The adoption of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is a crucial step toward improving healthcare service delivery, especially in public hospitals in developing countries. RSUD Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe, a referral hospital in Gorontalo, Indonesia, has implemented the SIMRS Khanza system to digitize inpatient registration and medical documentation. However, limited evaluation has been conducted to assess its effectiveness beyond technical performance. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of SIMRS Khanza using the Human-Organization-Technology Fit (HOT-Fit) framework, which examines the alignment between users, institutional support, and system quality. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving in-depth interviews, non-participatory observations, and document reviews with eight informants, including medical record officers, system coordinators, and hospital management. The findings reveal that although most users reported improved efficiency and satisfaction, several issues persist: incomplete training, limited adherence to SOPs, and system performance lags during peak hours. Organizational support was present but inconsistent, and documentation policies lacked specificity for digital contexts. Technologically, the system demonstrated stable output, but responsiveness and integration require enhancement. The synthesis of findings suggests that success in HIS implementation is contingent upon not only system reliability but also continuous user engagement, structured training, and dynamic policy support. Therefore, a holistic strategy integrating human, organizational, and technological components is essential to optimize SIMRS performance and sustainability.

In the modern legal system, Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA) testing has become an important tool in the resolution of criminal and civil cases in Indonesia. The use of DNA can assist in determining blood relations, uncovering sexual abuse cases, and proving involvement in other crimes. Nonetheless, there are various legal issues that arise regarding the collection of DNA specimens without the consent of the sample owner. In Indonesia, although there are personal data protection regulations such as the Health and Population Administration Law, there are no specific provisions regarding the legality of unauthorized DNA sampling. This creates uncertainty in the legal system, especially in terms of evidence being recognized in court. Unauthorized DNA sampling can violate an individual's right to privacy guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution and the Criminal Procedure Law. This potentially makes DNA test results inadmissible as valid evidence in court. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the legality of the practice of unauthorized DNA sampling and its impact on the legal evidentiary system in Indonesia. The study also highlights the importance of medical ethics and legal protection of privacy in determining the validity of DNA evidence in judicial proceedings. It also explores the role of medical ethics and privacy law in determining the validity of DNA test results in the judicial process, and provides recommendations for clearer regulations regarding DNA sampling procedures.

The increasing incidence of leprosy in the community causes individuals with leprosy to experience psychological stress. This pressure can come from the individual's internal perceptions such as feeling insecure, feeling embarrassed, and feeling afraid of being shunned. Apart from that, the psychological pressure experienced by individuals can originate from external factors such as discrimination from society, labeling, and isolation in social life. The method used in preparing this article is the PRISMA method with database searches including Google Scholar, Digital Reference Garba, and Science Direct. There are 15 articles selected based on the criteria, namely published in 2018-2023, can be accessed in full text, articles in Indonesian and English, and are qualitative research using the keywords stigma, leprosy sufferers, and community. The articles analyzed were selected according to criteria with results showing that the stigma experienced by leprosy sufferers in the community consisting of self-stigma and public stigma. These two stigmas cause psychological problems in leprosy sufferers.

Post-stroke condition is a neurological dysfunction condition that has an impact on changes and decline in body condition for a fairly long period of time. The need for support during recovery and rehabilitation by the family is very much needed by post-stroke patients in managing themselves to optimize their well-being and quality of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and self-care management in post-stroke patients. The design of this study was correlational using a cross-sectional approach. A population of 23 respondents with purposive sampling obtained 21 samples. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire and data analysis using the Spearman rank test. The results of the study showed that almost half of the respondents (47.8%) had good family support, and almost half of the respondents (47.8%) had good self-care management. The results of the statistical test from the Spearman's rho test showed a P value of 0.0001 <? 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a positive (unidirectional) and very strong relationship (r = 0.870) meaning that the better the family support provided by the family, the stronger the self-care management in post-stroke patients. Family support is a health component that influences a person to improve their health status and quality of life.

