Analyzing the Legal Considerations of the Panel of Judges in deciding a divorce lawsuit caused by domestic disputes, by examining the legal reasons used as the basis for decision making. Identifying factors that influence the judge's decision, both objective and subjective, such as evidence presented, reconciliation efforts, and social or psychological impacts on married couples and children. This research uses a normative research method, which is a research method that focuses on the analysis of applicable legal norms, both in statutory regulations and court practice. This research aims to analyze the legal considerations of the panel of judges in deciding divorce lawsuits caused by domestic disputes, by referring to relevant legal regulations and court decisions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the panel of judges' legal considerations regarding divorce lawsuits caused by domestic disputes are very complex and involve various legal, social and psychological factors. Limitations in Analyzing Psychological and Social Factors: Judges' considerations often involve deep psychological factors related to family dynamics, but these factors are difficult to analyze objectively by relying solely on legal documents and court decisions. This research has the potential to make a significant contribution to improving family law practice in Indonesia, improving existing legal processes, and having a positive impact on individuals and communities involved in divorce
 
 

This study aims to examine how the law of fulfilling maintenance for long-distance couples, both material and spiritual, is viewed in Koncer Kidul Village, Tenggarang Subdistrict, Bondowoso Regency, from the perspective of the Syafi’i school of thought. The methodology used is qualitative with a case study approach, where data was collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies. The research results indicate several legal considerations regarding the fulfillment of maintenance for long-distance couples in the village, influenced by factors such as needs and existing debts. It is hoped that this research can serve as a consideration for the community to carefully think about engaging in long-distance relationships.

Extortion by illegal parking attendants is very troubling to the community, especially motorists, and law enforcement should be carried out. Based on the description above, the author is interested in making the problem a research entitled Restorative Justice as an Approach in Law Enforcement Against Perpetrators of Extortion Crimes. This journal aims to describe and analyze the factors that cause the crime of extortion and the role of restorative justice as a method of law enforcement against the perpetrators of the crime of extortion. The research method used in this study is empirical juridical research. There are several factors that cause the occurrence of extortion crimes, namely economic, environmental, educational, lack of supervision and law enforcement and lack of legal awareness in the community. The Medan Sunggal Police enforce the law through alternative or restorative justice. Restorative justice is the settlement of criminal cases by involving the perpetrator, the victim, the perpetrator/victim's family, and other related parties to jointly seek a fair settlement by emphasizing restoration to the original state, and not retaliation.

In a company, it will always be connected to third parties and want to protect the company that is run honestly ("te goeder trouw"), so the legality of a company is important in business activities. The legality of a company or business entity is the most important element, because legality is the identity that legalizes or validates a business entity so that it is recognized by the public. The legality of the company must be valid according to laws and regulations, where the company is protected or covered by various documents until it is legal in the eyes of the law. Forms of Company Legality There are several types of identities that legalize a business entity, including: company name, company brand, and trade business license. While the benefits of company legality are as a means of legal protection, a means of promotion, proof of compliance with the law, making it easier to get a project and facilitating business development. The large number of companies that are established without legalizing the company is very detrimental to other companies that run their business activities honestly.

In order to preserve and uphold the honor, dignity, and the behavior of the judge is required to supervise the attitude of the constitutional judge to fit the code of ethics, so that each judge's ruling will be implemented in order to enforce the law and justice based on Pancasila and the Constitution 1945 asapermanent legal political for supervision of the constitutional judges . Meanwhile legal politics incidental that becomes a choice among others: a) Behavior of Constitutional Judges are supervised by the Board of Ethics established by the Constitutional Court, and for the reported judges or suspected violations of ethic codes of Constitutional Judges formed by Honorary Council of Constitutional Judges who were proposed by Ethics Council, with the task of implementing and serving as judicial ethic; and b) there is no judicial supervision against Constitutional Court's decision as well as supervision of a court decision which was in the Supreme Court through the mechanism of legal remedies ( ordinary and extraordinary).

