This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and benefits on employee job satisfaction. Fair, adequate, and transparent compensation is considered a crucial factor influencing employee morale, loyalty, and retention. The study identifies seven key indicators to measure the impact of compensation on job satisfaction: salary adequacy, compensation fairness, punctuality of payments, compensation system transparency, incentives and bonuses, overall compensation satisfaction, and employee retention. The analysis results show that compensation has a significant influence on job satisfaction. Additionally, compensation effectiveness is affected by economic conditions, compensation system structure, and the relevance of compensation to employee needs. The study concludes that well-designed compensation can be a strategic tool for improving performance and reducing employee turnover.

This quantitative study aims to examine the influence of micro influencer (X1), endorsement (X2), and digital marketing (X3) on purchase decision (Y) at Barley Store Kediri. Data were collected through questionnaires, literature reviews, and documentation, involving 120 respondents. The analysis methods used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, t-test, F-test, and Coefficient of Determination. The regression equation obtained is: Y = 3.946 + 0.329X1 + 0.217X2 + 0.264X3 + e. The t-test results show that micro influencer (t = 2.715, sig. = 0.008), endorsement (t = 2.125, sig. = 0.036), and digital marketing (t = 2.489, sig. = 0.014) each have a significant partial effect on purchase decision. The F-test result (F = 19.182, sig. = 0.000) indicates a significant simultaneous effect of all three variables on purchase decision. Thus, micro influencer, endorsement, and digital marketing all significantly influence consumers’ purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously.

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, self-esteem, and self-control on employee performance at the Lubuklinggau City Transportation Agency, and to test the role of self-esteem as a moderating variable. The problem of this study is based on the phenomenon of decreasing employee performance productivity caused by the inability of employees to complete tasks independently, lack of motivation, and suboptimal teamwork. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative design. The sample in this study were 56 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees who were selected purposively. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using regression analysis with the help of statistical software. The results of the study showed that self-efficacy, self-esteem, and self-control had a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, self-esteem was proven to be able to moderate the relationship between self-efficacy and self-control on employee performance. These findings indicate that internal psychological factors play a very important role in supporting optimal employee performance in government organizations

This classroom action research aims to improve the reading literacy of grade 1 students of SD Negeri 2 Ngasem through the use of flashcards. The background of the study is based on the low interest in reading and literacy outcomes of students, which is caused by less varied learning methods and the lack of attractive learning media. This study used a multi-cycle approach with the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation of student activities, reading literacy tests before and after the intervention, and documentation of the learning process. The results showed an increase in the average reading literacy score from 74.77 in the pre-cycle to 75.55 in cycle 1, with the percentage of learning completeness increasing from 77.77% to 83.33%. The use of flashcards proved effective in improving students' motivation, participation, and reading literacy outcomes. This study recommends the use of interactive and innovative learning media such as flashcards, to improve reading literacy in elementary schools.

This study was conducted on employees of SMKS Muhammadiyah 1 Sintang with the aim of identifying the influence of motivation and discipline on employee performance. A quantitative research method was used with data analysis through the SPSS program. The research population consisted of administrative staff and teachers at SMKS Muhammadiyah 1 Sintang, with a sample of 40 respondents selected using the total sampling method. Data collection techniques used an online questionnaire, and the research instrument employed a Likert scale. Data analysis methods included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Based on descriptive analysis, the motivation variable had an average value of 4.36 (very high category), the discipline variable 4.44 (very high category), and the performance variable 4.31 (very high category). 2. Motivation (X1) does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) with a calculated t-value of 1.631. 3. Discipline (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) with a calculated t-value of 2.871. Motivation (X1) and Discipline (X2) together have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated F value (12.129) > table F value (4.10).

The low proportion of Grade A harvest quality in Hokkaido corn farming remains a challenge for horticultural agribusiness practitioners. This study aims to develop an operational strategy based on a managerial evaluation of key production factors to improve technical efficiency and harvest quality. The research was conducted at PT Agricole Indonesia Makmur, Cianjur, using data from 24 planting periods in 2024. Six production input variables were analyzed to identify the most influential factors on yield quantity and quality. The results show that only three variables watering frequency, organic fertilizer, and plant age at harvest consistently contributed significantly to the production of Grade A output. Although these variables are inelastic, they play a critical role in maintaining quality. The proposed strategy includes a 10% increase in harvest quantity and a 30% conversion from Grade B to Grade A. Simulation results indicate an additional 7.67 kg of Grade A yield per planting period, generating a value increase of IDR 239,490. The strategy is considered feasible with a positive Return on Investment (ROI) of 14.04% assuming a Grade A selling price of IDR 35,000/kg.

