Compliance of healthcare and medical personnel with established procedures—particularly Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)—is crucial for ensuring patient safety, high-quality healthcare services, and the sustainable operation of hospitals. This study analyzes the influence of Organizational Support, Motivation, and the Completeness of ERM SOPs on personnel compliance at Petrokimia Gresik Driyorejo Hospital. A quantitative approach using a survey method was employed. The study population included all healthcare and medical personnel directly involved with ERM SOPs. Through purposive sampling, 85 respondents were selected. Data collection used closed-ended questionnaires tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 25. The analysis found that Organizational Support (X1), Motivation (X2), and ERM SOP Completeness (X3) simultaneously had a statistically significant effect on Compliance (Y), with the F-test showing F_calculated > F_table and significance < 0.05. Individually, all three independent variables showed a positive and significant relationship with compliance. Among them, ERM SOP Completeness had the greatest influence, followed by Motivation and then Organizational Support. These findings emphasize that clear, comprehensive, and accessible SOPs are essential in guiding staff behavior and ensuring consistent adherence to risk management protocols. Additionally, motivated employees supported by the organization are more likely to comply with procedures and internal policies. Therefore, organizational strategies should not only focus on developing complete SOPs but also on fostering a supportive work culture and enhancing staff motivation through training, recognition, and leadership support. In conclusion, the study suggests that hospitals aiming to improve compliance with ERM procedures should adopt a holistic approach by investing in SOP development, providing consistent organizational support, and maintaining high levels of employee motivation. These efforts will contribute to better risk mitigation, service quality, and overall hospital performance.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) or chronic kidney failure is a condition that occurs due to a decrease in the kidney's ability to maintain balance in the body so that hemodialysis therapy is needed to replace the kidney function. Hemodialysis therapy can cause various physical effects and mental conditions of patients so that it can affect the patient's quality of life. Objective : to determine the relationship between anxiety levels and quality of life of CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at Lakipada Hospital. Research Method : the research design used is quantitative research with a Cross Sectional approach, using a " saturated sampling" sampling technique with a sample size of 40 respondents. The independent variable is the level of anxiety and the dependent variable is the quality of life. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square statistical test at a significance level of ? <0.05. Research Results : it was found that there was a relationship between anxiety levels and quality of life in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis with a p-value = 0.000. Conclusion : there is a relationship between anxiety levels and quality of life in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis.

Reduced appetite, diarrhea, cough, and joint pain are common health issues. Traditional medicinal plants such as Temu Ireng, Curcuma, Sand Ginger, and Ginger have been used to treat these conditions. This study aims to optimize the formulation of lozenges containing these plants using a combination of mannitol and sucrose as excipients through the SLD (Simple Lattice Design) method. Five formulations with varying ratios of mannitol and sucrose (FI = 75:25, FII = 25:75, FIII = 100:0, FIV = 0:100, FV = 50:50) were prepared using wet granulation. Granule physical properties were evaluated, and the optimum formulation was identified using statistical analysis including normality tests and one-sample t-tests. The results indicated that FI (mannitol 75%, sucrose 25%) provided the most desirable characteristics, with excellent granule flow, compressibility, and uniformity in lozenge quality. This research contributes to the development of herbal lozenges with optimized excipient combinations, enhancing the efficacy and quality of traditional medicine products.

One of the nutritional problems that occur in children under five is stunting, also known as chronic nutritional problems due to insufficient fulfillment for long periods of time. A child under five is
considered to have stunted nutritional status if his height is less than minus two median standard deviations of the World Health Organization (WHO) growth standards. Stunting is caused by direct causes, namely nutritional intake, infectious diseases, exclusive breastfeeding, indirect causes, namely sanitation, education, parental knowledge, income, number of family members, resources, technology, and the environment. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the incidence of stunting. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the incidence of stunting. This type of research is observational research analytic case control approach. The research samples were 49 stunted children (case Group) and 49 children without stunting (control group) in the working area of Bukit Gadeng Public Health Center, Bahagia District, South Aceh Regency, Aceh province. The Data were analyzed by performing Chi-square analysis test and the value of (OR) Odds ratio. The results showed a significant value of maternal knowledge (p-value=0.00); (OR=72.45), environmental sanitation hygiene (p-value=0.001); (OR= 2.14), history of exclusive breastfeeding (p-value=0.00); (OR= 19.37), history of infectious diseases (p-value=0.064); (OR= 3.45). Conclusion maternal knowledge, environmental sanitation hygiene, and history of exclusive breastfeeding affect the incidence of stunting and infectious disease history does not affect the incidence of stunting in the Bukit Gadeng Public Health Center, Bahagia District, and South Aceh Regency. This literature review examines the effectiveness of Brain Gym as an intervention to improve children's learning concentration. Brain Gym is a series of physical movements developed to enhance brain function. Several studies in the last decade have suggested that Brain Gym activities can positively influence children's attention span and cognitive performance, particularly in educational settings. Through a review of 20 empirical studies published between 2015 and 2024, this study finds consistent evidence of improved focus and academic engagement among children who participated in regular Brain Gym exercises. The findings suggest that Brain Gym can serve as a complementary approach to conventional teaching strategies, especially for elementary-level learners. Implications for educators and future research are discussed.

Postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) is a chronic neuropathic pain complication following herpes zoster infection. PHN often leads to persistent pain and facial muscle dysfunction, affecting patients' quality of life. This study aimed to evaluate the physiotherapy management using electrical stimulation and facial exercises in a case of facial PHN. A case report design was used to observe a 36-year-old male patient presenting with facial pain and muscle weakness after herpes zoster infection. The physiotherapy intervention, consisting of electrical stimulation and facial exercises, was conducted over three sessions within two weeks. Assessment tools included NPRS, MMT, and Ugo Fisch Scale. There was a significant reduction in pain from NPRS 5/10 to 0, and improvement in frontal muscle strength from MMT 0 to 3. The Ugo Fisch score increased from 62 to 66, indicating functional improvement of facial muscles, though not yet optimal. Electrical stimulation and facial exercises were effective in reducing pain and improving facial muscle function in a PHN patient. Further research with larger samples is needed to validate these findings.

The cases of maternal mortality Bogor city in 2022 caused anemia were found to be 30.77%. The purpose the study to determine the relationship between Knowledge, Age, Parity, and History Fe tablet consumption with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women PMB Muthia, Amd.keb Cilendek Barat Bogor Barat, Bogor City in 2024. Research with quantitative approach, cross-sectional design. The sample selected using  total sampling technique. Data collected through questionnaires and medical records consisting 42 respondents. variables of knowledge, parity, age, history Fe tablet consumption, and anemia. The research data were interpreted using Chi Square. Based on the calculation results, was found that among 42 respondents, those with poor knowledge more prevalent the non-anemic group, with 8 people (100.0%), compared anemic group, with 24 people (70.6%). Based on calculation results obtained from 42 respondents, those with age and parity were at greater risk anemia group with 12 people (35.3%) compared to the non-anemia group with 0 people (0.0%). Based calculation results obtained from 42 respondents, those with a history of Fe tablet consumption had higher risk in the anemia group, with 19 people (55.9%) compared non-anemia group, with 3 people (37.5%). There relationship between parity, maternal age, and incidence anemia.

Tarakan City as an archipelago with high maritime activity has a significant risk of water accidents, yet students' swimming skills are still low. This study aims to: (1) evaluate the context of swimming learning in the PJOK curriculum, (2) assess input readiness (teachers, facilities, costs), (3) analyze the learning implementation process, and (4) measure learning outcomes related to student skills and safety. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) evaluation model. Data sources include principals (4 people), physical education teachers (4 people), and students (16 people) from four junior high schools in Tarakan City. The research instruments were semi-structured interview guidelines, observation sheets, and curriculum document analysis. Data collection techniques were conducted through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data were analyzed qualitatively using cost and benefit analysis techniques to identify the suitability of the program to the needs. The results show that the context of swimming learning is in accordance with the curriculum, but the swimming pool facilities depend on public facilities with limited access. The learning process is in accordance with the lesson plan, but the practice time (2 times/semester) is not sufficient to master the skills. Product evaluation results indicated a good understanding of water safety theory, but low practical swimming skills. Recommendations: (1) Increased frequency of swimming practice, (2) collaboration with local government for the provision of school swimming pools, and (3) teacher training in adaptive teaching methods for beginner students.

According to data from the World Health Organization, around 90% of women experience severe dysmenorrhea, and 10-15% experience mild dysmenorrhea. Research in various countries has also shown that more than 50% of women suffer from primary dysmenorrhea. This study aims to analyze the impact of health education on how adolescent girls cope with menstrual pain at MA Alhudaebiyah, Sukabumi, in 2024. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 50 female students from grades X, XI, and XII. The results show that 88% of the respondents experience primary dysmenorrhea, and most of them employ strategies that are not very effective. The Chi-Square statistical test yielded a p-value of 0.000 (? < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between knowledge level and efforts to reduce pain. The Odds Ratio (OR) value of 215 indicates that good knowledge greatly increases the likelihood of taking more effective actions.

Mycobacterium Bovis is a serious infection that affects cattle and has ramifications for human health, especially in areas where close contact between humans and animals is widespread and pasteurization of dairy products is not widely used. The purpose of this work is to identify risk factors connected with M. bovis infection, estimate the prevalence of the disease in east Darfur State, and underline the main aspects of the disease. The study included a total sample size of 100 cows milk collected from different localities of East Darfur State in Sudan ( Abu Matarq 21.1%, Yaseen 15.3%,El-Daein 22.1%, Abu Karinka 6.8% and Assalaya 5.1% ) this study estimated that 25% of the collected raw milk specimen was positive for mycobacterium. The incidence of Mycobacterium Bovis in Sudan is the result of a complex interaction of cattle management techniques, environmental conditions, and public health initiatives. While there is increased knowledge of the disease and efforts to control it, obstacles such as limited resources, cultural customs, and environmental stressors continue to impact its tendencies.
