The development of information technology has encouraged improvements in public service quality, including at the village government level. In Sunggal Kanan Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, the process of submitting public complaints and aspirations is still carried out manually, resulting in issues related to documentation, transparency, and follow-up actions. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Village Public Complaint and Aspiration Information System using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The RAD method was chosen because it emphasizes fast system development through iterative stages involving active user participation, namely Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and literature studies. The developed system provides features such as user registration and login, complaint and aspiration submission forms, report status tracking, and an admin dashboard for managing and following up on reports. The results show that the system improves efficiency, transparency, and accountability in managing public aspirations. Through this system, citizens can submit reports online without visiting the village office and monitor their report status in real time. The implementation of the RAD method proved effective in delivering a system that meets user needs within a relatively short development time.

Understanding tajwid material is an important aspect of learning the Qur'an. However, in practice, students often have difficulty understanding and applying tajwid rules correctly. Therefore, appropriate and effective learning methods are needed to help improve students' understanding. This study aims to improve the understanding of tajwid material in female students of class D2 at the Takhassusul Qur'an Darul Hikmah Institute through the application of the musyafahah method and the drill method. The musyafahah method emphasizes direct learning through examples of the teacher's reading that are imitated by students, while the drill method focuses on practice and repetition of material both inside and outside the classroom to strengthen students' mastery. This study used a classroom action research (CAR) approach with 17 female students in class D2 as research subjects. Data collection techniques included tests, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that the application of the musyafahah and drill methods significantly improved students' understanding of tajwid material, as indicated by increased test scores and positive student responses to the learning process. Thus, it can be concluded that both methods are effective in improving students' understanding of tajwid material. Based on these findings, the study recommends that educators consider using the musyafahah and drill methods as alternative tajwid learning strategies to achieve more optimal learning outcomes.

Counseling in order to increase insight and knowledge for the Principal, Vice Principal, Administrative Staff, and Teachers' Council. The method of implementing this community service is carried out in several activities, namely the survey stage, namely socialization is carried out by compiling various things that will be conveyed during the community service activities that will be carried out which include: preparing the material to be provided, preparing the schedule for providing materials and surveying the community service location. The socialization stage, namely before the community service activities are carried out, a socialization stage is carried out, namely conducting a friendly meeting with the school to convey the intent and purpose of this community service. At this stage, cooperation is also established and the community service activity schedule is determined.

This study aims to analysis the impact of the presence of coal transport parking areas on the Income of the Informal Sector, identify the most dominant factors influencing Income, and examine the socio-economic impact experienced by informal sector business actors in Muara Tembesi District. This study uses a quantitative approach with Multiple Linear Regression analysis and Classical Assumption Tests to test the hypotheses. Data were obtained through surveys of informal sector business owners around the parking areas. The dependent variable is Income, while the independent variables include Age, Education, Working Hours, Initial Capital, and Distance. Comparative descriptive analysis is used to validate socio-economic changes. Data analysis shows that working hours, initial capital, and distance have a positive and significant impact on the income of informal sector business actors, whereas age and education do not significantly affect the income of informal sector business actors. Descriptively, there has been massive welfare migration, indicated by the decrease in the proportion of low-income respondents from 60 percent to only 2 percent after the intervention. The presence of parking pockets has been proven to provide a positive and transformative economic impact for the informal sector. This impact is driven by increased production inputs (Capital and Working Hours). On the other hand, logistics activities generate negative external impacts in the form of dust pollution and security risks, which require strict regulation by the Local Government.

This community service activity was carried out by lecturers of the College of Administrative Sciences (STIA) Satya Negara Palembang as part of fulfilling the obligations of the Tridarma of Higher Education, specifically in the aspect of community service. This program aims to increase citizen participation in public service evaluation by implementing a web-based digital suggestion box system at the Palembang City Tourism Office. This activity is motivated by the low effectiveness of conventional suggestion boxes, which are often less transparent, difficult to access, and slow to implement. Through a participatory approach and the use of digital technology, this system is designed to enable people to convey their aspirations, criticisms, and suggestions online with guaranteed identity confidentiality. The results of the implementation showed a significant increase in the number of suggestions, a reduction in response time from seven to two working days, and a community satisfaction rate of 92.74%. The implementation of this system also forms a more open and participatory pattern of public communication between the community and local governments. This activity has practical, academic, and policy implications as a model for implementing digital participatory governance that supports the principles of good governance and digital transformation of public services.

