Leadership style is one of the factors of employee performance so that a good leadership style will be able to direct and give instructions to the work faced by employees. A good leadership style will also lead to job satisfaction for them, so they will work with feelings of pleasure and joy. Simultaneously, the Transformational Leadership Variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a value of Fcount > from Ftable. The result of the Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.165, meaning that the Employee Performance variable can be explained by the Transformational Leadership variable and the Meaning in Work variable by 16.5% while the remaining 83.5% is influenced by other variables.

PT XYZ is a computer shop engaged in the sale of laptops, computers, spare parts, accessories supporting and providing repair services. The marketing process is less than optimal because it only sells by phone or social media. There are some problems that occur between them : (1) Stock management is not optimal because of frequent discrepancies between stock records with the amount of goods available so often consumers feel disappointed with the services provided, (2) The issue of uploaded ad duration in uploaded social media will alternate from one product content display to another in a relatively short period of time, (3) The absence of management of consumer sales transactions thus requiring recording of repeated transactions, (4) The decline in sales turnover in recent months (5). The management of customer or consumer data is less noticed. Based on these problems, this study aims to design a web-based online sales information system mobile on PT XYZ . This research uses the development of SDLC waterfall model system which consists of planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. Using PHP and MySQL Server programming language as database. The results of research in the form of Online Sales Information System Web-Based Mobile that can facilitate consumers to view products, make reservations for consumers and management for the admin. This information system is equipped with product management features, order data management, customer data management, preparing order reports and payment confirmation. So that this information system can provide convenience both consumer and admin on PT XYZ

This study examines the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, audit committees and profitability, on the timeliness of financial reporting in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The population in this study were all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method and 299 samples were obtained. The analysis used is logistic regression analysis. The results showed that profitability had a significant positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting. Meanwhile, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees have no effect on the timeliness of financial reporting

The problems faced by the service partners of the Tenogo village UMKM actors include: the products produced are relatively only sold in the local market close to where they live, participants want village superior products such as coffee, chips, and other local preparations to be sold outside their area, so it is necessary to provide assistance, especially in hygienic product processing techniques, and attractive product packaging so that local products can be of interest to national consumers.The implementation of this service activity was carried out in Tenogo village, Paninggaran sub-district, Pekalongan district, which included training activities provided directly and consistent assistance. This activity was carried out within 3 days and was attended by 20 participants from business actors, youth and PKK mothers in Tenogo village and guided by 3 presenters. The implementation of this activity used several learning methods, including; lectures, practical methods and question and answer discussions.After carrying out community service activities in the form of lectures and training on the importance of product packaging and labeling for participants of business actors, teenagers and PKK mothers in Tenogo village, it can be concluded that: the use of product packaging is very important, starting from the introduction of types of packaging and its problems, the functions and uses of product packaging, packaging as a medium of information and promotion, types of packaging materials that are safe for health, attractive packaging design, and finally labeling and branding packaging is one of the strategies to improve the quality of local UMKM products for Tenogo residents.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efektifitas sisitem informasi akuntansi pada PT. SHIBA AZAKI. Adapun permasalahan di dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah sistem informasi penjualan ini berpengaruh terhadap pengendalian piutang pada PT. SHIBA AZAKI. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif , sedangkan jenis penelitian asosiatif menggunakan angket sebagi instrument yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. SHIBA AZAKI dengan menggunakan 36 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan sistem imformasi akuntansi penjualan terhadap efektifitas pengendalian piutang di PT. SHIBA AZAKI.

Social media is a new phenomenon that has changed the way the business environment operates. Through social media, businesses gain access to resources that are otherwise unavailable to the business owner. This research is a causality research, which aims to analyze the causal relationship and influence of two or more phenomena, through hypothesis testing. The population and sample in this study are SMEs who open e-commerce businesses on social media. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 154 respondents. Based on the analysis and discussion, it is concluded that the Marketing operation advantages variable has no significant effect on Marketing Performance, the Cost-effectiveness variable has a significant effect on Marketing Performance, the Customer Communication Channel variable has a significant effect on Cost-effectiveness, the Customer Communication Channel variable has a significant effect on Increased customer satisfaction, Customer The Communication Channel has a significant effect on Marketing operation advantages, the Customer relationship performance variable has a significant effect on Marketing Performance, the Increased customer satisfaction variable has a significant effect on Marketing Performance and the Social media marketing implementation capabilities variable has a significant effect on Customer relationship performance.

