, supporting the development of students' communication skills.

The role of appraisal orientation and work performance appraisal systems in human resource management is very important to motivate employees and achieve company goals. This article uses a qualitative approach with case studies to explore employee performance and working conditions. The research results show that integration between appraisal orientation and a work performance appraisal system that is tailored to the company's needs can support organizational growth and increase employee motivation. Appraisals and work performance appraisal systems are recognized as effective tools in creating excellence for companies by directing the achievement of organizational goals and improving employee performance. In this context, this research highlights the importance of using relevant and transparent evaluation methods to ensure fairness in employee appraisals. Therefore, implementing good work performance appraisals also involves open communication between management and employees, as well as providing constructive feedback. Thus, this article emphasizes that job performance appraisal is not only an evaluation tool, but also a strategic instrument for building a work culture that supports employee growth and development as well as overall organizational success.

This study aims to describe the meaning of denotation, meaning of connotation, and myth in the traditions of Ngulihi Tudung in the Karo tribe. This study is a qualitative descriptive study by applying a semiotic approach developed by Roland Barthes to uncover aspects of sign communication in the marriage tradition of Karo Ngulih Tudung which later differed from the public view of marriage traditions that began to be distorted. The data obtained in this study is a sentence, dialogue or sign that can communicate the message to be delivered to the marriage tradition of Ngulihi Tudung tribe Karo. The data analysis technique is to carefully identify signs and symbols in the Tudung Tradition, divide them into markers and markers, analyze the relationship of signs to form more complex meanings, analyse the meaning of denotations, analyse meaning of connotations based on cultural historical context to mythology as ideology based on the study of Roland Barthes' Semiotics, and write the conclusions of the research. The results of the study show that the meaning of the denotation in the marriage tradition of Ngulihi Tudung seeks to show the most tangible meaning in the sign. In other words, the Denotation of Roland Barthers in the sentence found in the Marriage tradition is what is described by the sign against an object. Connotation is expressive, involving more subjective and objective experience. In the marriage tradition Ngulihi Tudung invites the public to criticize as sharply as myths can see certain values or norms that work in society.

The findings revealed that the utilization of flashcard materials has the potential to enhance linguistic abilities among young children by incorporating visual elements such as images, alphabets, symbols, and colors. This, in turn, captures the attention of children, facilitates easier retention of new words, enables recognition of letter shapes and sounds, enhances listening skills, promotes critical thinking, and encourages verbal expression, as evidenced by their communication proficiency.

The aim of the basic principles of muamalah is to create justice and benefit in social life. This research aims to review further the basic principles of muamalah in Islam which serve as guidelines for Muslims in carrying out economic and social activities. By applying these principles, it is hoped that a just, prosperous and blessed society can be achieved. This research uses a qualitative approach with the library search method. The descriptive qualitative approach used aims to explore and explain existing phenomena by relying on sources of information from various sources such as books, journals, digital databases and other literature. The primary goal is to increase student participation and equip them with strong communication skills in German. This research aims to analyze BIPA teaching materials by including the local culture of North Sumatra. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include documentation and data sources from BIPA teaching materials which include the local culture of North Sumatra.   The data analysis technique uses the concept of Prastowo theory. The results of this research are BIPA teaching materials with Angkola Batak ethnic culture really help foreign language speakers in understanding Indonesian with the cultural nuances of the Angkola Batak ethnic tribe. This can be seen from the material which is prepared systematically and structured.    

Education is a human right that everyone must have, without exception for children with special needs, especially children with autism. Usually the education that autistic children get is only in special schools (SLB), and the costs incurred for this education are not small but are much more expensive than the regular school system. The effect is that many autistic children cannot experience the world of education because of their parents' economic factors. This research summarizes several problems, namely "How is the implementation of educational services for children with autism at SLB Keleyan? The research methodology used is a qualitative approach and then outlined in the descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by observation and direct interviews regarding the service activities carried out by SLB Keleyan. Sources of information in this study amounted to 3 people, consisting of 3 men.      

This study aims to investigate the influence of the Management Training Discussion Method on the Understanding of Islamic Education Management Students C4 Class of 2022. Discussion is an activity where people gather to talk and share opinions about a topic. The goal of the discussion is to broaden the understanding of a particular issue or topic. Training Management is the process of managing training within an organization. Its purpose is to enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities to work more effectively and efficiently. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, employing a causal-comparative approach with online questionnaires distributed through electronic media such as Google Forms. The findings from this study indicate that a constant variable does not contribute significantly to the correlation analysis, but it can still show a significant relationship in the regression analysis.
