The reporting system is the presentation of data in the form of the results of activities in an organization as well as data from research results which are arranged systematically, so that it is easier to understand and easier to analyze and draw conclusions from an activity. The method in this research uses secondary data observation. The aim of this study was to determine the 10 most common diseases in outpatient and inpatient care (based on gender and age characteristics) at the Regional General Hospital, dr. Fauziah Bireun, This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population and sample in this study are medical record recap data from January to December using total sampling. The results of the study showed that the highest number of diseases, namely Urolithiasis cases, had 314 outpatients, while the highest number of inpatients was Cerebral Infarction, there were 425 patients. There were 1,866 inpatients, based on the age range of 45-64 years, there were 1,042 outpatients and 958 inpatients. It is hoped that future researchers will carry out further research on the factors that cause health problems and health problems in patients with the highest cases of disease.

Early detection and prediction of preeclampsia are crucial to prevent severe complications and ensure timely interventions, Specific ECG patterns, including PR segment, Q wave duration and amplitude, ST segment, U wave, and sinus rhythm were under study for their potential indicators of preeclampsia. This study aims to investigate the predictive role of these ECG patterns in preeclamptic pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy. Fourty (40) consenting pregnant women were recruited from St. Philomina Catholic Hospital, Edo State, Nigeria. These subjects consisted of  twenty (20) normotensive  and twenty (20) preeclamptic pregnant women in their  third trimester of pregnancy. After the subjects were  identified and recruited into the study, they were taken to the laboratory where their vital signs was taken and their ECG patterns recorded with ECG machine. Data obtained from this study were analysed using Graph Pad Prism 9. Results generated were expressed as mean ± SEM and a P-value of ? 0.05 were considered statistically significant. results from this present study show no significant differences were observed in the P-R segment, R-R interval, Q wave duration, Q wave amplitude The study underscores the multifactorial nature of cardiovascular changes in preeclampsia and highlights the potential of ECG parameters in aiding early detection, risk stratification, and management of the condition, despite  parameters showing no significant differences. However, PR Segment, Q Wave duration and amplitude, ST Segment , U wave and Sinus rhythm cannot be used to predict preeclampsia
 

Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases and is suffered by many people. Based on Southeast Asian data, hypertension causes around 8 million deaths each year, with cases in Southeast Asia around 1.5 million deaths due to hypertension. Data from the Work Area of the SP 1 Kalibumi Health Center UPTD, the incidence of hypertension in 2023 was 116 people aged 20-24 years. Objective: to determine the factors associated with the incidence of hypertension at the age of 20-44 years in the Work Area of the SP-1 Kalibumi Health Center UPTD, Nabire Regency. Method: This type of research is quantitative using a cross-sectional study approach, conducted in the work area of the SP-1 Kalibumi Health Center UPTD, Nabire Regency. A sample of 54 respondents aged 20-44 years who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 16. Results: The results of the Chi-Square statistical test obtained a p-value = 0.00 for the diet variable, p-value = 0.07 for the physical activity variable, p-value = 0.34 for the smoking habit variable, and p-value = 0.06 for the family history variable. Conclusion: The variables related to the incidence of hypertension are diet, while physical activity, smoking habits, and family history have no relationship. Suggestion: The community can regulate and maintain their diet to avoid hypertension. For further research, observe other variables for the incidence of hypertension.

Dysmenorrhea is a disorder characterized by lower abdominal pain that occurs during menstruation. Dysmenorrhea problems in adolescent girls if not treated immediately can have a negative impact on adolescent productivity including learning activities. There are several ways that can be done to reduce menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea). However, this study only carried out Acupressure Therapy to reduce dysmenorrhea to determine whether there was a relationship between acupressure and reducing the intensity of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) in adolescent girls at SMA PABA Binjai in 2024. The research method used the Chi-Square test. With the population and sample of this study were adolescent girls with menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) in grades X & XI SMA PABA Binjai in 2024 as many as 28 respondents using the total sampling technique. The research instrument used a procedure and observation sheet. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data analysis univariate and bivariate using the Chi-Square test. The results of the study indicate that there is a Relationship between Acupressure Therapy and Reducing the Intensity of Menstrual Pain (Dysmenorrhea) in Adolescent Girls at SMA PABA Binjai in 2024 with a degree of significance (?) = 0.05 and df = 1, the calculation results are Sig (2-tailed) 0.000 <(?) = 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between acupressure therapy and reducing the intensity of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea). It is hoped that adolescent girls with menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) will routinely carry out acupressure therapy according to the technique to reduce menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) felt during menstruation.

Background: One of the factors that can affect treatment adherence in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is glycemic results, if glycemic control is poor then the implementation of treatment compliance can be a motivation for glycemic control. Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship between treatment adherence and its impact on glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the Klatak Health Center working area in 2024. Methods: This study used a cross sectional design with purposive sampling and a sample size of 35 respondents. Data collection using the MTAQDM questionnaire (modified treatment adherence questionnaire in DM patients) and observation sheets and then analyzed using the spearmen rank test. Results: All patients (100%) were in the adherence category following treatment adherence activities and almost all patients (97%) were in the diabetic category. Based on the results of the analysis obtained a P-value of 0.628 (p>0.05) which means that there is no relationship between treatment adherence and the impact of glycemic control, with a correlation of 0.085 which shows a correlation with very weak strength. Conclusion: Respondents who adhere to treatment adherence do not affect their glycemic control and adhere to treatment but HbA1c is not controlled, because many factors can affect it.

