DIAGNOSA: Jurnal Ilmu Kesehatan dan Keperawatan 2025 International Forum of Researchers and Lecturers

Background: HIV/AIDS is an infectious disease that attacks the immune system and is a global health problem. Pregnant women are among the vulnerable groups for HIV infection, so HIV testing during pregnancy is an important step in preventing mother-to-child transmission. However, the utilization of HIV testing by pregnant women is still low in various regions, including at the Peureulak Community Health Center, East Aceh Regency. HIV testing in pregnant women can reduce the risk of vertical transmission and provide an opportunity for appropriate treatment. Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between pregnant women's knowledge about HIV/AIDS and the utilization of HIV testing at the Peureulak Community Health Center. Methods: This study used an observational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 50 pregnant women selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of questions about knowledge about HIV/AIDS and utilization of HIV testing. The collected data were analyzed using the chi-square test to see the relationship between the two variables. Results: The results showed that the majority of pregnant women had insufficient knowledge about HIV/AIDS (56%). Utilization of HIV testing is also still low, with 52% of pregnant women not undergoing testing during pregnancy. Bivariate analysis showed a significant association between pregnant women's knowledge of HIV/AIDS and their utilization of HIV testing (p = 0.002). Mothers with good knowledge were more likely to undergo HIV testing (72.7%) than mothers with poor knowledge (28.6%). Conclusion: Good knowledge of HIV/AIDS influences the utilization of HIV testing by pregnant women. Further education is needed to increase pregnant women's awareness of the importance of HIV testing to prevent transmission to the baby.

Saturnus: Jurnal Teknologi dan Sistem Informasi 2025 Asosiasi Riset Teknik Elektro dan Informatika Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the application of Deep Neural Networks (DNN) as an artificial intelligence approach in processing weather data to support more accurate and stable climate predictions. Increasingly unpredictable and fluctuating weather patterns demand modern analytical methods capable of capturing non-linear relationships among atmospheric variables. DNN is utilized due to its ability to learn complex data structures through multilayer representations that extract deeper features from input variables. Weather data such as temperature, humidity, rainfall, air pressure, and wind speed are processed through several preprocessing stages to ensure optimal model performance. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method based on literature studies to examine the role of DNN in weather prediction systems. The findings indicate that DNN demonstrates strong generalization abilities, robustness to fluctuating data, and more stable predictive outputs compared to conventional statistical approaches. Thus, DNN is considered a promising component for the development of early warning systems and modern data-driven climate analysis, offering improved reliability in understanding and forecasting atmospheric conditions.

This study aims to analyze the impact of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 on eco-literacy and green purchase behaviour from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah. Climate change and the need for sustainability highlight the importance of eco-literacy in fostering consumer environmental awareness. This research employs a quantitative method using a survey of 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The findings indicate that eco-literacy significantly influences the brand image and green product knowledge. These variables mediate the relationship between eco-literacy and green purchase behaviour. The results emphasize that consumers with higher levels of eco-literacy tend to prefer sustainable brands and environmentally friendly products. From the perspective of maqashid syariah, these findings align with the principles of hifz al-'aql (protection of intellect) and hifz al-maal (protection of wealth).

The coffee business, especially during the pandemic, faces challenges in maintaining operations and ensuring profitability. This study focuses on Javadwipa_roastery & Coffee Shop, exploring its Break Even Point (BEP) to assess financial sustainability. Through direct observation and interviews, data on fixed and variable costs were collected. Findings revealed monthly fixed costs of Rp. 1,000,000, and variable costs including raw materials, equipment, labor, and transportation, totaling Rp. 7,223,500. The BEP analysis for Cappuccino and Matcha Latte showed unit BEP at 468.33 and 200.71 respectively, with corresponding Rp. BEP at Rp. 3,275,058.28 and Rp. 3,008,565.31. Understanding BEP aids in strategic planning and decision-making, crucial for achieving optimal profitability in the coffee business.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction with People's Business Credit (KUR) financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Paser Tanah Grogot. Based on the Validity Test which contains 26 statement items, it is declared valid, because rcount > rtable, with an rtable value of 0.3120. The results of the Reliability Test which contains 26 statement items are declared reliable, because the Cronbach alpha value is greater than 0.6 then the Multiple Linear Regression Equation which contains the value of each variable is Y = 1.488 - 0.001X1 + 0.313X2 - 0.035X3 - 0.216X4 + 0.560X5. Based on the Correlation Coefficient Test (R), it shows a value of 0.760 and is in the Coefficient interval 0.60 – 0.799, which means there is a strong influence between Direct Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Empathy (X5) on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y). The results of the Adjusted R Square Determination Coefficient (R2a) show a value of 0.515 or 51.5%, which means that Direct Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) and Empathy (X5) provide a percentage contribution or the contribution that influences the KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction variable (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Paser Tanah Grogot is 51.5% while the remaining 48.5% is contributed by other variables not included in this research. The results of the F test calculation analysis (simultaneous) obtained an Fcount value of 9.295 and Ftable using a significance level of 0.000 while the Ftable value was 2.49. So Fcount is 9.295 > Ftable value is 2.49 and the hypothesis test is accepted because there is a significant influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction. The results of the t test calculation analysis show that the t value of the Reliability variable (X2) is 3.341 with a significant level of 0.002, Empathy (X5) is 4.017 with a significant level of 0.000 which has an influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, the t-calculated value of Direct Evidence (X1) is -0.007 with a significant level of 0.995, Responsiveness (X3) is -0.187 with a significant level of 0.853, and Guarantee (X4) is -1.819 with a significant level of 0.078 and has no effect on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y). Based on the calculations above, the Empathy variable (X5) has a dominant influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y) with a t value of 4.017 with a significance level of 0.000. Thus, the second hypothesis in Chapter II which states that the Guarantee variable (X4) has a dominant influence on KUR Financing Customer Satisfaction (Y) is not proven correct (H0 is accepted Ha is rejected).
