Saat ini pengguna internet dan media sosial di Indonesia tumbuh pesat. Jumlah pengguna aktif media sosial di Indonesia sebanyak 191 juta orang pada Januari 2022. Pemerintah Indonesia juga memanfaatkan media daring untuk mensosialisasikan beberapa kebijakan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perubahan sikap dari para pengguna media sosial terhadap komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah melalui kanal media daring milik pemerintah maupun kanal berita media daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner penetlitian kepada pengguna media sosial yang berusia 17-60 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 47,7% responden menyatakan informasi yang diberikan oleh pemerintah kadang-kadang memberikan perubahan sikap, sementara 36,4% responden menyatakan bahwa informasi yang disampaikan membawa perubahan sikap pada diri mereka, dan 15,9% menyatakan informasi yang disampaikan tidak merubah sikap apapun bagi mereka. Hal yang menarik lainnya adalah 91,4% responden menyatakan bahwa mereka mengikuti komunikasi politik pemerintah yang dibagikan di media daring maupun media sosial. Sedangkan sisanya (8,6%) menyatakan bahwa mereka tidak mengikuti informasi terkait kebijakan pemerintah yang dibagikan di media daring maupun media sosial. Namun responden menilai bahwa pemerintah belum dapat memaksimalkan komunikasi politik melalui media sosial yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah, dimana bahasa penyampaian informasi yang digunakan kurang sesuai dengan tingkat literasi pengguna media sosial, informasi yang disampaikan kurang menarik dan kurang informatif bagi pengguna media sosial, kurangnya unsur edukasi di informasi yang disampaikan oleh pemerintah dan minimnya saluran penyampain keluhan di media daring atau media sosial yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah.  Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya evaluasi dari pemerintah untuk membenahi komunikasi yang dilakukan melalui media daring dan media sosial milik pemerintah.

This study aims to determine how much influence training and work motivation partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. The method that will be used is explanatory research and hypothesis testing. With the survey technique, the questionnaire was distributed with a Likert scale. The determination technique uses saturated sampling with 100 respondents mainly employees who work in the operational division. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis, namely: 1. Validity and Reliability Test, 2. Multiple Regression Analysis, 3. Coefficient of Determination Analysis (R2), 4. Hypothesis Testing with Partial Test (t test) and Simultaneous Test ( F test) The results of the test and analysis are as follows:1.  There is a positive and significant effect between training on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.489 or 48.9%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05,2. There is a positive and significant effect between motivation on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.470 or 47.0%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05.and 3. There is a positive and significant effect between training and motivation simultaneously on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.591 or 59,1%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05.  

The state is an organization that has a purpose. The purpose of this study is to enforce the law regarding permits for waste water disposal in motor vehicle washing businesses and the sanctions imposed by the government on motorized vehicle washing businesses that do not have a waste water disposal permit. Normative juridical research, namely research originating from laws and regulations that present actual facts with the topic of study. Law enforcement of waste water disposal permits in motorized vehicle washing businesses through administrative instruments aims to prevent acts or omissions that violate the law or do not meet the requirements, stop or return to their original state (before the violation). So the focus of administrative sanctions is the actions of violators of the rules. In the Surabaya City Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2016 concerning Water Quality Management and Wastewater Control Article 34 explains the administrative sanctions referred to in the form of: written warning, Government coercion, Freezing of waste water disposal permits, Revocation of waste water disposal permits. In addition to administrative sanctions, there are also criminal sanctions in the form of violations. The local government should socialize the Regional Regulation on Water Quality Management and Wastewater Control to the general public and the organizers of motor vehicle washing wastewater management (motor vehicle washing entrepreneurs) in order to increase legal awareness embedded in the community and it is hoped that the government will issue implementing regulations, namely Regulation Mayor.

The Order for Termination of Investigation or hereinafter referred to as SP3 is the authority given attributively to criminal investigators. This paper intends to provide an analysis in terms of normative law regarding the validity of the termination of an investigation carried out based on reconciliation between the suspect and the complainant in the case of ordinary offenses. Research is a main means in developing a science and technology with the aim of revealing the existence of a truth both systematically, methodologically, and consistently through the research process as well as conducting analysis and construction of the data that has been processed and then concluded. Article 109 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) states that there are three conditions to stop an investigation of a criminal act. First, there is not enough evidence. Second, the act committed by the suspect is not a crime. Third, the investigation was stopped for the sake of law. The fact that the revocation of the police report resulted in the case being discontinued or terminated, as evidenced by the issuance of an Investigation Termination Order or SP3.

