This research aims to explore the meaning of work in the context of the Church's social teachings, with a focus on the perspective of the encyclical Laborem Exercens.The background to this research is rooted in the importance of understanding work as an integral part of human life and Church teachings. The method used is qualitative analysis of the encyclical, which includes text study and interpretation of meaning. The findings show that work is seen as a deep calling, where each individual contributes to the creation and well-being of society. In addition, this encyclical emphasizes the values ??of justice, solidarity and human dignity in the world of work. The implication of this research is the need to reaffirm the importance of work ethics based on Church teachings, as well as encouragement to create a more just and humane work environment. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for stakeholders in formulating policies that support the principles of the Church's social teachings in daily work practices.

Colossians 3:5-10 is a verse that describes the life of a new human person who has adapted and accepted Christ as Lord and loves himself. Based on Paul's opinion to the Colossian congregation, when the Colossian congregation became new people, they had to put away all their old lives, namely living in sin. But there are still those who have not fully lived in the new life. Likewise, the life of mankind, when they have been reborn into new humans, has not completely evolved from the old life. Still committing sins and old habits like humans live in modern times which always prioritize physical, visible, temporary and popular things. On the other hand, Christians also ignore the true self, the spiritual self, the invisible, the eternal and the hidden. By writing this article, the aim is to invite and encourage Christians to adapt seriously and live in holiness that is continually renewed in the image of God's Creator. The method used by the author is a literature research study method using book sources.

Against the background of differences in understanding and views, both in matters of divinity, views of the Bible, and the rules of worship and celebration of major holidays. The understanding of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses is different from the understanding of Protestant Christians in general, Jehovah's Witnesses do not recognize the concept of the Triune God, do not use the sign of the cross either in places of worship or for funerals. This study is based on the results of research conducted in the field with qualitative research and using a case study approach. Jehovah's Witnesses prioritize Easter celebrations over Christmas celebrations, because there are no verses in the holy book that encourage Christians to celebrate Christmas. Jehovah's Witnesses are a Christian denomination known for its unique interpretation of the Bible. They emphasized the importance of God's name, Jehovah, and rejected the doctrine of the Trinity or the concept of a Triune God. This community is also known for its door-to-door preaching activities and rejection of Christmas celebrations. This paper will discuss a brief history, core beliefs, and religious practices of Jehovah's Witnesses, as well as analyze their relationships with communities of other religious groups and society's views of these groups

Evaluation of PAK Performance Discipline in PPA IO 0164 Bethlehem Rote Activities. In this study, researchers found problems such as undisciplined performance in terms of time and responsibility as a mentor to mentor children at PPA IO 0164 Bethlehem Rote. Mentors who often arrive late for class. Mentors who are not responsible for teaching in class. There are even mentors who cannot be role models for children. The aim of this research is to reveal the causes of indiscipline in mentor performance and how to overcome it through the method that the researcher has prepared, namely a qualitative method with a research design, namely observation, interviews and literature study. Based on research findings, it is stated that there are still many mentors who do not carry out their responsibilities well. The most dominant reason for some mentors not being disciplined in their performance is that they have other work that interferes with their responsibilities as a mentor in PPA IO 0164 Bethlehem Rote activities. Apart from that, there are already disciplinary measures for mentors who are still undisciplined, but there are still mentors who still do it. The solution that researchers can provide is that a mentor must be able to understand that what he does as a mentor is a calling to be carried out because taking care of and even saving children through mentoring at PPA is a very significant responsibility.

Generation Z is the generation born between 1997 – 2012, who in 2023 will be 11 – 26 years old (Beresford Research). Some of Generation Z in 2024 will be teenagers. During this time, teenagers often face difficult times in finding their identity. Especially in generation Z, who were born in the midst of very rapid developments, especially in the internet era, which requires teenagers to be able to master it well. Along with the positive impacts that occur, negative impacts also affect teenagers today. The challenges and challenges faced by teenagers can have a negative impact on their future success. Therefore, there is a need for mentors around them to direct them. Faith is the basis that generation Z must have to be able to adapt in the search for identity and compete in a very rapid era of development. In this way, the Church plays a very important role in building the growth of faith of generation Z. This faith growth research was carried out at the JKI Mahanaim Church in Blitar City, East Java in order to increase the growth of faith of generation Z in the internet era in Blitar City and form a new concept in the world of pastoral ministries. This research uses a literature study method with a qualitative and descriptive approach. Researchers used James W Fowler's theory of faith growth to determine indicators of Generation Z experiencing faith growth. From the results of this research, it is hoped that Church Leaders and Mentors will pay special attention to the growth of faith and ways to build the faith of Generation Z.

