Akuntansi dan Ekonomi Pajak: Perspektif Global 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

Village cooperatives have a strategic role in driving local economic growth and improving community welfare. However, suboptimal managerial management is often a major obstacle in achieving these goals. This study aims to analyze and identify strategies to optimize economic managerial in village cooperatives in Melarmukti Village, North Cikarang District. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews with cooperative administrators, village officials, and local communities. The results showed that cooperatives in Melarmukti Village still face various challenges, such as the lack of managerial training, the lack of periodic evaluations, and low collaboration with external parties. Optimization can be done through increasing the capacity of cooperative human resources, implementing a periodic evaluation system, and establishing strategic partnerships with financial institutions and universities. With targeted and sustainable managerial improvements, village cooperatives have great potential to become economic drivers and improve community welfare at the local level.

This community service activity aims to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs through mentoring entrepreneurs based on managerial economics. Many MSMEs have not optimally implemented managerial principles, such as financial planning, market analysis, and decision-making strategies. The managerial economic approach is used to help MSMEs understand consumer behavior, cost efficiency, and effective resource management. The implementation methods for this activity include field observation, training, interactive discussions, and direct mentoring for MSMEs in the target area. The results of this activity show an increase in participants' understanding of business management, such as the implementation of more measurable strategies to face market competition. Thus, mentoring based on managerial economics has proven effective in strengthening the foundations of entrepreneurship and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in a sustainable manner.

The objective of the dissemination activity on managerial economic practices related to budgeting was to enhance the understanding and capacity of Karang Taruna administrators in managing organizational finances efficiently and responsibly.through training sessions and interviews, participants gained practical insights into planning, controlling, and evaluating budgets based on managerial economics principles. The outcomes of the activity demonstrated that applying efficiency and effectiveness principles in budgeting can improve accountability, transparency, and overall organizational performance.the budgeting process for the 2025 UMKM Bazaar served as a practical example, showing that structured and participatory financial management can enhance organizational governance and optimize the use of available resources.according to the final evaluation, the administrators showed significant improvement in budget planning and management skills, contributing to better performance and increased professionalism within Karang Taruna.this initiative represents a strategic step toward fostering the independence of community organizations in implementing sustainable programs.

This research aims to analyze the impact of increased shipping costs on the price elasticity of demand for products on the Shopee marketplace platform. The method used in this study is qualitative, focusing on secondary data sourced from various literatures, research findings, scientific publications, and relevant public data. Through a comparative analysis approach and interpretation of the available data, this study intends to identify patterns, trends, and inconsistencies related to the impact of increased shipping costs on the price elasticity of demand for products on marketplace platforms like Shopee. The results of this study are expected to help sellers and Shopee address the impact of increased shipping costs on market demand. Additionally, academically, this research expands the understanding of product demand reactions to changes in shipping costs on marketplace platforms.

This study aims to examine managerial strategies implemented by MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) to enhance their competitiveness in the digital era using a qualitative method. MSMEs face significant challenges in maintaining their existence and expanding their market amid rapid technological advancements. Through in-depth interviews and observations with MSME actors, this research explores how digital transformation, digital marketing strategies, and digital capability development are managed managerially to improve operational effectiveness and broaden market reach. The results indicate that the application of digital management, including the utilization of social media, e-commerce, and management information systems, can increase brand awareness, customer loyalty, and business efficiency. Furthermore, the development of digital skills among human resources is a key factor in the successful digital transformation that positively impacts MSMEs’ competitiveness in local markets. This study provides recommendations for MSME practitioners and stakeholders to comprehensively integrate digital strategies to face competition in the digital era.

Catering entrepreneurs in Indonesia have high market demand. Demand analysis and pricing training training is currently needed for small and medium-sized catering entrepreneurs to know to find out whether the demand is in accordance with the price that can compete in the market. This study aims to investigate the role of SWOT analysis in the strategic decision-making process at Warcaf, Warcaf is a business operating in the culinary sector. In the context of increasingly tight business competition today, it is very important for a company to have a good strategy in order to remain competitive in the market. SWOT analysis, including the recognition of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, serves as a fairly efficient instrument in designing strategies that are in accordance with the company's internal and external situations. The method applied in this study is a qualitative approach, where information is obtained through in-depth interviews with Warcaf management. This study shows that SWOT analysis not only plays a role in the strategic decision-making process, but also as a basis for long-term planning. It is expected that this study can provide contributions such as information and strategies in the culinary industry.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran sumber daya dalam proses pengambilan keputusan ekonomi manajerial, khususnya pada sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar dan keterbatasan sumber daya, UMKM dituntut untuk melakukan evaluasi yang tepat agar keputusan manajerial yang diambil dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan keberlanjutan usaha. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik studi pustaka dan wawancara mendalam terhadap pelaku UMKM untuk menganalisis bagaimana sumber daya baik finansial, manusia, maupun material dimanfaatkan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan strategis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dan evaluasi sumber daya yang akurat berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kualitas keputusan ekonomi manajerial, serta mampu meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat.