Marriage at the age of children has a negative impact on children's growth and development and causes non-fulfillment of children's basic rights. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the application of the age limit for marriage as an effort to protect children. Research method, using normative juridical research type, the type of data used is secondary data and supported by primary data, analysis method using qualitative discrete. The results of the study, Government policy in setting the minimum marriage limit for women from 16 years to 19 (nineteen) years.as stated in Law No. 16 of 2019 has gone through a process and various considerations. This is so that both parties are ready and mature from the physical, psychic and mental sides. Under certain circumstances, the Court may grant marriage dispensation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, namely Supreme Court Regulation No. 5 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Adjudicating Applications for Marriage Dispensation. Marriage dispensation for minors, is a study of the age limit for a person to marry, or the ideal age to enter the world of marriage. The age of marriage will affect many things on oneself and on the household to be built. The role of the courts through marriage dispensation is significant in providing protection to children. The court has the authority to allow or deny permission for a child to marry or not to marry.

Banyaknya orang yang terlibat dalam kasus narkoba dan terus meningkatnya kejahatan tersebut memerlukan perhatian yang serius dan komitmen bersama untuk  mencegah  dan  menghapusnya.  Salah  satu  upaya  penanggulangan penyalahgunaan narkotika, antara lain dilakukan dengan menggunakan sanksi pidana berupa pidana penjara. Pada kenyataannya, sanksi pidana penjara bagi pengguna narkotika tidak cukup efektif, terbukti jumlah pengguna narkotika semakin  meningkat.  Menurut  Suriadi  Gunawan,  peraturan  perundangan yang  mengkriminalisasi  pecandu  narkotika  perlu  ditinjau  kembali  karena tidak  realistis,  contohnya,  dengan  mengkriminalisasikan  pecandu  terbukti tidak menurunkan kasus narkotika. Di Indonesia saat ini ada sekitar 1,5 juta pengguna narkotika, yang jika diproses hukum, penjara akan penuh, padahal jumlah kasus tidak menurun.    

Adanya Parpol dalam negara demokrasi menjadi ciri yang konstitusional, sebab dengan adanya partai politik kebebasan berkumpul dan berserikat menjadi legal dengan bernaung dibawah organisasi parpol. Namun demikian keberadaan parpol dalam negara harus patuh dan tunduk pada aturan yang telah ditetapkan. Sehingga pembubaran parpol menjadi suatu keniscayaan bila ditemukan penyimpangan atau pelanggaran hukum dalam praktiknya. Pembubaran partai politik di Indonesia menjadi kewenangan Mahkamah Konstitusi bedasarkan ketentuan Pasal 24C Ayat 1 UUD Tahun 1945 yang selanjutnya diatur dalam PMK No. 12 Tahun 2008 tentang Pembubaran Partai Politik. Partai politik dapat dibubarkan jika ideologi, asas dan tujuan bertentangan dengan Pancasila dan UUD tahun 1945. Negara Jerman mengatur pemburan partai politik dalam pasal 21 Basic Law apabila tujuan didirikannya partai atau tindakan anggota maupun pengikutnya berusaha menghapuskan tatanan dasar demokrasi yang bebas dan membahayakan keberadaan Negara Federal Jerman.    

This study aims to: 1) describe the effect of skills on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency, 2) describe the influence of facilities on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency and 3) explain which variables dominant influence on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency. The research which was conducted from September to December 2021 at the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency of Majene Regency was a research with a quantitative approach. The population taken is all employees, totaling 50 people. Because the population does not exceed 100 people, so the sample from the study is the entire population. The research was analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that 1) skills had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Majene Regency Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency, 2) facilities had a significant effect on the employee performance of the Majene Regency Civil Service and Human Resources Empowerment Agency and 3) More Dominant Facilities had a significant effect on Employee Performance of the Majene Regency Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency.

The research aims to determine the application of the Raw Material inventory Accounting System at PT  Industri Kapal  ndonesia (Persero). The type of research used s descriptive qualitative. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research conducted from July to September 2021. The results showed that the accounting system for raw material inventory at PT Industri Kapal  Indonesia (Persero) has been effective, this can be seen by the existence of  interrelated functions. Then the  inventory recording method used  is the perpetual recording method and the FIFO (First  In First Out) valuation method. And the procedures that form the inventory system at PT Industri Kapal  Indonesia (Persero) are quite good because of the division of tasks and documents that can be accounted for.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, to determine the effect of supervision on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. and find out which variable is more dominant in influencing employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using SPSS. The results showed that 1) Leadership Style had an effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency, 2) Supervision had an effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency, 3) Work Discipline had no effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration. Civil Registry of Majene Regency and 4) Leadership Style variable has more influence on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency.   Keywords: leadership, supervision, work discipline, employee performance