Human weakness in understanding and accepting the fact of the dual nature of Jesus Christ, presents various skeptical views, rejections and refutations, including suspicion and doubt that in carrying out His mission, Jesus did not act in His sinless human nature, but in His holy divine nature. However, whatever the forms of rejection, suspicion and debate against that view, the truth of God's Word is accurate evidence and at the same time an answer. This study aims to test the truth that during His mission in the world, Jesus was a true sinless human being, using a method using a qualitative approach using secondary techniques through literature studies.The humanity and sinlessness of Jesus Christ in carrying out His mission in the world has always been an interesting theme and has invited debate, both among theologians and secularists. The results of the study concluded that Jesus' humanity was real, and during his redemptive mission, Jesus acted with a sinless humanity. This study confirms that even though Jesus experienced a full human life, including suffering and weakness, He still lived without sin and without moral fault. This is an important belief in Christian theology that emphasizes that Jesus' humanity does not diminish His purity and holiness in carrying out his redemptive mission for humanity.

The development of church members serves as a crucial foundation for strengthening Christian ministry. This effort aims to nurture a congregation that is mature in faith, character, and service, enabling them to actively introduce Christ to the world. The church faces significant challenges in increasing congregational participation, particularly among the younger generation, who are often more focused on digital life. Therefore, continuous training is essential to fortify the faith of the congregation and prepare them to engage in Christian ministry. Effective training methods include fellowship, Bible teaching, mentoring, and social service. This development not only strengthens relationships among congregation members but also equips them to serve in various aspects of life. Through ongoing development, the church will produce a congregation that is strong in faith, active in ministry, and ready to face the challenges of the times.

Criminals who are being held in the South Tangerang Police detention center really need attention and care from others. One of them is service to prisoners. Regarding service to prisoners, there are many journals that discuss this, for example in the Correctional Institution (Lapas). In the South Tangerang Police itself, there is no journal for service to prisoners, therefore I want to explore this further. So this journal discusses service to prisoners. This study uses a qualitative method with observation and interviews. This study aims to provide information on the implementation of service to prisoners, this is spiritual service and the impact of service. Service at the South Tangerang Police Resort is very helpful in increasing the growth of faith and repentance. Because service can encourage and help faith grow further, so that prisoners can accept the circumstances they experience and that faith leads them to repentance to become a righteous person.

Religious beliefs and culture cannot be separated from one another because religion exists within a particular culture, and local culture influences religion. Although religion is supposed to encourage humanity to create peace and prosperity on Earth, it has instead become one of the factors causing violence and the destruction of humanity, necessitating actions to prevent these issues from arising. Christian Religious Education (PAK) has an educational, social, and participatory role in the life of a pluralistic society. Essentially, PAK is an effective learning medium to instill Christian principles in every member of the church, serving as a foundation for their existence in society. The method used in the writing of this paper is a descriptive qualitative method.

The code of ethics for Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers plays an important role in increasing teacher professionalism in Indonesia. In the educational context, professionalism does not only include teaching skills, but also the moral and ethical attitudes that must be applied in carrying out their duties. Codes of ethics provide guidelines for teachers to act in accordance with established standards, which include responsibilities towards students, society and educational institutions. This research aims to analyze how the application of a code of ethics in the practice of Christian religious education can contribute to the development of teacher professionalism, as well as its impact on the quality of learning and the formation of student character. Based on a literature review, it was found that consistent application of a code of ethics helps teachers to maintain their integrity, improve relationships with students, and set a good example in everyday life. Therefore, increasing understanding and implementing a good code of ethics is very necessary to realize quality education that is beneficial for students' spiritual and moral development.
