The tempe chip industry in Sanan Village, Malang City, represents a culturally embedded small and medium enterprise (SME) cluster that has contributed to the local economy for decades. However, intensifying intra-cluster competition, soybean price volatility, and shifting consumer behavior have placed increasing pressure on the competitiveness of businesses in this area. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by Keripik Tempe Dua Karunia — one of the pioneering enterprises in Sanan Village that has been operating since 1980 — and to identify the marketing strategy factors that contribute to enhancing its competitive advantage. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed through field observation, in-depth interviews with the business owner, and documentation analysis. The analysis is grounded in the 4P marketing mix framework — Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. The findings reveal that Dua Karunia builds its competitiveness through four strategic pillars: (1) product differentiation through multi-flavor diversification and consumer-driven customization; (2) cost-based pricing that is adaptively managed through shrinkflation tactics in response to raw material price fluctuations; (3) multi-channel distribution that integrates direct outlet sales with digital platforms (Shopee and WhatsApp); and (4) long-established word-of-mouth reputation-based promotion reinforced by active e-commerce presence. This study concludes that the consistent integration of all four marketing mix elements, supported by family-based operational flexibility and the cultural heritage value embedded in the product, constitutes the primary source of sustained competitive advantage for Dua Karunia amid increasingly intense cluster competition. These findings carry practical implications for similar SMEs seeking to design adaptive, competitiveness-oriented marketing strategies.

The phenomenon of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) has emerged as a significant psychosocial factor influencing the consumption behavior of Generation Z in the social media era. This study aims to explore how FoMO shapes the purchasing decisions of Generation Z using a qualitative approach, focusing on subjective experiences, digital social pressures, and interactions with viral content. A descriptive-interpretative qualitative method was employed, collecting data through in-depth interviews and observations of social media activity among Generation Z respondents actively engaged in digital platforms. Thematic analysis was applied to identify patterns of FoMO experiences and their impact on purchasing decisions. Findings reveal that FoMO arises from the need for social connection, social comparison with peers and influencers, and intensive exposure to digital trends. This phenomenon drives consumptive behaviors, particularly impulsive purchases, influenced by social validation and emotional impulses. Generation Z’s purchasing decisions are contextual, multidimensional, and not entirely rational, yet meaningful within the framework of digital social identity. The study underscores the necessity of a qualitative approach to comprehensively understand the psychological, social, and cultural complexities of FoMO and consumer behavior. The results provide a conceptual foundation for ethical and relevant marketing strategies targeting young consumers in the digital era.

Teamwork is a fundamental factor in social, organizational, and educational life, because in essence humans are social creatures that require the interaction and involvement of other individuals to meet their needs and achieve life goals. In the context of work, teamwork can be defined as the result of coordinated individual efforts that are able to produce higher performance than if work is done individually, or as a group of individuals working collectively to achieve common goals that are easier to achieve through collaboration. The implementation of teamwork plays an important role in accelerating job completion, improving individual and organizational performance, and being able to prevent overlapping tasks through good synchronization. Through intensive interaction, teamwork can have a positive impact on the overall performance of the group and also improve individual abilities through the process of knowledge and experience transfer between employees. The dimension of teamwork includes active member contributions, interaction and communication, consistency in maintaining focus on goals, quality of work results, and relevance of team members' knowledge and skills. Therefore, the effectiveness of teamwork is seen as the most important competitive advantage in an organization, making it a major factor that influences the increase in work productivity.

This study examines the management of Kediri Nite Carnival (KNC), an annual event organized by the Kediri City government to commemorate the city's anniversary and showcase local arts, culture, and tourism potential. This research uses qualitative methodology and employs literature analysis, observation, and documentation as case study methods. The Miles and Huberman interactive model is used to analyze the data. The Kediri City Tourism Office has implemented each stage of event management according to Goldblatt's concept: research, design, preparation, coordination, and evaluation. The focus of the research was to determine the objectives and target audience; the design highlighted the local cultural theme “Exotic Flower in Paradise”; planning included budget planning, scheduling, and promotional strategies through social media and collaboration with local media; coordination was carried out through task distribution and cross-team communication; and evaluation assessed the success of the event based on community feedback and its effects on tourism and the local economy. The research results show that KNC plays an important role in improving the public's perception of Kediri City as a creative and cultured city. However, efforts to increase the number of tourist visits in the long term still need to be made. It is hoped that these findings will help the local government develop a sustainable tourism communication plan.

