Soybean is important commodity because it is consumed by the whole communities. Soybean plays important role in national food security. In fact, the needs for soybeans currently still depend on import of soybean seeds. The stakeholders and communities have made some efforts to increase soybeans production, and one of them is providing superior and high-qualified varieties, as well as profitable for farming. Objective of the study was to know relationship between agronomic characters and economic values in soybean varieties assessment. The study was to analyze the farming of new superior varieties in comparison with local superior varieties by applying different dose of fertilizer. Furthermore, the research was carried out to look for superiorities of the varieties before they are released. Conclusions of the research are (1) the harvest yield per hectare showed that the treatment of YS2 and YS3 have the highest yields with average values 2.4 and 2.2 tons/ha, respectively. (2) The highest farming income was derived from the treatment of YS0, (3) Extra expenses for farming which were expended for both varieties of Yasi 6 and Grobogan will be able to increase the harvest yield but could not afford to raise income, (4) Yasi 6 could be cultivated in accordance with the farmers’ habits and will be able to raise income.

Cabbage (Brassica oleracea var capitate), broccoli (B. oleraceae L. var italica), carrots, and cauliflower (B. oleracea var botrytis) are the primary vegetable crops grown in Ngablak. The role of chemical fertilizers in crop enhancement cannot be avoided in the production of vegetables. Chemical fertilizers come in a variety of forms, including nitrogenous, phosphate, and potassium fertilizers. Fertilizer use not only boosts crop yield, but also modifies the physical, chemical, and biological aspects of the soil. However, the continual use of chemical fertilizers has led to a loss in soil organic matter (SOM) and a deterioration in the quality of agricultural soil. The excessive use of chemical fertilizers hardens the soil, diminishes soil fertility, pollutes the air, water, and soil, and depletes vital soil nutrients and minerals, consequently posing environmental risks. This research breakthrough is needed to reduce chemical fertilizers. Biochar, a pyrolyzed or anaerobically-grown biomass, could be used. This study examined the effects of biochar on disease suppression and yield in Brassica oleracea plants in rich soils in Magelang, Central Java. The treatment of this study was control, biochar, biochar+compost. The results of this study can be concluded that the maximum wet and dry weight of broccoli and cabbage plants was achieved in the biochar+compost treatment. Biochar and biochar+compost can enhance the nutrient content of the soil in broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage. In addition, biochar has an effect (positive or negative influence) on disease in test plants. During June observations, the controls had the highest incidence and plant disease severity, whereas adding biochar and biochar+compost reduced disease incidence and plant disease severity. Increased potassium in conjunction with changes in the chemical characteristics i.e. increasing pH, total N, and C- organic of the soil results in the formation of resistance.

Academic achievement is a crucial aspect in the field of education. This research aims to explore the improvement of academic achievement among fourth-grade students in the subjects of Natural Sciences and Social Sciences (IPAS) through the implementation of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) teaching model at SD Muhammadiyah Ambarbinangun Yogyakarta. The experimental approach is employed as the research method, with the research subjects consisting of 29 students in class IV A and 30 students in class IV B at SD Muhammadiyah Ambarbinangun Yogyakarta. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive statistical techniques. The research findings indicate that the application of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) teaching model has a positive impact on students' academic achievement in the IPAS subjects. There is a significant improvement in student participation, particularly through interaction and group work, creating a more engaging learning environment. These findings are supported by statistical analysis, revealing a significant difference in academic achievement before and after the implementation of the TGT model.

One of the important problems in soybean production is the weed growth. This study was conducted to observe the growth of weeds in the growth of soybean plants that are given compost. Anjasmoro soybean varieties were planted in Surakarta, on April 14, 2020. There are four types of treatment, namely given compost fertilizer made from tobacco leaves, soursop leaves, a mixture of tobacco leaves and soursop, and without fertilizer. Weeds were allowed to grow together with soybeans in 15 polybags, per treatment. Observation and identification of weeds were carried out twice, 4 weeks after planting and at harvest time. The results found 9 kinds of weeds consisting of 5 species of Monocots and 4 types of Dicotiles. The total wet weight of weeds was every treatment: 1,539 grams, while the wet weight of the soybean crop at harvest was 858.4 grams. Wet weed weight in the control treatment was 284,8 grams. The wet weight of weeds in soybean plants was the largest mixture fertilizer treatment that is 514,8 grams. The number of pods ranges from 17 to 26. The sum of seeds per soybean plant in giving mixed compost is at most 98 grains. Mixed fertilizer treatment can increase the yield of Anjasmoro soybean, although weed growth up.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal position of the contract of procurement of goods and services that has not been signed by one of the parties by raising a case study based on the cooperation agreement between PT TJB Power Services PLTU Unit 1-2 and PT PLN (Persero) Unit of Manufacture of Tanjung Jati B. This research uses a method of normative jurisprudence approach. The result of this study is an agreement on the procurement of goods and services that has not been signed by one of the parties in PT TJB Power Services has not yet been able to provide legal certainty and justice for the parties. The agreement between PT TjB Power Service and PT PLN (Persero) Unit of Mother Manufacturing Tanjung Jati B must be signed as a form of agreement of the sides. The urgency of this research is that in any agreement must be agreed by the parties, it becomes one of the legal conditions of the agreement as regulated in Article 1320 of the Covenant. The contract of procurement of goods and services between PT TJB Power Services and PT PLN (Persero) Master Unit of Manufacture of Tanjung Jati B must be signed as a form of agreement between the parties. The agreement of proceeding of Goods and Services which has not been signed by one of the parties must be made on the basis of the agreement with the parties with the existence of the legal basis and agreed by the parties in writing as an executable form of the contract for the provision of good and services and legally binding to the party. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kedudukan hukum perjanjian pengadaan barang/jasa yang belum ditandatangani salah satu pihak dengan mengangkat studi kasus berdasarkan perjanjian kerjasama antara PT TJB Power Services PLTU Unit 1-2 dengan PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan Tanjung Jati B. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah dalam setiap perjanjian harus disepakati oleh para pihak, hal tersebut menjadi salah satu syarat sahnya perjanjian sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 1320 KUHP. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perjanjian pengadaan barang/jasa yang belum ditandatangani salah satu pihak di PT TJB Power Services belum dapat memberikan kepastian hukum dan keadilan hukum bagi para pihak. Perjanjian pengadaan barang/jasa antara PT TJB Power Services dengan PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan Tanjung Jati B harus ditandatangani sebagai bentuk kesepakatan para pihak.  Perjanjian pengadaan barang/jasa yang belum ditandatangani salah satu pihak harus dibuat berdasarkan kesepakatan para pihak dengan adanya dasar hukum dan disepakati para pihak secara tertulis sebagai bentuk dapat dilaksanakannya perjanjian pengadaan barang/jasa dan mengikat secara sah kepada para pihak.    

