Articles submitted must have never been or are not in the process of being published in another journal. Articles submitted must be in accordance with the written instructions or in a predetermined format. Editors will reject articles that do not meet the requirements without further processing. Articles that meet the requirements will be assessed for eligibility by the reviewer through a blind-review process. This journal is published 1 year 4 times (March, June, September and December)