This study focuses on the influence of work environment, work discipline, and organizational commitment on work productivity. A quantitative approach using a survey method was used in this study, with 77 employees of PT Madubaru PG. PS. Madukismo as the sample selected randomly using random sampling. A Likert scale questionnaire was used to collect data, which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the influence between variables, both partially and collectively. The findings indicate that the work environment does not have a significant influence on work productivity (significance 0.134). Meanwhile, work discipline (significance 0.038) and organizational commitment (significance 0.000) were found to have a positive and significant influence on work productivity. The three variables together were proven to have a significant influence on work productivity (F value of 20.614 and Adjusted R Square of 43.6%).

This research was conducted at PT ADAM DANI LESTARI with the formulation of the problem is how the distribution strategy process of Frisian Flag products. The purpose of this study is to determine the distribution strategies of Frisian Flag products. The data used in writing this journal were collected through interviews and analyzed using qualitative description methods. The results of this study concluded that the distribution strategy process of Frisian Flag Milk products carried out by PT ADAM DANI LESTARI uses a direct distribution strategy to dominate the market and face competitors. However, in order to increase the brand and customer value, the company uses wholesalers and retailers so that products can be sold and delivered to consumers properly and maintain the availability of Frisian Flag Milk products in Medan City.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of product innovation and product quality on consumer purchasing choices for local skincare products Facetology. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach and information collection is carried out through questionnaires to 104 Facetology product users in Bekasi City. The results of the analysis show that product innovation and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, both gradually and simultaneously. This is evidenced by the t-test, F-test, and Pearson correlation, which show that product innovation has a greater impact than product quality. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.688 indicates that these two independent variables can explain 68.8% of the variation in purchasing decisions. This finding indicates that companies need to continue to innovate and maintain product quality so that consumer purchasing interest can increase.

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial behavior and emotional intelligence on investment decisions for generation Z in the city of Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative research approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods with a total of 190 samples who are capital market investors in the city of Surabaya with a generation Z background. The results of the research show that: (1) Financial literacy negatively and significantly influences capital market investment decisions in generation Z in the city of Surabaya; (2) Financial behavior positively and significantly influences capital market investment decisions among generation Z in the city of Surabaya; (3) Emotional intelligence negatively and significantly influences capital market investment decisions in generation Z in the city of Surabaya.

The Hungarian method is a mathematical optimization algorithm used to solve assignment problems by finding the optimal allocation of resources to tasks. This research examines the application of the Hungarian method for both balanced and unbalanced maximization assignment problems. The balanced assignment problem involves an equal number of workers and jobs, while the unbalanced problem deals with unequal numbers. The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Hungarian method in solving maximization problems through mathematical modeling and algorithmic implementation. The research methodology includes literature review, mathematical analysis, and computational testing using various case scenarios. Results demonstrate that the Hungarian method can effectively solve both balanced and unbalanced maximization assignment problems by converting them into minimization problems through matrix transformation. The balanced cases show direct application of the classical Hungarian algorithm, while unbalanced cases require the addition of dummy variables to achieve matrix balance. The method proves to be efficient with polynomial time complexity O(n³), making it suitable for real-world applications. The research concludes that the Hungarian method provides optimal solutions for resource allocation problems in various organizational contexts, contributing to improved operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness in decision-making processes.

This study aims to reveal the influence of various factors in digital marketing on consumer purchases on the TikTok Shop platform. This study specifically aims to assess the impact of content marketing and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions with customer trust as an intervening variable on TikTok Shop customer in Pati. This study uses a quantitative method. The population studied was TikTok Shop consumers in the Pati area, with an unknown number. A total of 97 respondents were sampled through a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPls 3 software. The results of the study showed that content marketing had an influence on purchasing decisions, while online customer reviews did not have a significant influence. In addition, content marketing and online customer reviews had an effect on purchasing decisions. However, customer trust was not proven to influence purchasing decisions. Content marketing and online customer reviews also had no influence on purchasing decisions through customer trust as an intervening variable on TikTok Shop customer in Pati.

