The application of technology-based human resource (HR) management in education is becoming increasingly important to enhance the quality of management and the development of teachers’ competencies. Technology, particularly through the use of Management Information Systems (SIM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), enables more efficient data management and flexible professional development for teachers. However, its implementation faces key challenges such as limited infrastructure and low digital skills among some teachers. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze relevant sources in order to identify the role of technology in HR management in education and the challenges faced in its implementation. The findings show that the application of technology in HR management in education has a positive impact on efficiency and teacher competence. However, the biggest challenges are limited infrastructure and digital skills of teachers. Policies supporting infrastructure improvements and digital training for teachers are necessary to ensure that technology can be optimally used to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

This study analyzes the influence of ease of use and security on customer satisfaction with the mobile banking services of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah, particularly among students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents. The results indicate that ease of use does not have a significant effect, while security has a positive and significant impact. Collectively, ease of use, security, and trust contribute 78.5% to customer satisfaction variability. The study recommends enhancing security systems and usability of the mobile banking application, as well as educating customers on safe usage practices.

Along with the times and advances in technology, entrepreneurship has become an important pillar in economic growth. Entrepreneurship not only creates jobs, but also utilizes existing natural resources effectively. However, many people fail in starting a business because of the wrong mindset, a sense of personal limitations, and an inability to adapt to changing times. This article discusses the importance of having the right mindset, or mindset, in running a business. A growth mindset, which describes the belief that intelligence and skills can develop through effort and experience, is considered essential for entrepreneurial success. Meanwhile, a fixed mindset that views ability as something that is fixed can hinder progress. A positive and optimistic mindset is a key factor in facing entrepreneurial challenges. Entrepreneurs who think positively tend to see difficulties as opportunities to learn and grow, while those who are optimistic have higher motivation and are more resistant to pressure. Apart from that, creativity and innovation are aspects that are no less important, because entrepreneurs must be able to create products or services that can meet market needs and adapt to changes. Entrepreneurship also requires mental perseverance to face failure and unexpected challenges. A successful entrepreneur must have a tenacious, creative, hardworking attitude and dare to take risks. With a combination of these traits, entrepreneurs can achieve long-term success in their businesses. This article emphasizes that the right mindset, coupled with an innovative attitude and perseverance, greatly influences the journey and success of an entrepreneur.  

Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit is a vital component in airport operations, playing an important role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of flight services. This study aims to determine what obstacles are encountered during inspection activities and how does the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit overcome these obstacles. This study uses a qualitative approach with field observations and then conducting analysis. The subjects of this study were Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit officers at Supadio Airport, Pontianak. The research period was 1 month. The results of the study can be concluded that the main obstacles of the AMC unit at Supadio Airport, Pontianak include communication difficulties due to noise, limited visual supervision, and coordination between units. The proposed solutions include improving communication systems, expanding surveillance camera coverage, optimizing personnel, regular training, using new technologies such as drones, and evaluating and improving operational procedures. The implementation of these solutions is expected to improve the effectiveness of the AMC inspection function, support the discipline of apron officers, and improve the safety and smoothness of airport operations..

The objective of this study is to determine the impact of environmental performance on the sustainability reporting of companies in Indonesia, utilizing the PROPER scale as a measurement tool. This research examines whether there is an improvement in sustainability report disclosures associated with the environmental performance assessed through the PROPER scale. The study involves companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have published annual and sustainability reports for five consecutive years. The analytical method employed is WarpPLS, with a total of 85 observations. WarpPLS is used to identify statistical relationships between environmental performance and the intensity of sustainability reporting. The findings indicate that there is an enhancement in sustainability report disclosures when the audit committee and board of directors hold regular meetings. Companies without governance committees tend to focus more on governance improvement rather than on disclosing sustainability reports. Good environmental performance, particularly in companies with specific industry types and the presence of governance committees, enhances sustainability reporting. However, companies with strong environmental performance tend to make the audit committee and board of directors focus on other responsibilities, given that the community already understands that these companies manage their environmental impact well. This study underscores the importance of the Indonesian government's support in encouraging, facilitating, and urging companies to achieve the gold category in the PROPER scale. This not only demonstrates good environmental performance but also enhances sustainability report disclosures. This research implies that good environmental performance should be accompanied by increased transparency in sustainability reporting to truly contribute to sustainable development.

