Tiwai onion (Eleutherine americana Merr) is a medicinal plants used as an alternative treatment which is processed into herbal drinks. This study aims to determine the effect of roasting time on physical characteristics, heart rate and blood pressure in respondents. This study was arranged using a randomized block design (RBD) with 4 treatments, namely 0 minute roasting time, 5 minute, 10 minute, and 15 minute  with 3 replications. Data analysis of variance and BNT follow-up test (5% level). The results showed that the roasting time of tiwai onions on physical properties had a real influence on the insoluble components,  namely the treatment of 0 minutes and 15 minutes of roasting time. In terms of sensory properties, it has a significant effect on hedonic and hedonic quality of aroma, color, and taste with a description of the aroma of tiwai onions, blackish brown color and the taste of tiwai onions. Tebas Sungai Village is one of the villages in Tebas District, which has a very unique history and has experienced development from its formation until now, and is the oldest village, especially in Tebas District with a large population, and a high level of education. This research aims to explore what events were behind the formation of Tebas Sungai Village, know the development of Tebas Sungai Village from 1938-2024, and find out various aspects of the life of the people of Tebas Sungai Village, which include social, religious, economic, political, cultural and educational aspects. This type of research is qualitative research using critical analysis. The approaches used are historical, sociological, and anthropological approaches. Meanwhile, the data sources obtained are from primary and secondary sources. The data that has been collected is processed and analyzed through the stages of historical research methods, namely the heuristic, verification, interpretation, and historiography stages. The data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that (1) The formation of Tebas Sungai Village, Tebas District cannot be separated from the long history that began with the event of land clearing around the Tebas River by Sultan Muhammad Tsafiuddin I (1632-1668). (2) The development of Tebas Sungai Village from the colonial period, the beginning of independence, the old order of the new order to the reform, until the expansion of Sambas Regency.experienced significant changes and developments, especially in infrastructure, development, and community welfare.

This research aims to analyze the influence of price perceptions, product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions (Study on consumers of PT. Duta Teknologi Nusantara in Tangerang City). The data source used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires. The population of this research is consumers of PT. Archipelago Technology Ambassador. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula method and obtained 96 respondents. The analysis tool used is SPSS v.25 software. The results of this research show that price perception and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT Duta Teknologi Nusantara, while product quality has no effect on PT Duta Teknologi Nusantara's purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of price perception, promotion and location on consumer purchase decisions of Kopi Kenangan Ruko Puri Beta in Tangerang. The population in this study is consumers of Kopi Kenangan Ruko Puri Beta in Tangerang. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. In this study, the sampling technique used by the author is the Non Probability Sampling technique using the purposive sampling technique approach. The analysis tool used is SPSS 26. The results of the study were that the price perception, promotion and location had a significant effect on the purchase decision of consumers of Kopi Kenangan Ruko Puri Beta in Tangerang.
 

This research aims to determine whether the independent variables, namely service quality (X1), brand image (X2), and location (X3), influence the dependent variable, customer satisfaction (Y). The research population consists of customers of PT Srikandi Diamond Motors Alam Sutera in Tangerang. Total of 100 respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert scale (1-5) questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 29. The respondent data collected in this study have been tested for data instrument validity and reliability, classic assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroskedasticity), and simple correlation tests. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression. The research findings indicate that service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction with an improvement contribution of 0.226. Brand image influences customer satisfaction with an improvement of 0.414. Location influences customer satisfaction with an improvement of 0.154. These three independent variables affect customer satisfaction with a percentage of 74.3%, while 25.7% is influenced by other variables not covered in this research. Hence, service quality, brand image, and location are proven to significantly affect customer satisfaction at PT Srikandi Diamond Motors Alam Sutera in Tangerang.

The research was conducted with the aim of explaining how digital marketing factors influence consumer purchasing decisions on the TikTok Shop platform. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of content marketing, online customer reviews and live streaming on purchasing decisions for TikTok Shop among Budi Luhur University students. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach. The population of this study consisted of 2,030 active students of Budi Luhur University class of 2020. The sample of this study consisted of 100 respondents selected using probalibity sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that the variables of content marketing, online customer reviews and live streaming had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop in the Budi Luhur University student group.

With a sample size of 96 respondents, this study used a survey method that made use of non-probability techniques like purposive sampling. The utilised analytical tool is SPSS version 26. Research can proceed because all investigated variables are reliable and valid, and they have all been shown to be feasible by the classical assumption test. According to the study's findings, customers at Starbucks Veteran Raya Bintaro in South Jakarta are significantly influenced by price perception, service quality, and promotions while making decisions about what to buy.

This research aims to analyze the physical and chemical characteristics of wet soils in tidal swamp ecosystems and their implications for sustainable agriculture in South Kalimantan. Tidal marshlands have great potential to be developed as agricultural land, but specific soil conditions require proper management. The results showed that soils in tidal marsh ecosystems are generally clay-textured with high moisture content and low porosity, which affects soil drainage and aeration. Moderately high organic matter content (3-7%) is a positive factor for soil fertility, but soil acidity (pH 4.5-5.5) and high sulfate content pose challenges for agriculture. Soil acidity potentially inhibits the availability of essential nutrients such as phosphorus and increases aluminum toxicity. The potential formation of acid sulfate soils also requires careful management to prevent further soil degradation.