This qualitative research investigates the critical factors inhibiting ship arrival efficiency and their impact on shipping agency performance at PT. Berkah Tata Baruna Banten Branch. Through comprehensive interviews with maritime professionals, port operators, and agency management, the study examines three primary variables: pilot tugboat services, cargo loading-unloading productivity, and document processing efficiency. Utilizing thematic analysis and narrative synthesis, findings reveal significant operational integration challenges that directly affect agency performance metrics. The research demonstrates that synchronized maritime service delivery substantially influences stakeholder satisfaction and business sustainability. Results indicate that technological integration barriers, communication gaps, and human resource development needs constitute primary obstacles to optimal port performance. Beyond identifying constraints, the study highlights how fragmented coordination between service providers creates inefficiencies that extend vessel turnaround times and increase operational costs. Respondents emphasized that transparent communication channels, standardized documentation procedures, and adequate training programs are essential to building resilient port systems. Moreover, the research shows that investment in digital platforms for real-time data sharing could accelerate clearance processes, while workforce development initiatives would ensure higher service reliability. The study contributes theoretically by developing frameworks of integrated maritime service performance and practically by offering policy-oriented recommendations to strengthen agency competitiveness. Overall, the findings provide valuable insights for stakeholders seeking to enhance Indonesia’s maritime logistics capacity, aligning operational improvements with the nation’s broader economic and global shipping ambitions.

In Indonesia, digital transformation has also penetrated various sectors, including education. This change presents a significant opportunity for the world of education to expand access, improve the quality of learning, and encourage innovation in teaching methods. As an entity closely linked to human culture and civilization, education has undergone significant changes in the era of globalization. The use of digital technologies, such as online learning, learning management systems (LMS), and interactive media, has become an integral part of the educational process. This not only facilitates the delivery of material but also opens up more flexible and inclusive learning opportunities for various levels of society. However, behind these opportunities, challenges also arise, such as disparities in technology access, low digital literacy in some communities, and the need to adapt curricula and teaching methods to be relevant to current developments. Therefore, the success of educational transformation in the digital era depends not only on the availability of technology but also on the readiness of human resources, including educators and students, to optimize its use. Indonesia's Sharia capital market has experienced significant growth in the past decade, along with rising public awareness of Islamic economic principles and the adoption of digital technologies. This study aims to analyze the role of digital transformation in supporting the development of the Sharia capital market and to identify structural challenges, particularly in regulatory, financial literacy, and cybersecurity aspects. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach, drawing on secondary data from reputable journals and official publications from OJK and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results indicate that while technological transformation has opened significant opportunities such as increased financial inclusion and youth investor engagement, the Sharia capital market still faces serious challenges related to unadaptive regulations, cyber threats and low investor literacy. This study recommends synergy between regulators, industry players and educational institutions to strengthen a sustainable Sharia capital market ecosystem.

Background:Gastritis is an inflammation of the stomach wall caused by irritation of the gastric mucosa. Gastritis caused by bacterial infections such as Helicobacteri pylory and irritant foods and drinks. The problem posed is acute pain. Nursing interventions to address this problem are pain management. Objective: This case study aims to describe the implementation of nursing pain management in gastritis patients with acute pain. Method: This case study design is a descriptive design in the form of a case study with a nursing care process approach. The case study subjects were 4 patients in the emergency room with the criteria of experiencing gastritis with problems acute pain. This case study was conducted at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital on March 16- 23, 2023. The nursing implementation provided was in the form of warm compress and deep breath relaxation to reduce pain in gastritis patients, in patient 1 before the implementation of the pain scale was 5 and fell to 3, the second patient initially had a pain scale of 4 decreasing to 2, in patient 3 the initial scale of 5 was reduced to a scale of 2, and finally patient 4 before the technique was carried out. out the pain scale in patients is 5 after being carried out down to a scale of 3. Using data collection techniques by means of observation, and interviews. Results: The research results describe the need for implementation of pain management (warm compress and deep breath relaxation) to reduce pain in gastritis patients from a moderate pain scale to a mild pain scale.Conclusion:There is an influence in implementing pain management on acute pain in gastritis patients.