In Indonesia, the use of inorganic fertilizers is one area that is produced continuously to be used to increase crop yields, especially vegetables. Organic fertilizer and compost also have long-term benefits because they can increase the fertility of plants such as coffee. Indonesia is a coffee producer with unique characteristics. There is one type of coffee that is not widely known by the Indonesian people, namely Excelsa coffee. Excelsa coffee has very distinctive characteristics and aroma. Most of Wonomerto's residents have agricultural land and livestock that can produce coffee and livestock. However, villages that have cattle farms are still unable to utilize animal waste properly, and also residents who have coffee production only process it into ground coffee. Therefore, educational events and new programs for the Bokashi compost coffee market are being held. Apart from that, agricultural products and animal products that cannot yet be processed can be used as organic fertilizer using EM4 technology. The benefits of bokashi fertilizer are that it can increase the nutrient content of plants, reduce organic waste, and encourage the growth of plant microorganisms.

International trade is something that often occurs in customs areas. Customs areas often witness international trade. With the increasing number of airlines, competition in passenger growth and retention has become increasingly tight. Citilink, one of the leading airlines, understands the importance of providing the best service to its passengers, especially during the check-in process before flights. This research aims to analyze the quality of service provided by check-in counter staff at Citilink, particularly at PT. Gapura Angkasa at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport, Lombok.Through qualitative research methods including observation, interviews, and documentation, this study aims to understand the level of satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in the check-in counter service. Findings indicate that Citilink has implemented various strategies to enhance passenger experience, including the use of automated information systems and routine training programs for staff. The services provided adhere to established SOPs, demonstrating the airline's commitment to providing consistent, professional, and standards-compliant service.

Indonesia is a country that has a good climate for the growth of agricultural plants such as spices. One of the spices, namely vanilla, is a plant that can grow in tropical climates. Vanilla is a spice that is in great demand on the international market considering its benefits in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. The target market for vanilla exports in Indonesia is developed countries. This research aims to analyze the competitiveness of Indonesian vanilla exports in the international market, using descriptive statistical analysis methods, Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), and Export Product Dynamics (EPD). The data used is secondary data for the 2018-2022 period. The results of the analysis show that the average RCA value is more than one, which means that Indonesian vanilla has strong competitiveness and the EPD analysis shows that the competitiveness of Indonesian vanilla is fluctuating. The results of the analysis show that Indonesia has strong comparative competitiveness of vanilla in destination countries by continuing to increase production levels and maintaining good quality so that it can continue to compete in the international market.

Differences in Results Regarding Legal Protection for Consumers When Carrying Out Online Buying and Selling Transactions. Background: The workplace function of nurses is an important thing that must be paid attention to by hospitals. Nurses certainly have an important function in their work in terms of health services. Employees should be able to adapt and be respected in their work environment. However, some people experience problems adapting to their work environment, resulting in low performance. Nurses' decreased function at work due to high workloads makes it difficult to control one's own behavior. This results in the implementation of the work not being optimal.Objective: This study was conducted to examine the factors that influence workplace function in nurses Method: This research is a quantitative research with a survey design. Research data was collected using a questionnaire from respondents who work as nurses in hospitals. The sampling technique used purpose sampling technique and the sample size was 200 nurses. This research uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis using AMOS and regression analysis using SPSS. Results: Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the research results show: self-regulation capacity has a significant effect on functioning at work, self-regulation capacity has a significant effect on self-destruction, self-regulation capacity has a significant effect on job craftsmanship, self-destruction has a significant effect on functioning at work. workplace, work craft has a significant influence on function in the workplace. Burnout does not moderate the relationship between self-regulatory capacity and functioning at work so it does not have a significant influence. Conclusion: Increased functioning in the workplace for nurses is influenced by optimal self regulation capacity in nurses, self-destruction which can be increasingly minimized, work craftsmanship which increases in nurses.