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) industry, such as Teras Steak, plays a significant role in strengthening the economy. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how price influences demand and to calculate price elasticity as a foundation for business decision-making. The methodology employed includes sales data analysis, customer satisfaction surveys, and interviews. The findings indicate that demand for Teras Steak’s products is highly sensitive, meaning that price changes have a significant impact on the quantity demanded. Therefore, pricing strategies must consider a balance between sales volume and profit. To enhance competitiveness and maintain customer loyalty, it is recommended to diversify products, innovate the menu, adjust prices according to market segments, and implement effective promotions. Understanding this elasticity is crucial to support sustainable business growth.

This research aims to identify and analyze digital marketing strategies that are effective in increasing product sales in the online market. The research methods used include actor surveys of local businesses, and data analysis from digital platforms. Research results show that the use of social media, search engine optimization and content marketing play an important role in expanding market reach and attracting potential customers. Integrating e-commerce with digital marketing strategies such as paid advertising (PPC), email marketing, and influencer marketing has also proven effective in increasing sales. And the use of platforms such as Instagram, Shopee, TikTok has also been proven to increase sales in this digital era

Economic independence is an important factor in improving community welfare, especially for youth in rural areas. Cibatu village, which has abundant human resource potential, faces challenges in the form of low youth access to skills that can be used as a source of income. This screen printing training and development program aims to increase the economic independence of Cibatu village youth by providing practical skills in the field of screen printing on textile media. The program implementation method includes theoretical and practical screen printing training, starting from the screen printing process to final production. The results of this training show an increase in participants' skills and higher motivation to start a screen printing business independently. Thus, this screen printing training and development is one of the strategic solutions in encouraging the economic independence of youth in Cibatu Village, which in turn contributes to improving community welfare

The aim of this community service is to empower small shop owners in Jayamukti Village by providing training on financial management and digital marketing. This training is expected to enhance the shop owners’ skills in efficient financial management and their ability to utilize digital technology for marketing their products. The training was conducted with a practical approach, involving the delivery of material, case studies, and hands-on simulations. The results of this community service show an improvement in participants’ understanding of managing shop finances and utilizing digital platforms for promotion, which is expected to increase the revenue and sustainability of small shops in the village

In the rapidly evolving digital era, the ability to adapt to technology is key to the sustainability and success of (MSMEs). In South Cikarang, where many business potentials have not been fully tapped, it is important to provide relevant training so that MSME players can compete in an increasingly tight market. This service activity was carried out at Seblak Mamah Farid MSME, one of the MSMEs located in the South Cikarang area, with the aim of equipping MSME players with entrepreneurial skills through training on the use of online shop platforms. With the hope that participants can utilize digital technology to increase the visibility and sales of their products. This program used a qualitative approach through indepth interviews and direct observation. Qualitative data was collected to understand participants' experiences, challenges, and expectations of the training. The results of this activity show that the training on the use of online shop platforms significantly contributes to improving participants' ability to utilize digital technology for marketing, and has a positive impact on the growth of turnover of Seblak Mamah Farid MSMEs. Thus, this program not only helps participants in improving their entrepreneurial skills, but also helps them strengthen their position in the increasingly competitive market competition.

This service aims to improve the capabilities of MSMEs through packaging and labeling training. Apart from that, the aim of this training is to provide MSME players with an understanding of the importance of attractive and informative packaging and labels in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. Good packaging not only protects the product, but also functions as a promotional tool that can increase the product's attractiveness in the market. Labeling that complies with standards can also increase product credibility and make it easier for consumers to obtain important information, such as raw materials, expiration date and distribution permits. With this training, it is hoped that MSMEs in Sukaragam Village will be able to implement more effective marketing strategies, increase product competitiveness, and expand market reach..

