The presence of the millennial generation in the world of tourism has different characteristics from the previous generation. They are not interested in commercial advertising but prefer a User-Generated Content (UGC) approach and influence in their social environment. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of social and UGC on Instagram on millennial generation travel decision-making. Instagram was chosen because 67% of travelers use Instagram for travel inspiration before booking a trip and after a trip is booked, and continue to use it for future trips. The sample of this study was 384 millennial respondents in the Greater Jakarta area because it had the demographic bonus and the most productive age. The results show that UGC on Instagram is highly trusted as a media for millennial tourism decision-making because it is authentic and reliable. This research also succeeded in answering the phenomenon which states that the millennial generation can change the tourism industry. This finding is useful for destination managers and the government in their efforts to increase the promotion of tourist destinations to the millennial generation with the Instagram user-generated content approach.

This study examines the barriers to online journalism in the 5.0 industry era in facing market competition. This research was conducted on suaramerdeka.com as a large newspaper company in Central Java that can still survive in the midst of global competition in the mass media competition. Critical perspective with Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis design used in this study. The novelty of this research is specifically to answer the challenges of online journalism in the era of the industrial revolution 5.0 in terms of human resources. The findings of this study are related to the routine of news production in the suaramerdeka.com media, the speed of news updates, the accuracy and balance of the news. The human resources of news seekers and editing teams are not yet fully prepared to face the challenges of the new era. The results of this study shows that 1) the news production dependent on HR factor, company factor and managing editor; 2) the news delivery planning dependent on the market need, the news content of the printed Suara Merdeka aims at fulfilling the needs of the people of Central Java, suaramerdeka.com seeks to meet the needs of the people of Central Java around the world.

Nowadays the presence of internet provides virtual spaces for diaspora women who are living outside Indonesia. Living within different cultures are challenging and social media platform can be as self-actualization medium to representing identities and expressing their emotional bonding with homeland.   There are only several research which have revealed on how Indonesia women diaspora from mixed family especially in maintaining YouTube platforms. The aim of this study is tried to portray how Indonesian diaspora women revealing their national identity within video YouTube content. This research method was descriptive qualitative. Data were collected from ten videos of two Indonesian diasporas YouTuber who have mixed family, living abroad, and have more than 1 (one) million subscribers. We tried to explore from some categories such as video's location, moment or time background, target viewer, and on how delivering the messages within videos. Research finding showed that the video s contents indicated kind of negotiation construction for showing love and caring between homeland and recent locations, also acceptance with local identities. Elements of Indonesian are attached in their everyday life.   In addition, they were still depicted as being related to domestic role and being responsible for taking care of the family.

Electrical equipment plays an important role in everyday life, from households, schools, hotels, offices, to industrial environments. Because it really helps humans in making work easier. The need for automated tools to facilitate human activities, makes the need for smart chips or microcontrollers increasing. A new breakthrough in the world of microcontrollers with the application of Arduino.Especially at SMPN 10 Salatiga, there are fish ponds and garden lights, which you forget to feed or not, while the officers forget to turn off the lights, causing the fish to die and the lights stay on even though it is noon. This study tries to implement Fish Feed Control and  automatic garden lights on and off using Arduino and scheduling, this is so that the fish stay healthy   and the garden lights can turn on or off according to the schedule desired by management. The author designed a garden lamp and automatic fish feed based on a case study at the school. The tool is designed with three sources of tool control. The first manual is pressing the fish feed manual button, the light switch and the reset button. Both semi-automatic, as a fish feeder, light ON/OFF and reset remote control with the Android application. The third auto is scheduled feeds and lights. This tool is designed to manage fish feed and garden area lighting. This tool is practical to use, inexpensive, useful, flexible and easy to build. The classification of this tool is sufficient for the needs of the school garden. Among the advantages of this tool is that it can be controlled remotely effectively 25 m without a hitch using the android application. The author hopes, this tool provides benefits and solves problems in schools.

<p>Kurang dimanfaatkannya limbah aspal di Laboratorium Transportasi menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan. Dalam penelitian ini limbah aspal tersebut digunakan sebagai bahan penambahan dalam campuran beton yang merupakan salah satu solusi mengatasi masalah limbah aspal. Meneliti lebih mendetail terkait manfaat limbah aspal untuk meningkatkan kuat lentur beton. Prosentase campuran limbah aspal sebesar 10%, 12%, dan 15% dilihat dari kuat lentur.</p><p>Metode Eskperimen memakai benda uji berupa balok beton berukuran 60cm x 15cm x 15cm yang ditekan pada umur yang telah di tentukan..<br /> Setiap jenis sampel terdiri  3 benda uji dengan berat campuran yang berbeda., sehingga keseluruhan benda uji berjumlah 12 buah.</p><p>Hasil pengujian kuat lentur diperoleh Beton normal pada pada hasil pengujian kuat lentur nilainya 12 Mpa, Pada berat limbah aspal 10% nilai kuat lentur didapatkan 13,30 Mpa. Berat limbah aspal 12%  nilai kuat lentur senilai  7,60 Mpa. Dan Berat limbah aspal 15% nilai kuat lentur = 5,00 Mpa</p>