: This study aims to determine: (1) To determine and analyze the quality of service of the Diario Shop Banjarmasin Branch (2) To determine and analyze what things need to be developed and improved at the Diario Shop Banjarmasin Branch so that customer satisfaction increases.This research employs a qualitative survey approach, collecting primary data through interviews, observations, and documentation. However, the implementation of activities so far has been deemed not fully aligned with the expected objectives. Therefore, to ensure the smooth progress of the work, improvements need to be made. The quality of service carried out by Toko Diario Banjarmasin Branch, in order to increase customer satisfaction and increase sales turnover which is still not stable, but has progressed from  month to month. The results of this study indicate: (1) Diario Shop Banjarmasin Branch meets customer satisfaction with timeliness, accuracy of service quality, courtesy, friendliness, and comfort. Diario Stores have carried out service quality in accordance with good service criteria.  (2) We recommend that Toko Diario needs to develop more facilities and make several upgrades to its sales in order to improve service quality by providing clear and detailed product information to increase customer satisfaction.

. The preservation of static archives in the Office of Religious Affairs (Kantor Urusan Agama/KUA) plays a crucial role in safeguarding the legal and administrative evidence of marriage for the community. However, many marriage records created between 1978 and 2002 at the Office of Religious Affairs of Medan Labuhan Subdistrict have experienced physical deterioration due to age, storage limitations, and environmental factors. Based on archival observations, out of 51 archival bundles (2,550 records), 76.4% were categorized as damaged, while only 23.5% remained in good condition. This condition highlights the urgency of implementing a systematic digitalization strategy as an effort to preserve static archives and ensure long-term access. This study aims to analyze the implementation of marriage archive digitalization as a preservation strategy and to examine its effectiveness in maintaining the authenticity, integrity, and accessibility of archival records. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, documentation analysis, and field-based data interpretation. The findings indicate that digitalization contributes significantly to minimizing physical handling, preventing further deterioration, improving retrieval efficiency, and strengthening archival security. Nevertheless, several challenges were identified, including limited technological infrastructure, lack of standardized procedures, and human resource constraints. The study concludes that digitalization is not merely a technological transition but a strategic preservation effort that requires institutional commitment, proper archival management standards, and sustainable planning. By integrating digital preservation practices into archival governance, the Office of Religious Affairs can enhance the protection of marriage archives as static archives and ensure their continued legal and administrative value for future generations.

PT Swadaya Graha is a company that works in the field of construction, fabrication and steel manufacturing. One of the machines used in carrying out its operational activities is the Baoji 1660A lathe. The lathe often fails during the production process. This study aims to determine critical components, critical component reliability values, maintenance scheduling intervals and maintenance cost estimates of the Baoji 1660A lathe using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method. The results of this study show that the electrical system with an RPN value of 240, v-belt with an RPN value of 168, and gearbox with an RPN value of 60 as critical components. The reliability value of the electrical system approaches 0.5 at a time interval of 640 hours or 80 working days, the reliability value of the v-belt approaches 0.5 at a time interval of 208 hours or 26 working days, and the reliability value of the gearbox approaches 0.5 at a time interval of 384 hours or 48 working days. From the scheduling interval, the estimated total maintenance cost in 2025 is IDR 7,019,092, in 2026 is IDR 3,615,386, in 2027 is IDR 4,187,484, in 2028 is IDR 4,276,752, and in 2029 is IDR 3,615,386.