With the development of digital technology, especially in the food delivery service sector, the GrabFood and GoFood platforms have become one of the solutions for MSMEs to reach a wider range of consumers without having to rely on traditional marketing methods. This research uses a qualitative method with interviews with the owners of Lumpia Beef MSMEs in West Cikarang who use both platforms. The results showed that the utilization of GrabFood and GoFood significantly helped increase sales, expand market share, and increase business visibility amidst fierce competition. However, there are challenges faced by MSMEs, such as high commission costs and competition with big brands on the same platform. This research recommends strategies to optimize the use of marketplaces, such as improving customer service, promotions, and managing operational costs, to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in the digital era.

The current digitalization era makes people adapt to technological developments, including in terms of payment transactions. Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) has emerged as a practical and simple digital payment solution, but for MSMEs, especially the elderly (4060 years) or the general public, there are still many challenges. This service aims to evaluate the effectiveness of training and community service in increasing the use and understanding of QRIS among elderly MSMEs and the general public in Sukadami Village, South Cikarang District. Through participatory training methods and quantitative approaches, this study measures the impact of the service program on digital literacy and the level of QRIS adoption.

The implementation of this community service involves one MSME, namely 'Mask and Furniture Wholesale Shop'. Located in Jayamukti Village, Central Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency or about 4.0 km from Pelita Bangsa University. MSMEs wholesale masks and furniture play a strategic role in meeting community needs, especially during the pandemic and changes in people's lifestyles that lead to online shopping. This service aims to examine the effect of training and e-commerce utilization in improving the competitiveness and operational efficiency of wholesale stores in this sector. Through training that focuses on the use of e-commerce platforms and internet-based marketing strategies, it is hoped that this training can evaluate the impact of digital transformation on the business growth of mask and furniture wholesale stores. The method used is a qualitative method, namely through a case study approach and in-depth interviews with MSME players, with the aim of analyzing the effectiveness of training that focuses on the use of ecommerce platforms and online marketing strategies. The results of the service showed that ecommerce training improved the ability of MSMEs to access a wider market, optimize business management, and increase sales. In addition, MSME players also face challenges such as technology adaptation and logistics management. This study provides recommendations on the importance of continuous training, technological infrastructure support, and collaboration between the government and e-commerce platforms to maximize the potential of wholesale MSMEs in the digital era..  .

This training focuses on efforts to develop the potential of Human Resources (HR) through entrepreneurship training in North Cikarang District with the aim of increasing the entrepreneurial spirit among the local community. Entrepreneurship training is designed to provide an understanding of entrepreneurial concepts, practical skills, and motivation needed to start and manage a business. Entrepreneurship training is expected to be able to change people's mindset to be more innovative and independent in creating business opportunities. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires with training participants and related parties. With a participatory approach and structured training, developing human resource potential can be a key factor in strengthening the local economy and increasing people's entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and attitudes, thereby strengthening their entrepreneurial spirit. It is hoped that this positive impact can contribute to economic growth and community independence and can be developed optimally to support local economic growth through entrepreneurial activities.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital financial management training for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cibatu Village, South Cikarang. In the digital era, the ability to manage finances effectively is key for MSMEs to increase competitiveness in the global market. The method we used in this research is a quantitative approach with an experimental design, where participants were divided into a training group and a control group The results of the study showed a significant increase in digital financial management knowledge and skills after the training. In addition, participants also reported increased confidence in using technology for their business. The findings suggest that this training can be an effective strategy to empower MSMEs, encourage them to adapt to market changes, and expand their business reach at the global level. Recommendations for future research extend to the development of a more comprehensive training program as well as a long-term assessment of the impact of this training on MSME growth

MSMEs play an important role in the local and national economy. However, many MSMEs still face challenges in utilizing digital technology to increase sales turnover. This article reports the results of assistance activities for cassava chips MSMEs in Wanajaya Village, Cibitung District, with the aim of helping business actors utilize digital technology to market their products more widely. The methods used are socialization, training and evaluation of the use of digital platforms such as marketplaces, social media and digital marketing techniques. The results show an increase in the knowledge and skills of MSME players in digital marketing which has a direct impact on increasing sales turnover by up to 30% in the three months after the intervention.