Flat slab adalah pelat beton bertulang yang didukung oleh kolom ditambah drop panel atau mungkin kolom ditambah kepala kolom atau tanpa kepala kolom dan drop panel. Metode desain dan analisis flat slab yang akan digunakan adalah metode desain langsung dimana metode tersebut adalah menentukan tebal minimum pelat yang tinjau berdasarkan mutu baja yang akan digunakan pada analisis ini. Distribusi momen pada analisis dengan metode desain langsung menghasilkan momen total yang kemudian akan didistribusi ke masing-masing panel untuk lajur kolom dan lajur tengah. Kegagalan geser (punching shear) terjadi pada area penampang kritis di sekitar kepala kolom dan drop panel sehingga kekuatan geser akan dihitung berdasarkan nilai kekuatan geser yang terjadi dan akan di kontrol dengan kekuatan geser dari mutu beton yang digunakan. Dalam tulisan ini desain dan analisis akan dilakukan secara numerik berdasarkan SNI 2847:2019 dengan menggunakan software Matlab. Selanjutnya hasil analisis yang telah diperoleh dari software Matlab menunjukan bahwa panel internal yang didesain aman dari kegagalan punching shear.

<p>Sediment is material that is carried away and moves in the direction from flow of river water and settle downstream of a watershed. Changes in land use in the upstream watershed have the potential to increase sediment. Then, the increase in population will be proportional to the increasing need for land both for settlement and agriculture so that forest land will be looted and increase sedimentation. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to study the placement of sediment control buildings or check dams. Sedimentation is influenced by the amount of erosion. Erosion and sedimentation analysis were analyzed using Arc SWAT and from the results of the erosion analysis in the Tapin watershed, the average heavy class is less than 180 tons. Changes in sedimentation value from the dam plan to the present are 1.6 mm/yr until 1.8 mm/yr. Analysis used for selection of check dam locations is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) Expert Choice. From the analysis of the selection of priority check dam locations Sub Watershed 1. The design flood discharge analysis for Q 50 years that uses ITB-2 method is 41.34 m³/second. The hydraulic aspect of the check dam in Sub watershed 1 is adjusted to the existing cross section of the river and prevous analysis, the results of analysis of sediment inflow are 6.592,05 m³/year and storage capacity is 49.132,00 m³, namely the building height is 3.75 meters.</p>

The need to incorporate cultural aspects into business practice is long-standing. The cultural environment in Ukraine and Italy was reshaped, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Social networks reflected such transformation both at the personal level and in the business activities of national companies on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other media. Facebook pages were analyzed as the most popular social platform in Ukraine and Italy to reveal these changes. Content analysis of countries' leaders in retail, e-commerce, and service was carried out, namely EVA, Rozetka, and Nova Noshta for Ukraine; and Conad, Bottega Verde, and Italo Treno for Italy. Two-phase desk research was conducted with ten research questions for each cultural dimension encoded in a binary system. The research has shown that Ukrainian business still manifests collaborative problem solving, compliance with social standards, and the value of human life. It demonstrates a low level of power distance and uncertainty avoidance. Ukraine is gradually changing its paradigm of thinking to a more hedonic and individualistic similar to Western Europe. In contrast, Italy shows less respect for power in all its manifestations and a greater willingness to take risks than before. The country has become less goal-oriented, restrained, and masculine but more collectivistic.

<em>The Articulating of H-Rotor is a development of the turbine from H-Darrieus which has a straight blade tilted with the aim of correcting poor self-starting due to the dominance of lift force. How likely is the influence of straight blade slope on turbine performance and it is important to be examined. The aim of this study was to find out the effect of the straight blade slope of the Articulating H-Rotor turbine to increase the self-starting ability. Hydrokinetic turbine experimental test method was carried out in a water channel (flume) using 3 NACA 0018 profile blades with varying inclination angles of 0^o (vertical blade), 30^o (inflated blade) and -30^o (cupped blade). The result indicated that the Articulating H-Rotor hydrokinetic turbine with a blade slope of 0^o had a larger RPM value and it was more dominant in working with lift force. The Articulating H-Rotor hydrokinetic turbine with a blade tilted of 30^o provides higher torque and increases drag, increasing self-starting for rotation. The shape of the turbine frontal area with a blade slope of 30^o was better able to respond the kinetic energy that raised from the flow velocity distribution profile of the water flow. The results of this study can contribute to the design of the tilted blade H-Darrieus turbine.</em>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pertumbuhan kredit (LG) terhadap kinerja keuangan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 150 bank umum di bawah pengawasan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Dengan menggunakan data sekunder untuk 2017-2021, pengolahan data menggunakan Stata 15.0. dengan variabel kontrol Total aset pinjaman, biaya pendapatan dan ukuran perusahaan, dimana hasil pertumbuhan kredit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kredit bermasalah (NPL). Hasil pengujian lainnya menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan pinjaman tidak berpengaruh pada ETA dan ROA.Kata kunci: Loan Growth, Non Performing Loan, Equity Total Asset , Return on Assets, Loan Total Asset
