This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of employee training at PT XYZ, particularly in enhancing work performance and motivation. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method using purposive sampling. Informants consist of one team leader and three staff members selected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the training provided remains one-way, lacks interactivity, and is not entirely relevant to employees’ daily tasks. This leads to low motivation and minimal effectiveness in improving performance. Several challenges were also identified, including the absence of post-training follow-up, monotonous delivery methods, and limited time due to workload constraints. The study suggests that organizations should improve their training systems by aligning materials with job relevance, adopting more engaging methods, and ensuring continuous support from management.

E-government is a government effort to provide efficient and effective public services by utilizing information and communication technology. E-Government allows people to access various available services. The aim of this research is to find out how the E-Government service system is implemented, including the factors that influence it, and the benefits of implementing E-Government in public services. This research also uses a purposive sampling technique, namely a technique carried out by determining special criteria or considering certain characteristics of the sample or research subject to be studied that are relevant to the topic. The results of the research show the implementation of UPT KB  Tangerang City is not yet optimal, both in terms of the synergy between agencies in the Tangerang City government and the UPT itself in implementing the E-Government system which is still lacking, and the low level of understanding and socialization of employees in implementing it. E-Government service system. To improve e-government management, it is required to integrate information systems for e-government management sequentially to improve public service performance, and increase human resources who are skilled in information technology, the implementation of E-Government at UPT KB can run more optimally and provide greater benefits for the community.

This study aims to determine how much influence work competence, job placement, and incentives have on employee performance at PT XY. The object of this research is employees who work at PT XY. The tool used for data collection in this study is a questionnaire with a Likert scale from point 1 to 5. This study uses non probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. The sample was taken as many as 100 respondents, namely employees who work at PT XY. The method used in this research is quantitative method with description analysis. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SMARTPLS 4 application through two sub models (outer model and inner model). Outer model consists of convergent validity, discriminant validity, averange variance extracted (AVE), and Cronbach's Alpha. While the inner model consists of model feasibility test, variance inflation factor (VIF), path coefficients, and total direct effect. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that work competence has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, job placement has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, and incentive.

This research has the objective of analyzing the relationship between the work environment, work culture and workload related to employee performance in an agency or company. This research uses quantitative methods through descriptive analysis, as well as online data collection using the Microsoft Forms Platform with a Likert scale of 1 to 5 with the Purposive Sampling method, there are 57 respondents with the age criteria 18-30 and currently working. Processed using the SmartPLS 4.0.9.2 application program. with Structural Eqution Modeling (SEM). The results showed that, the work environment is influential in supporting or improving the performance of its employees for the better and can produce quality work done by its employees. The work environment can be maximized when a company can implement or create a conducive, collaborative environment, and pay attention to all aspects such as the physical and psychological of its employees. Such factors as sufficient facilities, social support, and job security can increase employee performance productivity. Organizational work culture also plays an important role in shaping employee performance.