Work in the informal sector, such as weaving, has high health risks due to the repetitive nature and static positions required. Weavers often experience Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) due to sitting too long in front of the loom for about 8 hours. This condition causes muscle contractions in the shoulders and neck, reduces blood flow, and causes pain and fatigue. A study of two sarong weaving industries in Dalangan Village found that 70% of 10 workers complained of low back pain. Many workers work with non-ergonomic positions and inappropriate equipment. Improvements in work attitudes are needed so that workers' health and productivity are maintained. This study aims to determine the relationship between work attitudes and MSDs disorders in the central craftsmen of the weaving industry. This research is a quantitative study using observational analysis method with cross sectional approach. The population was 35 from 4 locations with a sample of 35 respondents taken using total sampling technique. Assessment for work attitudes using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) and for Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) experienced using the Nordic Body Map (NBM). The results of the Spearman correlation test showed no significant relationship between work attitudes and musculoskeletal complaints with a p-value = 0.261 (p < 0.05) and a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.195 which is included in a weak correlation with a positive direction. The study shows there is no significant relationship between work attitude and musculoskeletal disorders in weaving industry workers. Routine ergonomics education is recommended to prevent complaints and maintain sustainable occupational health.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effectiveness of P4K with the innovation of the Dora Backpack to anticipate pregnancy risk in pregnant women in the working area of the Mantup Health Center in Lamongan Regency.This type of research is quasi-experimental with Post-test Only Control Group Design. The population of this study were pregnant women in the third trimester in the work area of the Mantup Health Center and Tikung Health Center totaling 262 pregnant women. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The number of samples was 176 pregnant women, consisting of 88 control pregnant women and 88 intervention pregnant women. Univariate data analysis with frequency distribution table, bivariate analysis with Mann Withney and Logistic Regression. Based on the results of the Mann Withney test in the control and intervention groups, ap value of 0.000 means that P4K with the Si Dora Backpack Innovation is effective in increasing the ability of pregnant women to anticipate the risk of pregnancy and based on the results of the Logistics Regression test, external variables do not affect the ability to anticipate pregnancy risk factors, namely age with p value 0.341, education with p value 0.587, and occupation with p value 0.631. P4K With Si Dora's Backpack Innovation is effective in increasing the ability of pregnant women to anticipate the risk of pregnancy.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) remains a major public health concern in Pidie Regency, Indonesia. Although digital surveillance systems such as SKDR have been introduced, the effectiveness of dengue control still largely depends on the role and capacity of surveillance officers. This study aimed to explore the experiences of dengue surveillance personnel in Pidie Regency, focusing on their knowledge, reporting mechanisms, encountered challenges, and expectations regarding the surveillance system. A qualitative method with a phenomenological design was employed, involving 11 purposively selected informants. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman framework, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The analysis revealed six main themes: officers' knowledge and understanding of dengue, sources of data and case collection methods, the use of digital applications for reporting and analysis, implementation challenges in the field, cross-sectoral roles and support from village governments, and officers' expectations for improvement. The findings highlight that limited resources, technical issues, and insufficient intersectoral collaboration hinder effective surveillance. Strengthening the surveillance system requires responsive strategies that consider on-the-ground challenges. A deeper understanding of surveillance officers’ field experiences is crucial for developing adaptive and sustainable public health interventions for dengue control.

Background: The elderly aged 60-69 years in Banda Aceh are 15,820. The coverage of the lowest number of elderly visits to elderly posyandu in the city of Banda Aceh is the Jaya Baru Health Centre (5.5%), the Lampaseh Health Centre (6.5%), and the Kuta Alam Health Centre (7.7%). Objective: This study aims to analyse factors related to the participation of the elderly in the Banda Aceh City Health Centre. Research Method: The type of research uses a cross-sectional design. The population in this study includes all older people in 3 (three) Banda Aceh City Puksesmas, namely Jaya Baru, Lampaseh, and Kuta Alam. The sample in this study amounted to 98 older people. Results: there was no relationship between accessibility and elderly posyandu participation (t= 1,356; p=0.176), there is a relationship between the availability of facilities and infrastructure and the participation of the elderly posyandu ( (t= 3.496; p=0.001), ), there was a relationship between motivation and support for elderly families (t=2.294; p=0.022), there was a relationship between the knowledge of the Posyandu program (t= 5.197; p=0.000), there was no relationship between the role of health workers and the participation of elderly posyandu at the Banda Aceh City Health Center (t=0.257; p=0.797), The factor that most affects the participation of elderly posyandu in Banda Aceh City is the knowledge of the posyandu program (t= 5.197; p=0.000). Conclusion: knowledge of the elderly posyandu program, the availability of infrastructure, motivation and support of elderly families affect the participation of posyandu in Banda Aceh City

The implementation of health information systems such as SIMKES (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kesehatan) plays a crucial role in enhancing administrative efficiency and service delivery in primary healthcare centers. However, user satisfaction remains a key indicator of system effectiveness, especially in outpatient service units. This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction level of health personnel toward the implementation of SIMKES at the outpatient unit of Teguhan Health Center, Ngawi, Indonesia. Employing a descriptive quantitative method, this research involved a census of 17 respondents using a validated questionnaire based on the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model, which comprises five dimensions: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The data were analyzed using frequency distribution and mean scoring to categorize satisfaction levels. Results showed that the overall satisfaction score was 73.58, indicating that users were generally satisfied with the system. All five EUCS dimensions were categorized as satisfactory, with the highest rating in the format dimension and the lowest in timeliness. Despite the overall positive assessment, users reported issues related to system speed, technical bugs, and limited guidance for system navigation. The findings suggest that while SIMKES supports outpatient service delivery effectively, improvements are needed in system responsiveness and user support to enhance satisfaction and usability. This study contributes to the ongoing evaluation and development of health information systems in resource-limited primary care settings.

Hypertension is one of the health problems, especially for hajj pilgrims, because hypertension is one of the entry points or risk factors for diseases such as heart disease, kidney failure, diabetes mellitus, and stroke. In 2024, cases of hajj pilgrims suffering from hypertension were 1,822 people (38.66%). This study aims to analyze the factors related to the incidence of hypertension in hajj pilgrims at the Aceh Embarkation. Quantitative research with a Cross Sectional Study approach using secondary data. The population is all hajj pilgrims at the Aceh Embarkation in 2024 totaling 4,713 people. The research sample is the total population. Bivariate data analysis with the chi-square test and multivariate with logistic regression. The results of the study obtained variables that have a significant relationship with hypertension are age (OR = 3.5; 95% CI: 3.08–3.95; p-value = 0.0001), family history (OR = 2; 95% CI: 1.74-2.25; p-value = 0.0001). Obesity (OR = 1.3; 95% CI: 1.14–1.44; p-value = 0.0001), diabetes (OR = 1.5; 95% CI: 1.28–1.75; p-value = 0.0001) and poor physical fitness OR = 1.7; 95% CI: 1.48–1.89; p-value = 0.0001). The conclusion of this study is that the age variable is the most dominant variable with the incidence of hypertension in the Aceh Embarkation Hajj pilgrims.