This research aims to find out the influence of discipline on employee performance in hospitals. Ibn Sina YBW Umi Makassar. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data, then the data source used, namely primary data and secondary data. The collected data is analyzed in a scriptive manner, meaning that the data obtained in the field is processed in such a way that it provides a systematic understanding, then statistical calculations are held with simple regression analysis, coefisen correlation coefficient of determination (r) and t-test, From the results of calculations obtained values of y = 17.51 + 0.63 x, while the value of correlation coefficient (r) of 0.527 and coefficient of determination (r2) of 27.77% and the remaining 22.23%  It is influenced by other factors that were not studied. While the results of the distribution are: t (t-table) = 2,034, from the calculation of the distribution t (thitung) = 3,562, so that it can be known t (thitung) > t table (3,562 > 2,034, so that Ha received and rejected H0, which means, discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance in hospital. Fenomena yang terjadi banyak sekali kasus yang telah terungkap bahwa makanan dan/atau minuman yang beredar di masyarakat, sebagian merupakan “makanan dan/atau minuman yang berbahaya atau mengandung zat kimia yang secara aturan melebihi takaran/porsi di luar aturan yang telah ditentukan, sehingga hal tersebut berbahaya bagi orang yang mengkonsumsinya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan penegakan hukum   pidana terhadap penggunaan bahan-bahan kimia berbahaya dalam makanan yang beredar. Jenis penelitiannya yaitu penelitian hukum normatif dimaksudkan untuk menelaah ketentuan-ketentuan hukum positif, dan perangkat hukum positif yang diteliti secara normative digunakan sebagai sumber bahan hukum. Pelaku diduga melanggar pasal 196 dan 197 Undang-Undang No. 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan dengan ancaman hukuman penjara paling lama 15 tahun dan denda paling banyak 1,5 miliar rupiah. Selain itu, dalam Pasal 64 angka 19 UU Cipta Kerja yang mengubah Pasal 140 ayat (1) UU Pangan diatur bahwa setiap orang yang memproduksi dan memperdagangkan pangan yang dengan sengaja tidak memenuhi standar keamanan pangan yang mengakibatkan timbulnya korban gangguan kesehatan manusia dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 2 tahun atau denda paling banyak Rp 4 miliar. Namun, perlu diperhatikan, ketentuan pidana di atas dikecualikan terhadap setiap orang yang melakukan usaha dan/atau kegiatan berisiko rendah atau sedang.

Berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Situbondo Nomor 45 Tahun 2020 tentang Penerapan Disiplin dan Penegakan Hukum Protokol Kesehatan sebagai Upaya Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Corona Virus Disease 2019 di Kabupaten Situbondo yang dilatar belakangi oleh merebaknya pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebar luas ke penjuru daerah di dunia terutama di Kabupaten Situbondo. Untuk pengendalian percepatan penyebaran covid-19 Bupati Situbondo menerbitkan Peraturan Bupati Situbondo Nomor 45 Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peraturan Bupati Situbondo Nomor 45 Tahun 2020 dapat menjatuhkan sanksi administratif berupa denda dan mengetahui Penegakan Hukum Peraturan Bupati Situbondo Nomor 45 Tahun 2020. Metode Penelitian pada penelitian ini ialah menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif yaitu menggunakan studi kasus normatif berupa produk hukum, misalnya mengkaji undang – undang, peraturan daerah serta rancangan undang-undang, dengan metode pendekatan diantaranya peraturan perundang-undangan (stute approach) dan pendekatan konseptual.   Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan dalam menangani Covid-19 berdasarkan UUD 1945 dimana pemerintah pusat maupun daerah harus berperan aktif didalamnya, khususnya di Kabupaten Situbondo telah mengeluarkan perbup yang mengatur masyarakatnya taat protokol kesehatan. Namun jika tidak ditaati aturan tersebut maka dapat dikenakan sanksi administratif berupa denda yang diatur dalam Pasal 7 Ayat (2).      

Pasca Amandemen UUD 1945 terjadi perubahan yang mendasar dalam kehidupan ketatanegaraan di Indonesia. Salah satu bentuk perubahan tersebut adalah dikembangkannya prinsip checks and balances. Dengan prinsip ini, setiap lembaga negara memiliki posisi yang sejajar, sehingga dimungkinkan terjadi perbedaan penafsiran dan berimplikasi terjadinya sengketa kewenangan antar lembaga negara yang kewenangnnya diberikan oleh UUD 1945. Sengketa kewenangan antara Presiden dengan DPR dn BPK merupakan contoh konkrit sengketa kewenangan antar lembaga negara yang kewenangnnya diberikan oleh UUD 1945. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif, artinya penelitian ini menggunakan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 2/SKLN-X/2012 dan perundang-undangan sebagai bahan hukum utama dalam penelitian ini. Analisis secara mendalam dilakukan dengan metode penafsiran konstitusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa putusan MK yang menyatakan menolak permohonan I Pemohon dan tidak dapat menerima permohonan II Pemohon adalah tepat menurut konstitusi. Putusan MK tersebut lebih brperspektif hukum daripada politik.