This study aims to evaluate the completeness of inpatient daily census data and its impact on bed utilization efficiency at Assyifa Hospital Sukabumi using the 5M framework (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Money). Accurate inpatient census recording is essential for effective hospital management, particularly in optimizing bed occupancy rates and ensuring efficient resource allocation. However, issues related to incomplete data entry often lead to inaccuracies in bed utilization monitoring. By applying a qualitative descriptive approach, this research explores various factors influencing census completeness and their implications for bed usage. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, involving 37 nurses responsible for census recording. The findings reveal that human factors such as workload and understanding of standard operating procedures, technological limitations, procedural inconsistencies, inadequate supporting materials, and insufficient financial support are significant contributors to census incompleteness. Recommendations include enhancing staff training, improving technological systems, clarifying standard procedures, ensuring adequate materials, and allocating sufficient funding. This study provides valuable insights for hospitals aiming to improve their data recording processes and optimize resource utilization effectively.

The potential of cardiac markers in predicting preeclampsia, such as Creatinine Kinase (CK) and Tyrosine Kinase 1 (TK1), has emerged as promising due to their involvement in the pathophysiology of this pregnancy complication. Preeclampsia is characterized by hypertension and organ dysfunction, and it can lead to significant maternal and fetal morbidity if not detected early. Early identification of preeclampsia is critical for preventing severe complications, and biomarkers like CK and TK1 can provide valuable insights. This study aimed to investigate the role of CK and TK1 as potential predictors of preeclampsia in the third trimester of pregnancy. Forty (40) consenting pregnant women were recruited from St. Philomina Catholic Hospital, Edo State, Nigeria. Participants were divided into two groups: twenty (20) normotensive pregnant women and twenty (20) preeclamptic pregnant women in their third trimester. Blood samples were collected and processed using a bucket centrifuge at 2500 RPM for 10 minutes, and plasma was stored frozen for further analysis. Tyrosine Kinase 1 was analyzed by fluorescence immunoassay, and Creatinine Kinase was measured using a spectrophotometric method. Data obtained were analyzed using GraphPad Prism 9, with results expressed as mean ± SEM. Statistical significance was set at a P-value of ? 0.05. The study found a statistically significant increase in the levels of both CK and TK1 in preeclamptic women compared to normotensive controls. These findings suggest that CK and TK1 could serve as predictive biomarkers for identifying and monitoring preeclampsia, aiding in early diagnosis and timely interventions

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) arise from prolonged minor and major repetitive impacts, causing pain in muscles, bones, and joints. Hatha yoga, as a complementary therapy, has the potential to alleviate joint pain. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of hatha yoga on musculoskeletal complaints among housewives in Sindon Village, Ngemplak, Boyolali. Using a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test method, the study involved 30 purposively selected participants. Data were collected using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire. Participants underwent 12 hatha yoga sessions over four weeks. The findings indicated a significant reduction in musculoskeletal complaints after the intervention.

Hospital Information Systems, particularly in the outpatient registration process, are crucial for supporting service efficiency and data accuracy. However, RSUD Komodo has experienced several challenges in the implementation of its SIMRS module, including system slowdowns, sudden monitor failures, and unstable internet connectivity during service hours. These issues hinder operational effectiveness and risk compromising service quality. The objective of this research is to assess system performance comprehensively across human, organizational, and technological dimensions. A qualitative descriptive design was employed, involving in-depth interviews with five key informants: registration staff, IT personnel, coder, head of the medical records unit, and head of the casemix team. The findings show that in the human dimension, users lacked sufficient training and adaptation strategies. In the organizational aspect, weak coordination and the absence of standardized procedures were identified. In the technology dimension, hardware malfunctions and slow system performance significantly disrupted services. These interconnected issues reveal the need for capacity buildingan effective tool for evaluating hospital information systems, offering a structured approach to identifying and resolving performance gaps in outpatient service modules.

How Cola nitida could affect the urine calcium and magnesium concentrations of the male human subjects in comparison to the female counterpart were focused on. Sixty subjects (males=30 and females=30) and unaccustomed to Cola nut eating were involved. Their age range was between 18 and 28years. Three (3) sub-categories were involved: underweight=10, normal weight=10 and overweight=10. Hypertensive, renal and any subject with cardio-pulmonary-related conditions were exempted from the study. The normal chamber temperature, (RT=270C and RH=70%), the raised chamber temperature (RT =370C and RH=90%) were studied. Sequel to the foregoing, the subjects sat quietly in the sweat chamber for 20 minutes. The third experimental condition was the normal chamber temperature with exercise (RT=270C and RH=70%) and the subjects rode a bicycle ergometer at 750J/minute for 20 minutes. All of these happened prior to the consumption Cola nitida. Ahead of the experimentation in the sweat chamber, the subject urinated in a container in order for the timed urine volume to be measured and urine was again taken at the end of the experimentation that was also measured in order to obtain the actual urine volume within the given period. Thereafter, the urinary flow rate was calculated. The urine calcium and magnesium concentrations were likewise estimated. 0.5g/kg body weight of Cola nitida was given to each subject and chewed as a bolus. After swallowing, 50ml of deionized water was given to each subject to drink and the subject was allowed to rest for 90 minutes before being brought into the sweat chamber. The results showed that in respect to urine Ca ions concentration, no significant change was observed in a comparison between the males and females after the ingestion of Cola nitida under normal, raised temperature and exercise experimental conditions. As regards urine Mg ions concentration, no significant change was observed in a comparison between the males and females after the ingestion of Cola nitida under normal and exercise experimental conditions. However, there was a significant increase in Mg ions concentration in the female UW and NW subjects compared to the males after the consumption of Cola nitida under raised temperature condition.
