The purpose of this research is to find out how motivation and work discipline influence the performance of employees at the Sorong City Post Office. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive correlation approach, with the research population being all employees who work at the Sorong City Post Office, using a saturated sampling technique so that the sample used in this research is from the population, namely 26 who work at the Sorong City Post Office. This research data was obtained from questionnaires (primary), field observations. The research instrument uses validity tests and correlation tests. The results of this research show that the partial correlation value between work motivation and work discipline on employee performance is 0.838 in the strong category and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there is a significant positive relationship between work motivation and work discipline on employee performance, meaning that the more motivation and discipline, the higher the employee's performance.

 This study aims to describe the process of basic video editing training using Adobe Premiere as a medium to strengthen the non-technical skills (soft skills) of vocational high school (SMK) students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, conducted through a two-day seminar and hands-on practice. The training materials included an introduction to the Adobe Premiere interface, basic video editing tools, and skill implementation through group projects. The results showed improvement not only in students’ technical abilities in video editing but also in the development of soft skills such as teamwork, time management, visual communication, and creativity. Students responded positively, and teachers considered the training effective for integrating technology, creative expression, and project-based learning. Overall, the training not only introduced Adobe Premiere as a technical tool but also served as a platform for strengthening soft skills that are relevant to the demands of the digital-era workforce.

Microsoft Word training in the field of education has a very important role in improving the competence of information and communication technology which can be called (ICT) in the field of Education. Microsoft Word is one of the most commonly used processing software to support the learning process, administration, and scientific writing. This training activity aims to provide basic to advanced understanding of Microsoft Word such as Document format setting, automatic table of contents creation in making papers, table processing, and insertion of images and graphics. The training method used is practical and interactive, so that can increase in participants ability to use Microsoft Word more effectively and efficiently in the context of Education. This training encourages digitalization in the school environment and increases productivity in the training and learning process.  

CorelDRAW training for hing school students is a program aimed at improping graphic design competencies, with the aim of fostering creativity and digital skills in the cantext of contemporary tecnology. This training was conducted at ibrahimy sukorejo Hing School involving grade XI students as participants. CorelDRAW, recongnized as a leading vector designs, including logos, cover designs application, offers a variety of functions that facilitate the process of creating graphic designs, including logos, cover designs, and varius forms of visual media. This training initiative is designed to provide bacis knowledge about the use of CorelDRAW, starting from bacis principles such as tool use, color settings object management, to simple design development. The instructional metohodology includes presentations of theoretical materials complemented by hands-on practice sessions by students. Overall, this program makes a positive contribution to improving studts digital literacy and is the first step in forming a generation that is adeptive to technological devepments. The training assessment conducted on students reveald beneficial results in increasing motivatoin, thus encouraging enthusiasm for the field of graphic design. Through this training, students not only develop design-related skills but also develop the confidence needed to communicate ideas and messages effectively in a visual format

This study discusses the implementation and impact of the Sipenduk Online system in Dasun Village as part of the digital transformation of population administration services. The purpose of this system is to accelerate and improve the accessibility of public services at the village level. In the era of e-government, this system is a response to various challenges of conventional services such as long queues, slow processes, and geographical barriers. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and direct observation. The results of the study show that Sipenduk Online has a positive impact, such as the efficiency of the administrative process, increased transparency, and ease of access to services without the need for physical presence. The real-time application tracking feature also increases public trust in the system. In addition, the flexibility of time in submitting documents is very helpful for residents with limited mobility. However, several challenges are still encountered, including limited internet infrastructure, low digital literacy among the elderly, and technical glitches in the notification feature. Therefore, it requires upgrading of technological infrastructure, community training, and sustainable system development. Support from the village government and active participation of the community are the keys to the success of this system. The study concludes that the digitalization of public administration in villages can encourage the creation of more responsive and inclusive governance, while contributing to improved service quality, data accuracy, and better development planning.

This study aims to describe the use of YouTube-based instructional videos in optimizing students' learning interaction on Sociology material in Social Studies learning for Grade VII at MTsN 2 Kota Blitar. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. The subjects consisted of a Social Studies teacher and seventh-grade students involved in the learning process using instructional videos. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the use of YouTube-based instructional videos enhances students' attention, participation, and engagement in the learning process. Visually engaging and relevant videos help students become more active in discussions, asking questions, and responding to the lesson. Teachers also find it easier to connect the material with real-life contexts through the visualizations provided by the videos. Although challenges such as limited internet access and infrastructure issues were encountered, they were addressed through careful planning. In conclusion, the use of YouTube-based instructional videos proves effective in optimizing students’ learning interaction and provides a more meaningful and enjoyable learning experience.

This study aims to determine the effect of smartphone use on the moral formation of students at MTs Hikmat Tuttulu, Tapango District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The background of this study is based on the phenomenon of increasing smartphone use among adolescents, including students at the junior high school level, which has a direct and indirect impact on their behavior and moral formation. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observations, questionnaires, and interviews with students and teachers at MTs Hikmat Tuttulu. The results of the study indicate that smartphone use has a significant influence on the moral formation of students, both from the positive side such as access to Islamic information and increased insight, as well as the negative side such as a tendency towards deviant behavior, reduced social interaction, and neglect of adab values in daily life. Therefore, an active role is needed from parents, teachers, and schools in guiding the wise use of smartphones to support the formation of noble morals in students.

This paper examines how The Picture Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde marks a critical turn in which he critiques late-Victorian upper-class privilege and moral immunity. While previous scholarship has predominantly analyzed the novel as a moral allegory or aesthetic treatise, this study employs cultural materialism as a theoretical framework to demonstrate how Wilde uses Dorian’s isolation of his portrait and subsequent hedonistic experimentation as symbolic representations of the aristocracy’s ability to shield him from moral and social consequences. Wilde’s text reveals how the English aristocracy could embody ideals of beauty and reap princely treatment while committing debauchery without reproach. Through Culler’s close reading method toward this novel, especially chapters eight and nine, this analysis reveals how Dorian’s act of hiding the portrait symbolizes social denial, while his obsessive aesthetic consumption reflects the practices of the leisure class. This shows that Wilde hints Dorian’s social circle accepts his sensual life simply because his appearance remains unmarred–a commentary on class privilege. By examining the specific textual elements and historical context of—especially—chapters eight and nine of this novel, this study contributes to the understanding of how Wilde’s novel serves as both a product of and commentary on the class structures and moral hypocrisy of late-Victorian England.

This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline, workload, and work environment on employee performance at the Mranggen village office.The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this research consists of employees working at the Mranggen village office, with a sample of 40 respondents selected using Saturation Sampling  technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study show that, based on the t-test and F-test, work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work discipline, workload, and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.This study supports various theories that highlight the significant role of work discipline and work environment in shaping employee performance. The implication of this research is expected to contribute to the improvement of employee performance.

This study aims to improve the understanding of third grade elementary school students on time measurement material through the application of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model with board game media. The main problem in conventional learning is the low active involvement of students and the difficulty in understanding the concept of time concretely. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) conducted in two cycles using the Kemmis and McTaggart model. The research subjects were 23 third grade students of SDN 1 Langon, Jepara. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The results showed a significant increase in student understanding, which was marked by an increase in the average score from 65.3 in the pre-cycle to 85.3 in cycle I, as well as an increase in learning completeness from 40% to 68%. Students were more active in discussions, motivated, and able to explain the concept of time independently. The NHT and board game model creates a collaborative and fun learning atmosphere and supports students' cognitive, social and emotional development. These results prove that educational game-based learning strategies are effective in improving the understanding of abstract mathematical concepts, especially time measurement.
