A death certificate is proof of a person's death, but in its implementation there are still several problems, including that there are still people who have died but are included in the permanent voter list for the 2024 election and there are falsification of death certificates. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the effectiveness of the death certificate recording program in the population and civil registration services of South Tangerang City. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of the research show that target accuracy is said to be optimal, because people already know and receive death certificate registration services. The program socialization indicators are not yet optimal, because there are still people in the South Tangerang City area who do not know how important it is to take care of population administration, especially death certificates, due to the lack of socialization by the population and civil registration services. In terms of indicators of achieving program objectives, there are still people who have not registered death certificates even though they are aware of the existence of the death certificate registration program. In terms of monitoring indicators, the program has not gone well in its implementation because it was found that people had not registered death certificates, this is because the supervision carried out by the population and civil registration services did not reach enough and was not evenly distributed to all communities in South Tangerang City.

The observation conducted in Ngliman Village, Sawahan District, Nganjuk Regency aims to determine the responsibilities of women as mothers and in society. The methods used in this observation are case studies and qualitative methodology. Data collection was carried out using three methods, namely: 1) observation, 2) interviews, and 3) documentation. The data analysis methods used are 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation (data presentation), and 3) drawing conclusions/verification. In Ngliman Village, Sawahan District, Nganjuk Regency, the results of the observation show that women act as mothers and caregivers of husbands in the fields. In Ngliman Village, Sawahan District, Nganjuk Regency, women still follow customs and culture about what to do after marriage. These customs include being a pure mother, helping her husband in the fields, having limited thinking development, and taking the initiative to sell at tourist attractions if they marry young. The position of women in the public space of the Ngliman community, Sawahan District, Nganjuk Regency: women are encouraged to engage in social activities such as sharing, cleaning, and vegetable gardening, which can help the community grow financially and progress.

This study is set against the background of the co-19 pandemic which affects many sectors of human life, one of which is the field of education. This pandemic also encourages innovation in the field of education in making updates or changes to the curriculum. In the curriculum changes used now are known as the independent learning curriculum. This study aims to identify and obtain information about the planning, implementation and effectiveness of the implementation of the independent curriculum at MAN 1 Medan. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach, namely research that provides a description of factual and systematic situations and events regarding factors, as well as the relationship between phenomena.  The research instruments are observation, interview and observation. The data source of this research is the results of interviews from the head of the madrasa, the deputy head of the madrasa for curriculum and teacher.  The results of the study reveal that the implementation of the independent curriculum at MAN 1 Medan has been well implemented. This can be seen from the careful preparation and collaboration between various parties, including the head of the madrasa, deputy head of the madrasa from each field, teachers and other teaching staff. The involvement of all parties greatly affects the effectiveness of curriculum implementation in achieving goals effectively. 

The combination of hormone treatment and genetic liabilities in transgender women leads to a complicated situation for breast cancer growth particularly linked to BRCA1 mutations. Gender-affirming treatment relies heavily on estrogen and causes intense cell growth and differentiation in breast tissue driven by estrogen receptor mechanisms. Mutations in BRCA1 lead to weak DNA repair processes which enhance an individual's vulnerability to cancerous changes. Rodestrogens enhance the functioning of proliferative pathways like PI3K/AKT and MAPK pathways in cells with dysfunctional BRCA1. This collaborative action elevates the threats posed by benign growths such as fibroadenomas leading to invasive breast cancer. By affecting the expression of vital regulatory proteins linked to cell proliferation estrogen further compromises the genomic integrity in cells harboring BRCA1 mutations. The hormone environment influenced by exogenous estrogen therapy can shape the tumor microenvironment for better cancer progression and metastasis. Comprehending the relationship between estrogen signaling and pathways related to BRCA1 is important for identifying the enhanced risk of cancer in transgender women using hormone therapy. This detailed study aligns recent discoveries regarding genetic vulnerability and hormonal impacts with cell mechanisms to reveal a detailed insight into breast cancer progression in these individuals. The study emphasizes the necessity for custom-designed cancer screening methods and targeted treatments to help mitigate risks and support transgender care. Understanding these pathways greatly enriches our knowledge of hormone-induced carcinogenesis among those who carry certain genetic markers while also guiding the creation of personalized care for transgender women at enhanced risk of breast cancer.

