The maritime industry operates in a complex, rapidly evolving global environment where decision-making accuracy is critical for operational efficiency, sustainability, and risk mitigation. Traditionally, maritime leadership has relied heavily on experience-based decision-making, often leading to cognitive biases and strategic inefficiencies. This study examines the role of scientific paradigms in managerial decision-making, emphasizing how structured epistemological reasoning enhances strategic accuracy and reduces decision-making errors. This research provides original value by addressing the limited integration of structured decision-making models in maritime leadership, which has been largely overlooked in previous studies. While scientific reasoning has transformed decision-making in industries such as finance and healthcare, its application in maritime management remains underdeveloped. The study explores the following research questions: To what extent do scientific paradigms influence managerial decision-making in maritime leadership? How can structured reasoning reduce bias and improve decision accuracy? Using a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with maritime experts, lecturers, and postgraduate students, followed by thematic analysis and comparative evaluation. Results indicate that structured decision frameworks significantly improve managerial effectiveness, yet barriers such as industry conservatism and limited competency development hinder widespread adoption. The study concludes that integrating scientific reasoning into maritime leadership training programs can enhance decision accuracy, promote evidence-based management, and ensure sustainable strategic planning.

Hypertension, acommonand chronic non-communicable disease, has become a global health problem and aleading cause of death. Blood pressure that exceeds normal values is known as hypertension, or high blood pressure. From this theory, this study aims to assess the relationship between obesity and family history factors that affect hypertension in women of childbearing age. This study used quantitative methods with an observational analytic design cross-sectional approach. The selected population was women aged 15 to 45 years Getakmoyan village. The result, because the ? value is greater than ? = 0.05. The results showed that 16 respondents who were obese and had hypertension had a ? value of 0.007 (? = 0.05 because the ? value was smaller than ?). Overall, lifestyle factors such as obesity and diet have a greater influence than family history on the risk of hypertension in women of childbearing age.

A certificate serves as strong evidence of land ownership rights. In line with technological advancements, the government, through the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency, has introduced a legal product in the form of an Electronic Certificate. This Electronic Certificate, also known as e-Certificate, is issued as a result of an electronic land registration process. As a legal product of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency, the Electronic Certificate constitutes valid and strong evidence of land ownership rights. However, in the process of land registration leading to the issuance of the Electronic Certificate, as well as in other related aspects, errors may occur, resulting in administrative and/or juridical defects. Moreover, the Electronic Certificate may also become an object of a court decision. Consequently, the Electronic Certificate can be subject to cancellation, which may be processed based on the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2020 on the Handling and Resolution of Land Cases. This study employs a normative juridical research method, utilizing a statute approach as its legal analysis framework.

The emergence of Artificial Intelligence presents a challenge in Copyright law in the context of visual artworks, as various Artificial Intelligence systems are currently available to create images. Based on this, the research aims to examine the legal regulations regarding the use of Artistic Image Works in Artificial Intelligence training data according to the Copyright Laws of Indonesia and Singapore, as well as how Copyright regulations can be developed to address these legal issues. This study uses a normative legal research method with a descriptive nature, employing statutory and comparative approaches. The data consists of secondary legal materials, collected through library research and analyzed using a syllogistic method with deductive reasoning. The findings and discussion of this research reveal that there is currently no clear legal basis for the use of Artistic Image Works in Artificial Intelligence training data under Law Number 28 of 2014 on Copyright in Indonesia, whereas the Singapore Copyright Act 2021 has accommodated this issue through provisions on Fair Use and Computational Data Analysis. Therefore, a reformulation of regulations is needed regarding several aspects such as Use, Reproduction, and the role of Collective Management Organizations.

MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining is a dormitory-based institution, often referred to as an Islamic boarding school, which fosters a greater sense of independence among its students compared to non-dormitory schools. This research aims to explore the strategies employed by students to enhance their competitiveness in mathematics at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining.
The findings reveal the distinct characteristics that students exhibit when competing in their mathematics lessons at this institution.

This research aims to determine the relationship between Perception of organizational support and employee Affective Commitment through Intention to Stay at the Jabal Nur Kandis Siak Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees and teachers who worked at the Jabal Nur Kandis Siak Islamic Boarding School. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that a sample of 89 respondents was obtained. The data collection technique used was using a structured questionnaire. The instrument testing technique in this research is validity and reliability testing using PLS (Partial Least Square) as the measurement. The results of this research show that Perception of Organization and Intention to Stay have a direct and significant effect on the Affective Commitment of Employees and Teachers who work at the Jabal Nur Kandis Siak Islamic Boarding School. Likewise, Perception of organizational support has a significant direct effect on Intention to Stay and Intention to Stay has been proven to be able to mediate the relationship between Perception of organizational support and Affective Commitment of Employees and Teachers who work at the Jabal Nur Kandis Siak Islamic Boarding School.

This research aims at how blockchain technology builds trust and transparency in modern business. This study conducts descriptive qualitative research involving thematic analysis of secondary data. Blockchain systems can be found in various areas of business, especially in finance and logistics, and this is the subject of research. The data was collected through literature research over the past five years, which included relevant scientific articles and journals. Data analysis is carried out with a thematic approach to find key themes such as transparency, efficiency, and trust. In addition, problem collection, literature research, secondary data collection, and data analysis are also carried out. The results of the study show that blockchain minimizes the risk of data manipulation and increases transparency through the recording of irreversible transactions.  The study shows that blockchain has great potential to increase trust and transparency in modern businesses, although its implementation requires cross-sector cooperation.

The inventory management information system at the Faculty of Science and Technology (Saintek) at Ibrahimy University is designed to facilitate the management of assets, including the recording of incoming goods, outgoing goods, loans, and returns. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature review. The result of this study is an information system capable of managing inventory efficiently and effectively, as well as producing accurate and timely reports. The system is designed using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) to illustrate data flows and relationships between entities. With this system, it is expected to improve inventory management and support the smooth operation of the faculty

During the Covid-19 pandemic, PJOK (Physical Sports and Health Education) learning cannot be carried out in all places because it must follow government regulations regarding maintaining distance and avoiding crowds. This causes various obstacles in its implementation in the field. This research was conducted using a literature review method using sources from Google Scholar. Keywords used include "physical education," "physical education," "PJOK," "covid-19 pandemic," and "primary school," with publication ranges between 2020 and 2021.The research results show that PJOK learning in elementary schools during the pandemic was carried out through various media, such as TVRI broadcasts, multimedia-based distance learning (video-based learning), Google Classroom, instant messaging applications (such as WhatsApp) and hybrid learning. However, the obstacles faced include difficulties in arranging appropriate and efficient learning resources, lack of interaction between teachers and students even though they have used video tutorials, noise interference from the home environment, and parents' unpreparedness in accompanying their children in online learning. This research aims to increase efficiency in monitoring student attendance at Madrasah I'dadiyah Salafiyah Syafi'iyah by utilizing the K-Means Clustering analysis method. Monitoring student attendance is still carried out conventionally, so it often takes time and is less effective in identifying overall student attendance patterns. For this reason, in this research, student attendance data collected from the madrasa attendance system was analyzed using K-Means Clustering, a machine learning technique that can group students based on their attendance patterns. This process produces several groups which make it easier for the madrasah to identify students who frequently attend, rarely attend, or frequently do not attend. In this way, madrasas can take more appropriate steps in dealing with attendance problems, such as paying special attention to students who are often absent. The results of this research indicate that the application of K-Means Clustering can increase the efficiency of attendance monitoring and provide a stronger basis for decision making to improve the attendance system at the I'dadiyah Salafiyah Syafi'iyah madrasah.