This study explores how the organizational culture of Sanggar Kartika Budaya strengthens local artistic values through identity building, leadership, training strategies, and adaptive creativity. Rooted in a commitment to traditional arts, the sanggar positions local cultural expression not only as heritage but also as a living space for innovation. The research aims to uncover how these cultural elements shape member behavior, sustain artistic traditions, and support the regeneration of young artists. Using a qualitative approach with document analysis, this study examines official profiles, program descriptions, and relevant scholarly sources. The findings reveal that the sanggar’s cultural identity centered on the motto “Pegang Teguh Seni Tradisi Siap Berkreasi”serves as the backbone of its learning system and creative ecosystem. Leadership plays a central role in directing artistic vision while safeguarding cultural authenticity. Structured training, literacy activities, and collaborative performances effectively embed traditional values in new members. The sanggar also demonstrates an ability to evolve with modern trends through creative choreography, multimedia integration, and active participation in contemporary festivals, all while maintaining strong roots in local heritage. These findings highlight how a well-structured organizational culture can act as a powerful engine for cultural preservation and artistic resilience. This study aims to examine the influence of independent variables—Social Media, Pricing, and Promotion—on the dependent variable, Repurchase Decision, at Kedai Kopi Bersahaja. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 25 software. The population of the study consisted of 226 consumers, and a sample of 107 respondents was selected using incidental sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to visitors who had made at least one purchase at the coffee shop. The results of the analysis indicate that each independent variable—Social Media, Pricing, and Promotion—has a positive and statistically significant partial influence on the Repurchase Decision. Additionally, the variables collectively demonstrate a strong simultaneous influence, suggesting that an integrated marketing approach is crucial for fostering customer retention and encouraging repeat purchases. Among the three, Social Media showed the most dominant influence, emphasizing the growing role of digital presence and online engagement in shaping consumer preferences and purchasing patterns. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Kedai Kopi Bersahaja maximize the use of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook by creating engaging, relevant, and interactive content that resonates with the target audience. Content strategies may include customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes videos, product highlights, and limited-time offers. Pricing should be evaluated periodically to remain affordable yet profitable, considering both market competition and perceived customer value. Meanwhile, promotion efforts can be diversified through the use of loyalty programs, bundle offers, student discounts, and digital coupons. The synergy between these three marketing factors—if consistently and strategically applied—is expected to enhance customer loyalty, strengthen brand image, and significantly increase the likelihood of repurchase decisions. These efforts are essential for building sustainable business growth in the competitive food and beverage industry.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Quality, Price, Sales Promotion, and Advertising on consumer purchasing decisions on the Bukalapak online store platform. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, aiming to illustrate the relationships between variables based on empirical data. Primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents who were active Bukalapak users in the West Medan District. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS software to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The analysis results indicate that, partially, the variables Product Quality, Sales Promotion, and Advertising have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This means that the higher the product quality, the more effective the promotion, and the more attractive the advertisement, the greater the likelihood of consumers making a purchase. Conversely, the variable Price showed a negative and significant influence, indicating that inappropriate pricing can reduce purchase intention. Simultaneously, all four variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The Adjusted R Square value of 70.4% indicates that this research model is able to explain 70.4% of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the dependent variable is influenced by factors outside the model. This study recommends that Bukalapak continue to improve product quality, develop competitive pricing strategies, strengthen promotions, and create creative advertising. Further research is recommended to consider additional variables such as product reviews, brand image, and service quality to enrich the analysis.

This study aims to examine the challenges and strategies of Management Study Program students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU) in understanding online lecture materials. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of closed questionnaires distributed to 25 respondents of fourth semester students. The results showed that although there were still technical problems such as unstable internet connections, the majority of students were able to adapt to the online learning system. The most dominant learning strategies used are active and independent strategies, such as reading, taking notes, repeating material, watching learning videos, and managing study time. In addition, group discussions through media such as WhatsApp and Telegram also help clarify understanding of the material. Students also rely on learning materials provided by lecturers through digital platforms (PDF, video, and LMS) as the main source of independent learning. This study concludes that students' success in understanding online lecture materials is strongly influenced by a combination of active learning strategies, group collaboration, and material support provided by lecturers. Therefore, continuous collaboration between students, lecturers, and institutions is needed to create a more effective and inclusive online learning system.

This study aims to understand the considerations of female consumers in making decisions to purchase skincare products with the main focus on the price aspect. The background of this research is based on the increasing competition in the skincare market and the shift in consumer preferences for products that are not only judged by quality, but also by affordability. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data was collected through in-depth interviews with six female informants who actively use skincare products and are domiciled in South Jakarta. The results show that perceptions of price are very diverse. Some consumers consider price as an indicator of quality, while others consider the economic value and effectiveness of the product more. Additionally, purchasing decisions are influenced by various factors such as income, skin needs, promotional strategies, and social media influence. In responding to prices, they also vary, ranging from waiting for promos to trying alternative brands that are more affordable. These findings reinforce Kotler and Keller's (2016) theory of personal and psychological factors in purchasing decisions, as well as being relevant to Monroe's theory of price perception. This research provides important implications for skincare business people in designing pricing and marketing strategies that are more adaptive to consumer behavior.

A good archive storage system can be an indicator that a company has done good archive management. If the archive storage system in a company is not well organized, employees will find it difficult to find the documents needed in a short time. The purpose of this research is to find out the storage system used and the steps in storing and finding dynamic archives in one of the companies engaged in insurance. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, and uses non-probability sampling techniques. The results showed that active dynamic archive storage uses a sequential number storage system. However, some parts use two storage systems depending on the  document type. Storing dynamic archives consists of three steps: checking, sorting, and storing. For the step of finding back dynamic archives, there are two ways: manually and digitally. However, no system manages dynamic archives to speed up the retrieval of dynamic archives. For archives that have become inactive archives, they will be submitted to the General Section for further storage at the vendor.