The neutrality of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is an important foundation in carrying out government duties in Indonesia, especially during the Regional Head Election (Pilkada) process. ASN is expected to carry out their roles neutrally, impartially and adhere to the principles of justice, in accordance with the provisions in Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning ASN. This research aims to evaluate the role of the State Civil Apparatus Commission (KASN) and the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) in maintaining ASN neutrality in the 2024 Regional Head Election in Padang City. Using a qualitative approach, this research analyzes data taken from various legal documents, official reports, and information related to violations of ASN neutrality in previous elections. The results revealed that violations of ASN neutrality are still quite high and have the potential to increase in the 2024 Pilkada. KASN and Bawaslu have made a number of efforts, such as conducting socialization and conducting strict supervision, to prevent these violations. This study concludes that ASN neutrality plays an important role in realizing the principles of good governance and in ensuring the implementation of fair and democratic elections, free from conflicts of interest

The Nias tribe generally chooses urban areas as a place to migrate because the city symbolizes dynamism and is the center of all progress. People who decide to migrate must determine the right destination area.  The people of Nias migrate to an area or leave their area for several reasons. Firstly, economic reasons, the difficulty of meeting living needs in their hometown is one of the factors that most influences the migration activities carried out by the people of Nias. Secondly, there is a social reason, there is an opinion that people who migrate to the other side are considered to have broader experience/insight, have a lot of wealth and money. Third, family reasons, the people of Nias migrate because they already have or have had family members or friends who have migrated first. In this research, researchers focused on the economic adaptation strategies of Nias migrants who migrated to Tarutung sub-district. The researcher chose the title of this research to find out how Nias migrants adapt to the economy in Tarutung. Researchers chose to conduct research on economic adaptation strategies for Nias migrants in Tarutung because the economy is a fundamental aspect of human life, including migrants. The type of research used in this research is qualitative approach research. Qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior.

The use of fossil energy in the maritime industry has become a major source of carbon emissions and vulnerability to fuel price fluctuations. In an effort to overcome these challenges and move towards a more sustainable future, the use of solar energy has emerged as a significant potential solution. Batam City, with its strategic location and rapidly growing maritime interests, has great potential to adopt solar energy in its maritime operations. This study aims to investigate the potential and challenges of developing solar-based sustainable electrical energy in the maritime sector in Batam City. We identify the most suitable locations for solar panel installations, explore efficient energy storage technologies, and analyze reliable maritime grid system integration. Additionally, we discuss personnel training and environmental awareness efforts necessary to support this transition. This study also reviews the role of policy and regulation in encouraging investment in solar energy and encouraging collaboration with relevant stakeholders. The research results show that the use of solar energy in maritime governance in Batam City can reduce carbon emissions, increase energy security and reduce operational costs in the long term. This study provides valuable insights for decision making and strategic planning for local governments, industry players and academic institutions interested in realizing sustainable and future-oriented maritime governance.

The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach is one method that can be utilized in decision support systems. can do weighting to determine selection criteria and alternatives, starting from the definition of the problem. The purpose of evaluation or weighting in a decision support system, such as that carried out using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach, is to assess and compare the value or characteristics of each alternative based on predetermined criteria. This process allows us to understand how important each criterion is in achieving the main goal, so that the decisions taken are more structured and objective. This study is entitled the distribution of inheritance in the Pakpak community in Sukamakmur Village. Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency, namely the distribution of inheritance in the past and present communities with the aim of knowing 1) The shift that occurred in the distribution of inheritance in the Pakpak community in Sukamakmur Village. 2) The factors behind the shift in the distribution of inheritance in the Pakpak community in Sukamakmur Village. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method, to understand what phenomena are experienced by the research subjects holistically, namely by describing them in words and language, based on the findings in the field. The results of the study show that the distribution of inheritance in the Pakpak community in Sukamakmur Village has shifted where in the past, the community in implementing inheritance drew a patrilineal system which drew the father's lineage so that the inheritance that was entitled and became the heir of the son so that parents prioritized sons in inheritance while if the Pakpak community drew a patrilineal lineage, of course the position and even the rights of daughters to get it were very non-existent, while at present the Pakpak community in Sukamakmur Village parents provide opportunities so that parents on average give their property to their daughters. Now the Pakpak community carries out inheritance in the past parents were required to present Kula-kula, Senina, Berru but what happened in the village was that some people no longer followed to present these three, in that community only distributed inheritance among themselves between parents and children only