Marketing communication can be a strategy for every MSME to learn to introduce the products they produce to other parties or the general public so that they have the same understanding and intention of the products and brands being sold. Every MSME, in addition to focusing on producing competitive products, must also be able to market what they produce. In the early stages, every MSME must be able to read market needs, so that they can produce products according to the targeted market segment. Teachers rarely apply Ice Breaking, where the teacher only provides ice breaking by looking at the students' condition, if it is not conducive then the teacher plays a game or an activity in between lessons. During the ice breaking, some students were not focused, there were students who were sleepy and even fell asleep in class. This research uses a qualitative approach. With data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The key informant was the Islamic Religious Education teacher and the supporting informants were class VIII students and the school principal. Data analysis in this research involves data reduction, data display, and then conclusions. Based on the research results, it was found: The research results showed that the first application of ice breaking in learning Islamic religious education in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Panti Pasaman Regency was that the teacher only provided ice breaking depending on the condition of the students. The types of ice breaking used by teachers include stories, games, counting, singing (sholawat). The two obstacles faced by teachers when implementing ice breaking are students playing around, students who don't understand, are nosy with friends, like to talk to friends, students who are lazy to follow the movements, and indeed difficult to manage who like to do whatever they want and lack of concentration in students' learning because they only Focus only on the ice breaking moment. However, teachers can overcome these obstacles so that students generally focus more on learning.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the Al-Barqy method affects the ability to read the Al-Qur’an at MDA Nurul Ihsan Mudiak Lolo Barat Sungai Pagu District South Solok Regency. This research uses pre-experimental methodology and is quantitative in nature. The number of grade I-IV MDA students who became the population of this study were 42 students. Collecting odd semester grades, then doing a normality test, the researcher determines a random sample as a sampling technique. Tests were used to collect data. Analysis of data using descriptive analysis and t-test. The results of the study based on the results of the Paired Sample T-test test obtained a t score of 9.376> t table which is 1306, and the probability value of sig.  (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 so that it can be inferred that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected which shows that there is a significant effect of the Al-Barqy method on the ability to read the Qur’an to students at MDA Nurul Ihsan Mudiak Lolo Barat, Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency.

This study aims to examine: about the function of Human Resource Management (HRM) in a company in increasing customer satisfaction, especially for patients at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Banjarbaru. The research design is a qualitative research which is a type of field survey research and a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. The results showed that human resource management is very influential on the satisfaction of visitors or patients at the Islamic Hospital Sultan Agung Banjarbaru, the results of the study obtained from several dimensions, namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical appearance. And from these results indicate that the informants are not satisfied with the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, empathy and physical appearance due to queuing problems, health workers do not provide good explanations and understanding, doctors pay less attention when providing services. Meanwhile, informants who are satisfied only with the guarantee variable because the service they get is very good and the doctor is able to assure the patient's recovery, provides a sense of security, is friendly, polite and gentle.

The aim of implementing community service is to strengthen the role of cadre communication in supporting the success of the development of the Family Planning Village program in Sungai Jingah Village, Banjarmasin City and teaching recommended by Islam regarding ways of communicating. The method used is through lectures and questions and answers. The implementation of the KB Village program activities in the Sungai Jingah Village, Banjarmasin City, at the workshop stage, provided the concept of understanding the concepts and indicators of success of the KB Village as well as assigning KB Village cadres to be given training so that each cadre can convey information and educational communications to community members. The role of communication as a factor that can support the success of developing the Family Planning Village program for the community in Sungai Jingah Village, Banjarmasin City through (1) Communication, information and individual education or home visits to target homes ; (2) Communication, information and group education by utilizing social forums ; (3) Mass communication, information and education by utilizing traditional media or people's entertainment programs; (4) Communication, information and counseling education by utilizing community consultation organization platforms to be more targeted. Islam teaches about ways of communicating, which consist of several forms, namely (1) qaulan Ma'ruf,  (2) Qaulan Baliighaa , (3) qaulan Sadida , (4) Qaulan Karima , (5) Qaulan Maisuura , (6) Qaulan Layyinan , (7) Qaulan Tsaqiila .
