This research was conducted to determine the influence of Competitive Advantage and Consumer Interest on Purchasing Decisions on Istiqomah Tasikmalaya Furniture. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, data was obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 90 respondents who were Istiqomah Tasikmalaya Furniture Consumers. The research technique used is multiple liner regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that Competitive Advantage and Consumer Interest simultaneously have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions on Istiqomah Tasikmalaya Furniture. Competitive Advantage partially has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions on Istiqomah Tasikmalaya Furniture, and Consumer Interest partially has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions on Istiqomah Tasikmalaya Furniture.

This study aims to determine the effect of commitment and organizational culture on employee engagement at DC Yogya Group Cikoneng Branch, Tasikmalaya. The method used is a case study, data obtained through questionnaires to the number of employees working at DC Yogya Group Cikoneng Branch. Sampling using saturated sample technique and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis method. From the results of the study indicate that commitment, organizational culture and employee engagement are included in the low classification. Simultaneously commitment and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee engagement at DC Yogya Group Cikoneng Branch. Partially, the commitment variable has a significant effect on employee engagement at the DC Yogya Group Cikoneng Branch, and the organizational culture variable has a significant effect on employee engagement at the DC Yogya Group Cikoneng Branch.

In the era of globalization, public organizations such as the Manpower Office of Tasikmalaya City face complex challenges. Effective human resource (HR) management is key to achieving organizational goals and providing the best possible service. Employee commitment, which is influenced by leadership and organizational climate, is an important factor in achieving this. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational climate on employee commitment in the Manpower Office of Tasikmalaya City. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey data collection technique through questionnaires to 45 employees. The data was analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the study show that leadership and organizational climate have a significant simultaneous and partial influence on employee commitment. This means that good leadership and organizational climate can increase employee commitment. This research provides important implications for the Manpower Office of Tasikmalaya City in increasing employee commitment through effective leadership and organizational climate. This can contribute to improving performance and achieving organizational goals.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Workload and Work Life Balance on Employee Work Productivity at the Tasikmalaya Education and Culture Office. The method used in this study is causality, with a research sample of 64 respondents who are structural employees of the Tasikmalaya Education and Culture Office, by using primary data. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that Workload and Work Life Balance simultaneously have a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Employees of the Tasikmalaya Regency Education and Culture Office. The workload partially does not have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of the Education and Culture Office of Tasikmalaya Regency and Culture Office Employees and Work Life Balance partially has a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Tasikmalaya Regency Education and Culture Office Employees.

This study aims to find out how the influence of education costs, services and facilities at Nurul Hikmah Pasar Kemis Vocational High School, in attracting new students' interest. The author conducted research on 91 new students at Nurul Hikmah Vocational School who were respondents using the slovin formula and the sampling technique used simple random sampling. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS. The results of data analysis in this study show that the cost of education has a significantly positive effect on attracting new students with a Tcount of 3,391, greater than a Ttable of 1,662. Service significantly does not have a direct effect on attracting new students' interest significantly. Facilities significantly have no direct effect on attracting new students' interest. Tcount is 0.546, which is smaller than Ttable 1.662. and value (sig=0.586 > 0.05). As well as the Cost of Education, Services and Facilities simultaneously influence the interest of new students significantly with fcount 4.310 > 3.101 ftable.

This study aims to determine and analyze the quality control of banana chips in an effort to control the level of banana chip defects and whether the level of defects is within the control limits at Raja Kripik's IKM in Sigi Regency. Data collection methods using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method using statistical tools in the form of check sheets and p-charts. The results of this study indicate that the product quality control carried out by Raja Kripik's is within the control limits because the value of the proportion of defects is smaller than the Upper Control Limit (UCL) value.

This study examines the impact of pricing strategy and service quality on customer preferences on the Shopee e-commerce platform. This study's methodology, which included a quantitative approach and primary data from a questionnaire, identified 33 Shopee users in Tasikmalaya. An analysis using SPSS confirms that the two factors mentioned above—price strategy and service quality—contribute about 40.5% to consumers' preferences for fashion products on Shopee. Even though price strategy has a significant relationship, service quality has a stronger and more positive impact on customer preferences. Implicitly, it is crucial for e-commerce businesses to improve the quality of their services while meticulously developing price phase strategy to make it more in line with customer preferences. All of this offers advantages for the e-commerce business in developing strategies to meet customer needs in an increasingly competitive market.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and employee commitment on the performance of civil servants at the village office in Cipedes sub-district, Tasikmalaya city. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 41 respondents from civil servants at the Village Office in Cipedes District, Tasikmalaya City, and using the saturated sample method. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Leadership Style and Employee Commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance in Civil Servants at the Village Office in Cipedes District, Tasikmalaya City. Leadership Style partially has a significant effect on Civil Servant Performance. Employee Commitment partially has a significant effect on Civil Servant Performance.