MSMEs play a crucial role in the economy, yet many still struggle to adopt technology. This engagement aims to support the development of Toko Kue Aminah through digital marketing and product innovation. The activities were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation during May 2025 in Oimbo Village. The results show that strategies such as utilizing Facebook and WhatsApp Business, adding product variations, and improving packaging and logo successfully enhanced the appeal and reach of the business. Furthermore, partnerships with local coffee shops have started to form, expanding product distribution. The synergy between digital marketing and product innovation has proven essential in boosting the business's competitiveness

For Indonesia, exports have a strategic role as a supporter of the national economy. One of the root problems that hinders Indonesia's export competitiveness is the low level of innovation in the production and processing sectors. The literature study method or literature review is an analysis technique used to gain a comprehensive understanding of a particular topic by studying and evaluating existing literature, such as journals, books, reports, and other sources relevant to the research topic. In the literature study on the Role of Innovation in Increasing Export Competitiveness. the role of technological innovation in exports is increasingly important considering the structural challenges faced so far, such as low added value of export products, minimal adoption of technology, and weak integration between industry, research, and government policy. Technological innovation plays a strategic role in increasing Indonesia's export competitiveness in the global market.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leverage (DER), free cash flow (FCF), and operational efficiency using inventory turnover (ITO), and receivables turnover (RTO) on company value, with company size as a control variable, in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018–2023 period. The method used is panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model approach. The results of the study show that leverage has a significant negative effect, and inventory turnover has a significant positive effect on the company's value. Meanwhile, FCF and RTO had no significant effect, while company size had a negative effect. Robustness checks with PBV as proxy for alternative values showed relatively consistent results. These findings support the signal theory, that operational efficiency and a well-managed financial structure can strengthen investors' perception of a company's value.

In the early childhood stage, the role of teachers in kindergartens (TK) is very crucial. Teachers are the child's first social environment outside the home, and the interactions they have every day will greatly influence the child's language development. This research will thoroughly explore the various strategic roles played by teachers in stimulating children's language development, and how these roles can be effectively applied in the classroom environment.

This study is secondary data sourced from the publication of financial reports and annual reports on the website www.ojk.go.id. Hypothesis results Based on the phenomenon of ROA, NPL, LDR graphs showing fluctuating NPL and CAR results in the 2020-2024 period still show fluctuating results in the 2020-2024 period. The lack of openness, ineffective supervision carried out by the Institution on managers will result in financial manipulation by managers which will later affect the decline in the company's financial performance. Insufficient DKI supervision causes GCG not to run optimally. Weak DD performance is indicated by the absence of openness principles between DD and shareholders. The existence of fraudulent practices, one of which arises from the performance of the KA which is dishonest or not independent.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Online Customer Review and Online Customer Rating on the Loyalty of Gen Z consumers on the Shopee e-commerce platform in Medan City. The research method used is quantitative with a sample size of 55 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. Validity and reliability tests indicated that the research instruments were valid and reliable. Classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, were met. The regression analysis results showed that Online Customer Review and Online Customer Rating have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.263 indicates that these two variables explain 26.3% of the variation in consumer loyalty.

Iren Mailuhu (64210645), The Influence of Competency and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Depok PT. PLN (Persero) PT. PLN (Persero) is a company owned by the state. The task of this company is to provide electricity distribution services and organize its main service units into several parts that are appropriate to the electric power system, such as generation, transmission and distribution. PT. PLN (Persero) in managing human resources needs to pay attention to the competency and work discipline of each employee in order to produce employees who are of good quality and superior performance. This research aims to determine the influence of competence and work discipline on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Depok. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection using saturated samples or non-probability sampling. A total of 56 respondents were sampled and the data obtained was processed using SPSS version 27 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, The results of the analysis show that Y = 6.651, X1 = 0.625, Based on the coefficient of determination test, it was found that the two independent variables had an influence of 68.1% on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the application of Organizational Theory at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in the context of organizational communication, organizational culture and employee performance. PT Kereta Api Indonesia as a state-owned company engaged in the transportation sector has unique challenges and opportunities in managing its human resources and operations. Through a qualitative approach, this study collected data from interviews with managers and employees, as well as analysis of internal company documents. The results of this study indicate that effective communication and a strong organizational culture contribute significantly to improving employee performance. In addition, the implementation of clear organizational values ​​and ongoing training are key factors in creating a productive work environment. This study is expected to provide insight for PT Kereta Api Indonesia management in optimizing organizational strategies to achieve better company goals.
