Abstract
So far, in formulating strategies in an organization, especially reviewing from the aspect of human resource management, analytical tools that are often used to process the data obtained are SWOT Analysts, Internal Factor Analysis and External factors and Competitive Profile Matrix how to analyze the strength of weaknesses in opportunities and threats of a company (SWOT)  and matrix Competitive profile analyzes the strategic position of the company compared to similar competitors, especially in terms of human resource management, namely employees, because employees are the spearhead of an organization.
The purpose of software development in the form of this application is so that it can be used to formulate strategies in the organization and  its specifics can be applied also to formulate strategies in the human resource management division Software   tools developed in  the form of analytical tools in the form of applications consisting of SWOT Analysis, Competitive Profile Matrix, External and Internal environment analysis per business  in the form of data analysis tables and diagrams that can illustrate weights, ratings and interpret the company's position and formulate strategies that are suitable for the company to apply.
The development method carried out is the development model of Borg & Gall (2001) using waterfall grooves at the development stage.
The results of this software development are called macro excel-based strategic planning applications) which are tested by including fictitious data on human resource management, IFA and EFA analysis, SWOT analysis, and Competitive Profile Matrix, and the  result is a quadrant of strategies that formulate what strategies can be applied to the organization's resource management division.
 
 

This research aims to analyze the impact of poverty and the Human Development Index (HDI) on inequality of income distribution of regency/city in North Sumatra province. This research is quantitative descriptive. The research was conducted in 33 regencies/cities in North Sumatra province. The type of data used is secondary data. Data is accessed online on the website of Central Statistical Agency (BPS) for North Sumatra Province. The data used includes poverty rate data, HDI and Gini Ratio. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that poverty had a positive and significant impact on inequality of income distribution of regency/city in North Sumatra province. HDI also has a positive and significant impact on inequality of income distribution of regency/city in North Sumatra province. The results of the simultaneous test conclude that poverty and HDI simultaneously have a significant impact on inequality of income distribution of regency/city in North Sumatra province. This research implicates on preparation of poverty alleviation programs and equal of income distribution of regency/city in North Sumatra province.
 
 

Inventory is a useful resource in a trading organization because it is a larger asset than current assets. As a result, the majority of the company's revenue comes from the sale of inventory goods. To avoid fraud, inventory accounting management is essential. A trading company that supplies fundamental needs for consumers to implement accountable inventory management provided the data for this article. The name of the corporation UD Barokah Putra Makassar is the subject of this study. The qualitative descriptive method is used in this paper. According to the findings of this study, UD Barokah Putra Makassar has established accountability based on inventory management, but there is still room for development in terms of providing burden sharing for entering and storing items and income.

The goal of this study is to determine the effect of family work conflict, work family conflict, and job stress on nurses' job performance in hospitals, as well as whether family work conflict, work family conflict variables can be influenced by job stress in nurses' performance in hospitals. The findings of this study are expected to be used by the hospital in determining the level of service provided to patients. This study is a quantitative causal study that uses SEM to determine the relationship that is influential between two or more variables (Structural Equation Modeling). The population in this study was all female nurses who worked at hospitals in Bandung (Muhammadiyah Hospital, Kebon Jati Hospital, Santosa Hospital, and Islamic Hospital), and the study sample was 119 respondents using a non-probability purposive sampling method. According to the study's findings, family work conflict has no positive effect on job stress. Furthermore, work-family conflict has a positive impact on the job. Workplace stress improves job performance. According to the findings of this study, family work conflict has a negative impact on job performance. Work-family conflict has a positive impact on job performance. According to the findings of this study, a key value in work-family conflict is a conflict of commitment and responsibility toward family. This study recommends that hospitals hold employee recreation activities with their families, which means that hospitals get to know their employees' families in order to strengthen the bonds between employees and their families. work-family conflict has a positive impact on the job. The problem of the quality of academic services for each faculty is different. The aim of this research is to describe the level of student satisfaction regarding the quality of academic services based on the Parasuraman dimensions. The assessment used a 5-point Likert scale of satisfaction with lecturers with the respondents being students from three study programs, namely the faculties of Economics and Business, Psychology and Law, with 192 students. The results of research on Tangible students feel satisfied with the faculties of Economics and Business, Psychology and Law. At Emphaty, students feel satisfied with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law. At the Psychology faculty, students feel less satisfied. Regarding Reliability, students feel satisfied with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law. At the Psychology faculty, students feel less satisfied. Regarding Responsiveness, students feel satisfied with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law. At the Psychology faculty, students feel dissatisfied. In Assurance, students feel satisfied with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law. At the Psychology faculty, students feel dissatisfied. This research is very useful for improving the quality of academic services.