Hypertension is a condition in which a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above normal which is prone to occur in the elderly, thereby reducing the quality of life of the elderly. Gardening therapy is one of the modalities of therapy that aims to improve the quality of life. This case study aims to describe the application of gardening modality therapy to improve the quality of life of the elderly with hypertension. This case study method uses a descriptive method involving 2 subjects with cooperative elderly criteria, the elderly aged > 60 years and having a history of hypertension (systolic blood pressure 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure > 90mmHg). The results of this case study indicate an improvement in the quality of life of the elderly. between before and after gardening therapy was carried out for 2 weeks. Subject I experienced an increase in quality of life from sufficient, namely 85 to good, namely 98. Meanwhile, subject II increased quality of life from sufficient, namely 86 to good, namely 105. The conclusion of this case study is that gardening therapy is effective in improving the quality of life of the elderly with hypertension in both subjects. Gardening therapy is highly recommended as a nursing intervention in hypertension management in the elderly with hypertension

Elderly is a population at high risk of impaired cognitive function.Reduced memory, intellectual function and the ability to learn are changes in cognitive function that can reduce the quality of life of the elderly. Playing “Remi” card is one of the non-pharmacological therapies that can improve cognitive function in the elderly. Types of research used is descriptivewith a case study debiting method. The subjects used were 2 people with criteria aged 60-74 years, not color blind , not illiterate, can sit. Measurement of cognitive function using Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE). Intervention playing “remi” card games with the method of “tepuk nyamuk”for 5x meetings in 2 weeks. The results of the analysis, subject Iincreased from a score 23 to 27, subject II from a score of 26 to 28. The results of the case study concluded that there was an increase that reaching 8.66 cognitive function. “Remi” cards game with the method “tepuk nyamuk” is recommended as a nursing intervention in the management of cognitive enhancement function in elderly.

The elderly are the largest contributor to hypertension worldwide. Hypertension or an increased blood pressure > 140/90 mmHg. Brisk Walking Exercise therapy is a non-pharmacological therapy to control blood pressure. This case study aims to describe the application of Brisk Walking Exercise to reduce blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension. This research method uses a descriptive method involving 2 respondents with the criteria of elderly aged >6O years.category 1 hypertension.the results of this case study show a decrease in blood pressure between before and after brisk walking exercise therapy. Subject I experienced an average decrease of 3.71 mmHg in systolic and diastolic an average decrease of 1.71 mmHg.subject II experienced an average decrease of 4.41 mmHg in systolic blood pressure while in diastolic blood pressure there was an average decrease of 1.71 mmHg. Subject II experienced an average decrease of 4.14 mmHg in systolic and diastolic an average decrease of 3.14 mmHg.the conclusion of this case study is that brisk walking exercise therapy is effective in reducing blood pressure in both subjects.brisk walking exercise therapy is recommended as a nursing intervention in hypertension management in the elderly with hypertension.

Treatment with anti-depresant in the long run cause dangnerous side effects. Blue color therapy is a safe complementary therapy using electromagnetic radiation spectrum which produces a relaxing effect and reducing stress in the elderly This therapy is one of the non pharmacological therapies that can reduce stress levels in the elderly in the area of puskesmas rowosari semarang.the type of research used is descriptive method of case study approach. The subject used by 2 people with the criteria of being willing to be an opponent, no suffer from color blindness, elderly with mild to moderate stress levels, elderly who like the blue color. Measurement of stress levels using depresion anxiety stress scale (DASS42), interventions of blue color therapy for 7 consecutive days, the results of the analysis obtained by subject 1 decreased from 20 (moderate stress) to 14 (mild stress), subject II from 22 (moderate stress) to 16 (moderate stress). The result of the case studies concluded that there was a reduction in stress levels reaching 6 score DASS42. The application of blue color therapy is recomended as a nursing intervention in the management of reduced stress levels in the elderly.the application of blue therapy is effective in reducing stress in the elderly, so it is recomended as  a nursing intervention in the management of reducing stress levels in the elderly