<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Adolescents between the ages of 14 and 18 who commit crimes so that they must take responsibility for their actions by undergoing guidance at the </em>Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak <em>(LPKA) are called juvenile offender. Juvenile offenders, who are adolescents in their developmental period, certainly experience pressures caused by various changes in environmental conditions that they must face while serving a sentence in the LPKA. Therefore, a juvenile offender must have resilience. This study aims to examine whether there is an influence between self-esteem and resilience in foster children in LPKA. The participants of this study were 132 juvenile offenders consisting of 64 juvenile offenders of LPKA X and 68 juvenile offenders of LPKA Y. The research data were collected by distributing questionnaires of Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and Resilience Quotient (RQ) measuring instruments. The hypotheses were tested using the simple linear regression method. The test results show that self-esteem positively and significantly influences foster children's resilience in LPKA by 20.2%, p = 0.00 &lt;0.05.</em></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Self-esteem; Resilience; Juvenile offenders</em></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Self-efficacy is one of the factors that can increase individual adversity quotient; this study aims to see the relationship between self-efficacy and adversity quotient in employees of PT XYZ Palembang. This research method uses a correlational quantitative approach; the subjects in this study were 105 employees of PT XYZ Palembang using simple random sampling. The research instrument used is the psychological scale of self-efficacy and adversity quotient. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using a simple regression test. The results of this study obtained a relationship between self-efficacy and adversity quotient in employees of PT XYZ Palembang with the results of hypothesis testing obtained, namely the results obtained based on the correlation value between the self-efficacy variable and adversity quotient, namely with a value of r = 0.397 with a value of R square = 0.157 and p = 0.000 where the value of p &lt; 0.01. This shows that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and adversity quotient in employees of PT XYZ Palembang.</em></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>self-efficacy, adversity quotient, holding company</em></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Pressure in undergoing the academic process in lectures often makes students feel stressed which can reduce student academic resilience. This study aims to see the effectiveness of expressive writing therapy on increasing academic resilience. Using quantitative experimental research method with a Two Group PreTest PostTest Design, this study involved 20 students who were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The measuring instrument used is the Resilient Questionnaire Scale, which is constructed based on seven resilience aspects by Reivich and Shatte. Data analysis using paired sample T-Test in the experimental group showed a pretest score of 130.93 and a posttest score of 213.40 with the Sig. value obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. These results indicate an increase in posttest scores in the experimental group, so the applied expressive writing therapy appears to be effective in enhancing academic resilience in students</em></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Expressive Writing Therapy, Academic Resilience, Students</em></p>

<p><em>This study aims to explore leaders' perceptions of gender microaggression impacts on women in the workplace. The role of the leader in reducing or even increasing gender microaggression in the workplace is adequately central that the leader's perception, especially their opinion of gender microaggression, will describe the leader’s decision if the female employees at the workplace obtain gender microaggression. This study used a qualitative research design with data analysis methods, particularly thematic analysis with an inductive approach. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and short stories (vignettes) for each participant. The results of the study stated that both microinsults &amp; microinvalidation have positive impacts and microassaults have negative impacts on women. Overall, the participants did not realize that gender microaggression could lead to some negative impacts on women with the result that the participants felt no obligation to execute any intervention in reducing gender microaggression.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: gender microaggressions, impact, leader</em>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>The research aims is to determine the relationship between self-regulation and sexual behavior among teenage visitors to PT. Jakabaring Sport City Palembang. The total population in this study was 150 teenage visitors and the samples were 105 teenage visitors to PT. Jakabaring Sport City obtained through purposive sampling technique. The measuring instruments used in this research are the self-regulation and sexual behavior scales. For analysis techniques, use simple regression analysis techniques. The results of research data analysis using the SPSS version 25 for Windows program show a correlation coefficient (R) of -0.433, a coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.188 and a p value = 0.000 (p&lt;0.01). This shows that there is a negative relationship between self-regulation and sexual behavior among teenage visitors to PT. Jakabaring Sport City.
