Science Education (IPA) has a very important role in the development of science, technology, and in forming critical and analytical thinking patterns of students. Through science learning, students not only gain knowledge about scientific concepts, but are also trained to think critically, systematically, and creatively in dealing with various problems. One aspect that influences the success of science learning is cognitive psychology, which focuses on how individuals process, store, and remember information. Cognitive psychology plays an important role in designing effective learning strategies, which are tailored to the way students understand and manage information. In addition, the learning paradigm used in science education also greatly influences the success of learning. The two main paradigms that are widely considered in science learning are absolutism and constructivism. The absolutism paradigm argues that knowledge is absolute and must be accepted without change, while the constructivism paradigm assumes that knowledge is built through experience and active interaction with the environment. This article aims to explore how the tradition of cognitive psychology influences science learning and examines the differences in the impact of the two paradigms in the context of science education in Indonesia. This discussion is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of applying cognitive psychology and selecting the right learning paradigm in improving the quality of science education.

Health is a human right and one of the elements of human welfare that must be realized by the state, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Article 34 paragraph (3) emphasizes that the state is responsible for providing equitable and affordable health service facilities for the entire community. This study aims to determine and analyze the legal formulation of patient protection in medical practice, using the normative legal research method, namely through literature/legislation searches (statute approach) with types of data sources, secondary data supported by primary data. The descriptive research type is then analyzed and presented qualitatively. The high level of public awareness of the importance of health has made people increasingly aware and understand their rights as patients in order to obtain good health services from health workers and hospitals. The legal relationship between doctors and patients as regulated in Law No. 17 of 2023 concerning Health is a business agreement relationship (inspaning verbentenis), which gives rise to rights and obligations. The community/patients receiving medical practice services have the right to legal protection so that every mistake in carrying out the medical profession is a form of mistake/violation of the law that is worthy of being prosecuted/filed in court as a form of protection for patients, victims of medical malpractice.

The purpose of establishing a business is to gain profit or profit that can be used for survival. Likewise with the Flower Bucket Business "Hellokadoku" Payabakung Village, Deli Serdang Regency . This study aims to determine the value or point of Break Even Point in this business. This analysis is one of the tools used by the company's management to be able to do this to help in knowing how much a certain level of sales is, so that the company does not make a profit and also does not experience a loss (break even). The type of research used in this study is descriptive research with quantitative. With this approach, the data source used is secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the BEP value of the Flower Bucket Business "Hellokadoku" in units of 24 pcs and if expressed in rupiah is Rp. 3,529,411.

Perkembangan digitalisasi menjadikan teknologi informasi sebagai elemen penting bagi organisasi dalam menghadapi dinamika bisnis yang kompleks. Evoluz adalah sistem manajemen tugas dan pelaporan yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah alur kerja internal dan meningkatkan layanan pelanggan. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi sistem Evoluz menggunakan kerangka ITIL V.3, khususnya domain Service Design, untuk mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan kekurangan serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif terstruktur melalui survei, wawancara, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Evoluz efektif dalam manajemen tugas, ditemukan beberapa kesenjangan pada komponen ITIL seperti Service Catalogue Management dan Service Level Management. Sebanyak 25% SLA tidak tercapai, dan katalog layanan belum komprehensif. Rekomendasi perbaikan meliputi pembaruan katalog layanan, otomatisasi pemantauan SLA, serta peningkatan kapasitas dengan migrasi ke cloud.

This study aims to find out the implementation of the Qur'an curriculum in Islamic elementary schools, focusing on planning, execution, evaluation, and supporting or inhibiting factors. A qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach was applied through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings show that the Qur'an curriculum is implemented using Islamic values-based approaches, involving reading, memorizing, and understanding the Qur'an. Teachers utilize interactive and contextual methods to enhance student engagement. Key supporting factors include teacher competence and learning facilities, while challenges consist of limited time allocation and varying student abilities. The study recommends periodic teacher training and innovative learning strategies to optimize Qur'an learning outcomes

Ensemble music is a musical presentation consisting of a mixture of several musical instruments that contain rhythmic, melodic, and harmonious elements. Etymologically, the word ensemble comes from the French word ensemble which means group. An ensemble is also known as a musical ensemble that plays one or several types of musical instruments. In education at school, ensembles have a fairly important role in improving the quality of students' music. In addition to gaining theoretical ensemble knowledge, students are also directed to practice musical ensembles, so that they can channel their creativity in an ensemble game. The objectives of this ensemble training activity are: 1) Hone the musical skills of each individual 2) Create harmony between musical instruments 3) Prepare the ensemble group to be performed. The methods used in ensemble training are the drill method and peer tutors.  The result of this activity is that students can have the ability to playing music ansambel.

