Banana Pasir Memey is a business in Saentis Village that uses Facebook and WhatsApp as sales objects. The Banana Pasir Memey Facebook account has 4,982 followers and each post always has an increase in total likes every year as well as total comments. The positive impact for the UMKM of the Pasir Memey bananas is experiencing an increase in sales in 2020-2022, the negative impact for the UMKM of the Pasir Memey bananas is the shipping costs charged to buyers which will later be taken into consideration when making purchasing decisions. The aim of the research is to test and analyze the influence of online marketing and shipping costs on purchasing decisions among the Pasir Memey Banana UMKM in Saentis Village. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach carried out on customers who have purchased Banana Pasir Memey products, using questionnaire data with a total sample of 70 respondents. The sampling technique is through random sampling technique. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test. The results of the research show that online marketing has no significant influence on purchasing decisions and shipping costs have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for UMKM customers of Pasir Memey bananas. The simultaneous test shows that the online marketing variables and shipping costs simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This research was motivated by the small number of customers at the Rahn Tasjily Agreement at Pegadaian UPS Manggis Bukittinggi. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Rahn Tasjily Agreement is implemented at the UPS Manggis Bukittinggi pawnshop and also to find out the obstacles faced in implementing the Rahn Tasjily Agreement. This research includes field study research with qualitative descriptive methods, and uses primary and secondary data sources, as well as data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results obtained by the author after analyzing the data are the marketing strategy implemented by the UPS Manggis Bukittinggi pawnshop in implementing the Rahn Tasjily Agreement, namely by using Crossselling, Upselling, Literacy. The pricing strategy is good. The implementation of the contract is also good, where the product is made to help people who want to borrow money for business capital, but in terms of promotion it is not optimal. The obstacles faced by the UPS Manggis Bukittinggi pawnshop in implementing the Rahn Tasjily Agreement are limited marketing time, inadequate promotional facilities and a lack of public understanding of the Rahn Tasjily Agreement.

In the current era of globalization, the success of a business requires creative ideas from business owners. Companies are required to produce creative ideas to provide value and positive experiences for consumers with the aim of increasing and retaining customers. This research aims to determine the influence of customer value (X1) and customer experience (X2) on repeat purchase decisions (Y) at Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin. Using a quantitative approach, the sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method in the form of accidental sampling of 88 Warung Lesehan Pak Brodin respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies, with the help of IBM SPSS version 25. The research results show that the Customer Value variable (X1) has a partial and significant effect on the Repurchase Decision (Y) with t count 4.280 > 1, 98827 and a sig t value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the Customer Experience variable (X2) has a partial and significant effect on the Repurchase Decision (Y) with a calculated t value of 4.640 > 1.98827 and a Sig t value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Customer Value (X1) and Customer Experience (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Decisions with an F count of 49.563 > 3.10 and a Sig. F 0.000 < 0.05.

This research is focused on the Application of Just In Time in Increasing Production Effectiveness and Efficiency (A Study at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari, Banjar City). The problems encountered in this study include: 1]. How is the application of just in time in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of production at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari?; 2]. What are the obstacles encountered in implementing just in time at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari?; 3]. What are the solutions to overcome obstacles in implementing just in time at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari?; The purpose of this study: 1]. To find out how the solution to overcome obstacles in implementing just in time at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the application of just in time in increasing production effectiveness and efficiency at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari is carried out by: close communication with suppliers. Then Closeness of Communication with Customers. Furthermore, Responsiveness in Information Change. Accuracy of Executing Schedule. As well as the ability to reduce costs. Barriers to implementing just in time to increase production effectiveness and efficiency come from supporting tools for mobilizing materials and goods such as forklifts, dump turcks and losbak, supply of electrical energy and shipping costs. The solution to overcome these obstacles is to equip supporting equipment such as handlifts. Meanwhile, to handle the supply of electricity, the company built two power substations.

This Bottled Drinking Water Factory (AMDK) is drinking water that is packaged and processed through electronic machines and is safe to drink. It is processed according to quality standards and in accordance with applicable techniques and meets the specified requirements so that bottled drinking water is safe for consumption by the public. This study aims to determine the service quality strategy carried out by the Abillaits AMDK factory in the Ambunten subdistrict, Sumenep Regency. Which was carried out using a qualitative approach method. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. With 1 key informant and 6 supporting informants. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion.  The results of research conducted at the Abillaits AMDK factory show 2  strategies implemented by the Abillaits AMDK factory in Ambunten in an effort to meet customer satisfaction, namely the basic and main strategy. Basic service strategies such as thanking customers, communicating with customers. Listening to customer complints and neat appearance. The main strategy is the services provided in accordance with SOP, fast and responsive, competitive advantage, building good relationships with customers, and timeliness.
