These studies aim to determine which rules apply to the criminal act of currency counterfeiting. According to this perspective, a unique regulation governing the flow and counterfeiting of rupee currency is necessary for the development and strengthening of the financial sector. Standard research methodology based on statutory regulations is the methodology used. To answer legal problems, this approach uses research methods that examine and analyze the law as a basis. This can be in the form of criteria, rules, principles, theories and other literature. The results of the study show that legal regulations are in place to deal with currency counterfeiting, the weaknesses lie in a lack of understanding and tools to detect them and a lack of coordination between society and related institutions as well as a weak understanding of the law in society.
 
 

The involvement of a third party in a debt agreement as the owner of the collateral object is a legal act that often occurs in society. Not a few third parties feel disadvantaged due to the debt agreement between the debtor and the creditor because there are still no regulations that clearly regulate their legal protection, one of the cases is Decision Number 808 / Pdt.G / 2021 / PA CN This study aims to examine problems related to legal protection for third parties as owners of collateral according to applicable laws and regulations. This research method uses a normative legal approach by approaching the laws in force in Indonesia, then a normative analysis is carried out using data sources in the form of laws and regulations, court decisions, opinions of legal experts, along with existing legal concepts. This study will later focus on legal protection for third parties as collateral owners based on applicable regulations and legal settlements if third parties feel disadvantaged by the collateral object they own. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is no prohibition on the involvement of third parties as guarantors of land rights in the debt agreement process, however, legal regulations regarding the role of third parties are only explained implicitly in Law No. 4/1996, resulting in third parties being vulnerable to being harmed. As a form of legal protection for third parties, it can be done through a preventive process by issuing APHT and SKMHT by authorized officials, in addition, if the third party's rights have been harmed, it can be taken through litigation and non-litigation.

The method used in discussing the formulation of the problem is normative legal research. Normative legal research is an approach carried out based on primary legal materials by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and laws and regulations related to this research. The working relationship between the police functional units in disclosing criminal acts at the Medan Helvetia Police, namely starting from the SPKT Unit of the Medan Helvetia Police coordinating with the police functional units at the Medan Helvetia Police to conduct a crime scene check (TKP); the Samapta Unit carries out security around the house object; the Intelkam Unit conducts an investigation into the case, collects information or (Pulbaket); the Criminal Investigation Unit conducts an in-depth investigation at the crime scene; the Traffic Unit regulates traffic around the crime scene; the Binmas Unit coordinates with the Head of the Environment and local sub-district and the Samapta Unit of the Medan Helvetia Police carries out patrols in the area. Meanwhile, the factors that hinder the working relationship between the police functional units in disclosing criminal acts at the Medan Helvetia Police are external factors such as the lack of public knowledge of the importance of handling the crime scene (TKP); time factors; weather factors. While internal factors consist of being less careful or careless towards an object; lack of facilities and infrastructure for officers; quality of identification officers; facilities and infrastructure.

Analyzing the Legal Considerations of the Panel of Judges in deciding a divorce lawsuit caused by domestic disputes, by examining the legal reasons used as the basis for decision making. Identifying factors that influence the judge's decision, both objective and subjective, such as evidence presented, reconciliation efforts, and social or psychological impacts on married couples and children. This research uses a normative research method, which is a research method that focuses on the analysis of applicable legal norms, both in statutory regulations and court practice. This research aims to analyze the legal considerations of the panel of judges in deciding divorce lawsuits caused by domestic disputes, by referring to relevant legal regulations and court decisions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the panel of judges' legal considerations regarding divorce lawsuits caused by domestic disputes are very complex and involve various legal, social and psychological factors. Limitations in Analyzing Psychological and Social Factors: Judges' considerations often involve deep psychological factors related to family dynamics, but these factors are difficult to analyze objectively by relying solely on legal documents and court decisions. This research has the potential to make a significant contribution to improving family law practice in Indonesia, improving existing legal processes, and having a positive impact on individuals and communities involved in divorce
 
 

This study aims to examine how the law of fulfilling maintenance for long-distance couples, both material and spiritual, is viewed in Koncer Kidul Village, Tenggarang Subdistrict, Bondowoso Regency, from the perspective of the Syafi’i school of thought. The methodology used is qualitative with a case study approach, where data was collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies. The research results indicate several legal considerations regarding the fulfillment of maintenance for long-distance couples in the village, influenced by factors such as needs and existing debts. It is hoped that this research can serve as a consideration for the community to carefully think about engaging in long-distance relationships.

Extortion by illegal parking attendants is very troubling to the community, especially motorists, and law enforcement should be carried out. Based on the description above, the author is interested in making the problem a research entitled Restorative Justice as an Approach in Law Enforcement Against Perpetrators of Extortion Crimes. This journal aims to describe and analyze the factors that cause the crime of extortion and the role of restorative justice as a method of law enforcement against the perpetrators of the crime of extortion. The research method used in this study is empirical juridical research. There are several factors that cause the occurrence of extortion crimes, namely economic, environmental, educational, lack of supervision and law enforcement and lack of legal awareness in the community. The Medan Sunggal Police enforce the law through alternative or restorative justice. Restorative justice is the settlement of criminal cases by involving the perpetrator, the victim, the perpetrator/victim's family, and other related parties to jointly seek a fair settlement by emphasizing restoration to the original state, and not retaliation.

Children are the future generation of the nation that must be protected, especially when dealing with the law. Law enforcement against perpetrators of drug abuse crimes committed by children has been effective. Drug abuse has a very bad impact on the continuity of a nation's generation. To anticipate this, cooperation is needed from all components of society, such as families, from school to university level, and the government must unite in efforts to prevent narcotics in the surrounding environment. Using the perspective of Law Number 35 of 2009, this study attempts to analyze how narcotics crimes committed by children are prosecuted legally. Drug abuse is a serious crime that can endanger the security and sovereignty of the state, as well as the growth and future of the state, according to a normative legal approach that includes analysis of laws and regulations and previous events. Illegal drug use is prohibited, according to Law Number 35 of 2009. Research findings show that, despite the need for legal action against children who use drugs, the juvenile criminal justice system uses Restorative Justice strategies along with the concept of diversion to protect children from stigma.

One fundamental human need, which requires a highly specific solution, is the fulfillment of sexual desires, with marriage serving as its gateway. Therefore, a man who is already married may go to great lengths to marry again. Cross-border polygamous marriages involving Indonesian women and Malaysian men, conducted in Satun, Thailand, present a complex legal phenomenon. This study aims to analyze the implementation of laws governing such marriages under Indonesian, Malaysian, and Thai legal systems, as well as their impact on the legal status of the marriage, women's rights, and legal recognition in each country. The findings reveal that cross-border marriages often fail to fulfill registration procedures in the home country, rendering them legally unrecognized in Indonesia and Malaysia. In Thailand, Islamic law applied in Satun permits polygamy, but such recognition is local and does not automatically extend across national borders. This study recommends strengthening legal cooperation among countries to provide better legal protection for couples and related parties involved in cross-border marriages.

Forms of Company Legality There are several types of identities that legalize a business entity, including: company name, company brand, and trade business license. While the benefits of company legality are as a means of legal protection, a means of promotion, proof of compliance with the law, making it easier to get a project and facilitating business development. The large number of companies that are established without legalizing the company is very detrimental to other companies that run their business activities honestly.