This study aims to compare the performance of conventional foreign exchange banks and conventional non-foreign exchange banks in Indonesia during 20 20 -20 2 1 using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital). This study using ROA, NPL, CAR, LDR, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, and the Commissioner of the Independent variable Samples were selected in this study with purposive sampling method amounted to 105 foreign banks and 15 non-bank foreign exchange during 20 20 -20 2 1. Analysis that using Independent t-tests on the data were normally distributed and the Mann Whitney-U test on the data is not normally distributed. In the test results stated that there are no differences in the financial performance of foreign exchange banks and non-foreign exchange banks if in view of the ratio of ROA, NPL , CAR, and LDR. And there are differences in the level of performance when viewed in terms of ownership and leadership.

The success or failure of an organization in achieving its predetermined goals is highly dependent on the ability of its human resources (employees) to carry out the tasks or work assigned to them. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and work placement on employee productivity at PT. Dewasutratex Cimahi. The data processing method is carried out using a saturated sampling approach, namely the sampling method in which the entire population is used as a research sample totaling 46 employees. Data analysis was carried out using validity and reliability tests, normality tests, classic assumption tests, simple linear regression tests, determination tests, F tests and T tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Recruitment and Job Placement partially have a significant effect on Work Productivity at PT. Dewasutratex Cimahi. The effect of recruitment on work productivity is 83.6% and the remaining 16.4 is influenced by other variables outside the research. While the effect of placement on work productivity is 87.6% and the remaining 12.4 is influenced by other variables.

2022 will be the rise of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia by contributing 61% of the national GDP and absorbing 97% of the total workforce. Based on the city area, UMKM is one of the components that contributes 9.27
% of economic growth in Pangkal Pinang City. However, the application of Intellectual Property (IP) in MSME business behavior has not been handled optimally. The purpose of this study is to identify human resource management in MSME actors in building work teams that are aware of IP in business activities. This research using a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data were obtained by conducting observations and interviews with MSME business actors in Tasikmalaya City who had not registered or had registered their KI. The results of the study show that SMEs have an awareness of the importance of IP in entrepreneurship. KI is assessed by MSME actors as supporting business continuity through the maturation of the three entrepreneurial teams they have. MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City have at least a production team, operational team and marketing team. The three teams currently being developed are the marketing team, because they involve digital media capabilities. That is, the application of IP is a priority to avoid claims on the brand or type of business they own. In addition, MSME actors utilize family-based human resources. This character is in accordance with the application of the Pancasila economy.
 

The development of the modern world with all its problems in a very complex geo-politico-economy such as the gap between modernity and religion, the distribution of wealth. Sayyed Hosein Nasr is a contemporary figure who solves this modernization problem with his ideas discussing solving geo-political problems with traditionalism, perennial philosophy and integration between science and religion. This study also incorporates the ideas of Sayyed Hosein Nasr in the development of productive zakat in Indonesia in order to solve the problem of equal distribution of wealth. Productive zakat is not new in Indonesia but has many problems that need to be resolved, therefore this study is expected to be the answer to all existing problems.

Firm value is the investor's perception of the company's success in managing the company's resources. Companies are required to think effectively and efficiently and excel in competition. To increase the value of the company, all companies must compete; this study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital, and capital structure on firm value through profitability in companies in the raw material-producing sector and the manufacturing industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2016- 2020. This study uses a quantitative descriptive, explanatory approach. The sampling population is companies that are members of the raw material producing and manufacturing sector companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Research samples were obtained from 16 companies. The type of data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique used path analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed that corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital, and capital structure had a positive and significant effect on profitability. Corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital, capital structure, and profitability positively and significantly impact firm value. Profitability can mediate the development of corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital, and capital structure on firm value. This study found that profitability can judge the effect of corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital, and capital structure on company value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2022