Identify the effect of the Deans model on improving students' mental motivation compared to students who learn by the methods used, measuring the extent to which the Deniz model affects learning the skills of preparation and receiving volleyball transmissions. The researchers used the experimental method, and the research sample included students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Anbar for the academic year 2024/2025, numbering (40) students; the following research tests were used for the purpose of achieving the research objectives Test the skill of receiving the transmission of the arms from the bottom, testing the skill of preparation from the top with the fingers, mental motivation test The skill tests and mental motivation were conducted after the research sample was completed after it completed the implementation of the program, and at the same time, the method and conditions in which the pre-tests were conducted.  The following statistical parameters were used. Calculates both the percentage values and the mean. And standard deviation. Torsion coefficient and T-test for correlated samples. Through the analysis of the evidence and its statistical processing, it was found that the values of (T) calculated for the test of the skill of receiving the transmitter, preparation, and mental motivation are all significant values when compared to the tabular value of (2.02) at the degree of freedom (39) and the level of significance (0.05). The research results showed that applying the Deniz model had a significant positive effect on mental motivation. It increased students' motivation and self-motivation, which contributed to improved mental performance and concentration during performance. The study also showed that using the Deniz model in training had a major role in improving the skills of receiving transmissions and preparation in volleyball. The ability to receive transmissions with greater accuracy has improved, allowing the ball to be directed more effectively for setup.

Gout is a type of inflammatory joint disease that occurs due to the accumulation of uric acid crystals. It usually occurs in several joints, such as the toes, ankles, knees, and big toes. Gout is also commonly called gout. This study aims to determine the Effect of Bay Leaf Decoction on Reducing Uric Acid in the Elderly at the Binjai Estate Health Center in 2024. The design of this study uses a descriptive correlation research method ( correlation study). The population in this study were all elderly people as many as 26 respondents, a total sampling of 26 samples. The variables in the study were the independent variable, namely boiled bay leaves and the dependent variable, uric acid levels in the elderly. The research instrument used a questionnaire and chi-square test. The results of the study show that regular elderly drink stew leaf greetings , grade sour tendon down as many as 16 people (84.2%) and elderly minority drink stew leaf regards regular , level sour tendon No down as many as 3 respondents (15.8%) while majority elderly who do not regular drink stew leaf greetings , grade sour tendon down as many as 1 respondent (14.2%) and a minority elderly who do not regular drink leaf greetings , grade sour tendon No down as many as 6 respondents (85.8%). The chi-square test shows that mark significant p-Value = 0.002< a( 0.05), so H 1 is accepted. Micro businesses make a big contribution to national development, especially in opening up job opportunities so that they can support government programs in reducing unemployment and poverty, but in the last five years the level of marketing performance has fluctuated and tends to slow down. The research aims to examine the ability of micro business actors to implement market strategies to improve marketing performance and business scale.The research used an explanatory survey method with an analysis unit for micro business actors in the DKI Jakarta area with a sample size of 400 respondents. Research data sources include primary and secondary data sources with data collection through observation, literature study, interviews and cross-sectional questionnaires. The analysis technique uses SEM analysis with the LISREL 8.8 programThe results of the research show that market attractiveness and resource uniqueness simultaneously have a significant effect on market strategy with a total influence of 92%, partial market attractiveness has a significant effect on market strategy of 38.6%, while resource uniqueness partially has a significant effect on market strategy by 50.3%. Changes in technology and human resources make a dominant contribution in influencing the effectiveness of implementing market strategies. Market strategy has a significant influence on marketing performance with a total influence of 94%. Positioning provides the most dominant contribution in influencing marketing performance.Recommendations for micro business actors in formulating market strategies to consider aspects of technological change and human resource competence to achieve more optimal marketing performance improvements.

Al-Murtadlo Islamic Boarding School Ponjong Gunungkidul is an Islamic-based educational institution that not only emphasizes religious education, but also develops the non-academic achievements of students. This research aims to determine the management of student development in developing non-academic potential, such as martial arts, MTQ, sports and arts. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and literature study. The collected data was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. (Zulfirman, 2022) It was found that coaching was carried out through three main stages: talent and interest selection, ability grouping, and intensive training. Supporting factors include professional trainers, adequate infrastructure and effective time management. The non-academic achievements achieved by students reflect character formation, such as responsibility, discipline and cooperation. In addition, the integration of religious education and non-academic development makes a significant contribution to the formation of a generation of students who are spiritually and socially competent. This Islamic boarding school is an ideal example of an Islamic educational institution that is responsive to the needs of modern society.