Children are the future generation of the nation that must be protected, especially when dealing with the law. Law enforcement against perpetrators of drug abuse crimes committed by children has been effective. Drug abuse has a very bad impact on the continuity of a nation's generation. To anticipate this, cooperation is needed from all components of society, such as families, from school to university level, and the government must unite in efforts to prevent narcotics in the surrounding environment. Using the perspective of Law Number 35 of 2009, this study attempts to analyze how narcotics crimes committed by children are prosecuted legally. Drug abuse is a serious crime that can endanger the security and sovereignty of the state, as well as the growth and future of the state, according to a normative legal approach that includes analysis of laws and regulations and previous events. Illegal drug use is prohibited, according to Law Number 35 of 2009. Research findings show that, despite the need for legal action against children who use drugs, the juvenile criminal justice system uses Restorative Justice strategies along with the concept of diversion to protect children from stigma.

One fundamental human need, which requires a highly specific solution, is the fulfillment of sexual desires, with marriage serving as its gateway. Therefore, a man who is already married may go to great lengths to marry again. Cross-border polygamous marriages involving Indonesian women and Malaysian men, conducted in Satun, Thailand, present a complex legal phenomenon. This study aims to analyze the implementation of laws governing such marriages under Indonesian, Malaysian, and Thai legal systems, as well as their impact on the legal status of the marriage, women's rights, and legal recognition in each country. The findings reveal that cross-border marriages often fail to fulfill registration procedures in the home country, rendering them legally unrecognized in Indonesia and Malaysia. In Thailand, Islamic law applied in Satun permits polygamy, but such recognition is local and does not automatically extend across national borders. This study recommends strengthening legal cooperation among countries to provide better legal protection for couples and related parties involved in cross-border marriages.
 
 

The legal framework has significant potential to address cybercrime with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI), which increases the efficiency of detecting, investigating and prosecuting increasingly sophisticated cybercriminals. This technology can perform big data analysis, pattern recognition and identification of suspicious behavior, but the legal framework needs to be updated to cover new crimes such as AI-based fraud and automated cyberattacks. The challenges in law enforcement related to the misuse of AI are quite complex, especially due to the lack of specific regulations to regulate its use in the context of cybercrime. Existing regulations often do not cover new situations, thus reducing the effectiveness of law enforcement. To overcome these challenges, legislators need to update regulations and develop ethical guidelines, while international collaboration and capacity building of law enforcement through education and training are also essential to increase the effectiveness of handling cybercrime.

Immigration is related to the traffic of people entering or leaving Indonesian territory and its supervision to maintain state sovereignty. Immigration functions include providing immigration services, law enforcement, and maintaining the security and comfort of the country, while contributing to the development of community welfare. With the increase in crimes involving fake identities or misuse of other people's identities, immigration must be stricter in checking travel documents used by Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals when entering and leaving Indonesian territory. Therefore, immigration introduced a new passport design and implemented the use of electronic passports. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The research results show that changes in passport design can increase state sovereignty and security, because the new design is difficult to imitate. This can be seen from the materials used in making the new passports as well as the designs that highlight elements of Indonesian culture. Applying for an electronic passport does require higher costs than a regular passport, but offers advantages that conventional passports do not have, including a better level of security. Using an electronic passport also makes it easier for the holder to undergo immigration service administration because this passport uses a biometric system that only needs to be scanned.

This research investigates the integration of sustainability principles and digital advancements in maritime law education within vocational training programmes. Drawing on qualitative perspectives from maritime professionals and educators, the study identifies critical areas for curriculum enhancement and skill development. Key findings highlight the industry's emphasis on regulatory compliance, safety management, and the use of digital technologies in maritime operations. The research underscores the importance of practical training modules, simulation-based learning, and industry partnerships in preparing cadets for real-world challenges. Expertise from industry stakeholders informs curriculum design, focusing on digital navigation tools, safety protocols, and regulatory frameworks like STCW and IMO standards. Assessment of cadet readiness reveals strengths in theoretical knowledge but emphasizes the need for more extensive practical training. Innovative approaches using simulators and online platforms enhance learning outcomes and operational efficiencies. The study concludes with recommendations for ongoing collaboration between academia and industry to sustain curriculum innovation and prepare a competent workforce for the evolving maritime industry.
