This study aims to analyze the implementation of performance management at the micro–enterprise AMANAH YOGURT, located in Candimulyo, Kiringan, Boyolali. The business employs 11 workers with specific task divisions: 7 in packaging, 1 in production, 2 in marketing responsible for promotion and advertising, and 1 supervisor who monitors the production process while also assisting in production ac,tivities. The daily production capacity reaches 500 packs during peak demand and 350 packs under normal conditions. This research applies a descriptive qualitative approach through observations and informal interviews with the owner and employees. The findings indicate that AMANAH YOGURT has implemented performance management through the application of production SOP, clear task distribution, informal evaluative communication between the owner and employees, as well as consistent adherence to hygiene standards and product quality. AMANAH YOGURT products have been distributed across Java Island, Bali, and even Mataram through bus logistics, travel services, and direct delivery for nearby areas. Halal certification and BPOM authorization further enhance consumer trust and strengthen the competitiveness of the business.

Constantly changing business dynamics and changing customer preferences require company management to adapt. Customers who now have higher levels of wealth not only want efficient transportation, but also value comfort during travel. This means they need a comfortable vehicle, friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy their trip. Therefore, companies must provide first-class service and satisfy their customers by highlighting added value compared to their competitors. The aim of the article is to analyze the application of authentic leadership in improving the quality of passenger service at PO. Haryanto Madura Division. The researcher used descriptive observational research methods. The descriptive research method is an Approach that aims to create an objective picture or description of a situation. .

This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality, consumer trust on usage decisions with customer satisfaction as a moderation for online transportation services, in this case Go Car. The population in this study are all customers who have used Go Car online transportation services. The sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling or accidental sampling so that there were 95 respondents. This study uses statistical tools, namely SmartPLS and Microsoft Excel as tabulation data processing. The results showed that during a pandemic, people chose to stay at home, and would only travel in very important conditions. So that consumer trust is one of the factors that can influence the decision to use Go Car online transportation services

Baggage handling has a very important role in supporting the safety and comfort of passengers while traveling by airplane, then processing the baggage according to existing procedures until the baggage arrives at its destination using the same aircraft as the passenger. To find out the handling of BHS in improving passenger baggage security, as well as solutions in handling BHS operational operations so as to improve passenger baggage security, baggage handling at Operations (BHS) at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport, Sumbawa. It is carried out through a system that has several gradual processes. The process begins when passengers check-in and hand over their baggage to the check-in officer, then the baggage is given a special coded label as baggage identity. Then the baggage will enter the system with the conveyor belt as the path, then the baggage will go through several stages or levels of security and several stages of automatic sorting. After all stages of the process, both at the security level check and at the baggage sorting stage, are deemed safe, the baggage will go to the make up area of each airline or to the destination on the baggage identity tag which the system has read during the sorting process. Each stage of operations (BHS) is able to guarantee the safety and movement of the baggage is always maintained and monitored through a system that is connected to one another. The existence of a connection from the system guarantees that the baggage is in a safe condition, both the contents and physical condition of the baggage and the baggage handling process becomes faster and more efficient in terms of time and effort.
