The methodology used was a comprehensive literature analysis of scientific articles, journals and relevant publications. Early marriage is a significant social problem in Indonesia, including in Cilengkrang District, Bandung Regency. In an effort to address this problem, the Indonesian government issued Law Number 16 of 2019 which sets the minimum age of marriage to 19 years for both men and women. Community service in socializing this law in Cilengkrang Sub-district aims to increase community understanding and compliance with the regulation. The program involves various educational activities, such as counseling, group discussions, and training for community leaders and educators. The methods used include direct approaches through village meetings and indirect methods through social and print media. The results showed that the involvement of community leaders and religious leaders was very effective in conveying messages and reducing resistance to legal change. The main challenges faced were changing entrenched mindsets and problems accessing information in remote areas. Recommendations to improve the effectiveness of this program include increasing the involvement of community leaders, optimizing the use of media, continuous training, inter-agency cooperation, periodic evaluation, and a culturally sensitive approach. With the implementation of these recommendations, it is expected that the socialization of the marriage age limit law in Cilengkrang Sub-district can be more effective, reduce the number of early marriages, and create an environment that supports the optimal development of children and improves the overall welfare of the community.

Biosaka fertilizer production training is an educational program designed to provide practical knowledge and skills in the production of organic fertilizer through fermentation of natural ingredients. Biosaccharine fertilizer, which is made from plant residues, animal waste and certain microorganisms, offers an environmentally friendly and efficient solution for improving soil fertility and plant health. This training includes an introduction to materials and tools, the fermentation process, and the application of biosaccharide fertilizer to various types of plants. Through this approach, participants—including farmers, agricultural extension workers, and other individuals—are expected to be able to produce high-quality biochemical fertilizer independently. It is hoped that the results of this training will reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers and support sustainable agricultural practices that are more economical and environmentally friendly.

Decubitus wounds are wounds caused by prolonged pressure on a prominent surface area of ??the bone. Nurses play an important role in preventing the incidence of decubitus, especially by carrying out an early assessment of the risk of decubitus, namely by using the Braden Scale. Objective: to determine the risk of decubitus injuries using the Braden Scale. Method: This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive research design. The sample in this study was 20 people using a non-probability accidental sampling. Inclusion criteria for this research were patients treated in hospital. Islam Malahayati Medan for more than 2 days of treatment, young elderly, middle elderly and old elderly patients. Data analysis in this study used SPSS 25 for Windows for descriptive statistics. Results: There were 7 people (35%) in the no risk category, 6 people (30%) in the mild risk category, 2 people (10%) in the moderate risk category and 4 people (20%) in the high risk category and 1 person (5%) severe risk category. Suggestion: Hospitals need to include the Braden Scale assessment format in the inpatient assessment format to detect the risk of decubitus injuries and carry out assessments on patients every day while the patient is hospitalized.

During the recent pandemic (Covid-19), Bangladesh's Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry, which employs mostly women, faced great challenges. This examines the resilience and resistance demonstrated by female RMG workers in Bangladesh during and after the epidemic, focusing on their efforts to seek improved working conditions and social protection. The research brings to light women's agency and activism in the industry, wherein women cooperatively undertake various actions against the oppression like protests as well as cognitions for better rights and conditions. The paper considers the role of policy-making and private firms in existing industries within workers' support, looking at the performance of the schemes geared towards safety nets and gender equality. Concentrating on different problems of the female workers of readymade garments sector, the study recommends the combined approach to deal with factors like class, ethnics and migration. In conclusion, this research affirm that female RMG workers are strong and active fighter, not the female as a passive victim and give strategies how to empower and stabilize female workers through policy analysis and industry action.

Usually companies make financial reports when their company's accounting period enters the end. This accounting period is determined by each company. Some are done at the end of the year, some are done every few months. Through the Simple Financial Report Preparation Training, it is hoped that it will help MSME partners manage their business financial reports. And will increase Capability, namely improving the Recording of Financial Reports and Transactions manually to be fast and accurate. Hopefully, with this preparation training, you will gain insight, knowledge and understanding of the basics of proper financial management and including how to make a budget.

The aim of PKM in the Social, Cultural and Environmental sector is to build a MCK in the house of one of the residents in Bulakan Village. The method used is survey and implementation of PKM. It is hoped that the results of the PKM in the field of Socio-Cultural and Environmental Affairs in building toilets can be used by local residents, so that the habit of defecating, washing and bathing is no longer carried out around the house because it will cause disease for residents of the surrounding area.

One type of business that remains consistent and develops to meet community needs is the salted fish production business which is managed traditionally. As all types of businesses develop nowadays, market competition becomes increasingly fierce, so this situation forces business actors to try to optimize the processing of quality salted fish production and try to make new breakthroughs in the marketing of salted fish through digitalization. Technological advances or digitalization are currently one of the potentials that can be utilized by business actors as a promotional tool in increasing the productivity of salted fish businesses to the global market. Digitalization is one of the information technologies that is currently widely used for business activities and has the potential to be a means of business promotion through social media, which is considered very effective in encouraging business actors to develop further. This socialization activity was attended by 20 UKM participants (twenty people) who are members of the Palembang Salted Iwak Center (SIABANG) community in Lima Ulu Village, Palembang City. The aim of this activity is to motivate salted fish business actors to put into practice the knowledge they gained during training and be able to make product packages in packaging that are suitable for sale. The business actors were very enthusiastic in participating in the socialization and digitalization training activities delivered by the presenters. Conditions like this can motivate salted fish business actors to remain enthusiastic about selling their products so that their businesses can progress further into the global market.

The pace of global environmental change and the intensification of human activities have put significant pressure on marine ecosystems, threatening the sustainability of many species that are important both for ecosystems and the economies of coastal communities. In this context, this study aims to evaluate the application of genetic technologies in the conservation of endangered marine species, focusing on environmental DNA (eDNA) monitoring, CRISPR genetic engineering techniques and population genetic analysis. The method used was a literature review that examined current academic sources related to genetic technologies and their implementation in conservation. Findings show that eDNA is a highly effective tool in species and habitat monitoring, and has been successful in specific cases such as Napoleon fish and green turtles in Raja Ampat. In contrast, CRISPR techniques offer the potential to improve the genetic resilience of species, despite significant regulatory and ethical challenges. The implications of this study emphasize the need for strong policy support and international collaboration to address these challenges and optimize the use of genetic technologies in more effective conservation strategies in the future.
