The Personnel Information System at the Jayapura City Transportation Office aims to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing personnel data. In today's digital era, manual data management has limitations that affect the speed and accuracy of information. Therefore, a computerized information system is necessary for better management of employee data. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the personnel information system at the Jayapura City Transportation Office, as well as evaluate its impact on personnel administration performance. The methods used in this study include direct observation of the system in use, interviews with staff and system managers, and analysis of the system's effectiveness in improving data management. The system was evaluated in terms of its ability to streamline administrative tasks, facilitate easy access to personnel data, and enhance overall efficiency in managing personnel information. The results of the study indicate that the system has successfully optimized employee data management, improved administrative efficiency, and made access to information faster and more accurate. However, some obstacles were identified, such as the need for further training for staff to use the system optimally and occasional technical issues with system integration. Despite these challenges, the personnel information system has proven to be an essential tool for improving the overall performance of the personnel administration at the Jayapura City Transportation Office. The study concludes with recommendations for further system enhancements and the importance of ongoing staff training to ensure the system's continued success.

Effective, efficient and structured management of personnel data is an important requirement to support smooth administration and operations in the government environment. This study aims to design and implement a technology-based personnel data management system at the Limapuluh Subdistrict Office, Batu Bara Regency. This system is designed to overcome various problems that arose in previous manual systems, such as data duplication, slow administration processes, and the risk of data loss. The methods used include system requirements analysis through interviews, application-based system design using the Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Sequence Diagram and Class Diagram models, as well as system implementation on available devices. The main features developed include employee data recording, digital attendance, work schedule management, and automatic reporting. The implementation results show that the new system is able to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel data management, speed up the administration process, and increase data security. By training administrative staff, this system also strengthens the human resource management capabilities of the Fifty District Head Office. It is hoped that this research can be a solution and reference for other government agencies that want to digitize personnel data management.

The Electronic Medical Record Information System (RME) is an information technology solution used to manage patient medical record data digitally, replacing manual recording systems that are prone to errors and data loss. This report discusses the design and implementation of the Electronic Medical Record Information System (RME) at the Community Health Center, which aims to increase efficiency, accuracy and security in managing patient medical records. This system includes recording medical data, treatment history, diagnosis, drug prescriptions, as well as integration with other health service systems. With RME, the medical service process at the Community Health Center is expected to be faster, more transparent and organized. This research uses a web-based system development method with database-based programming, which allows medical record data to be managed centrally and easily accessed by authorized medical personnel. The results of implementing this system show a significant increase in speed of service as well as a reduction in administrative and medical errors.

Currently, buying and selling transactions in the marketplace are in great demand and are popular with the public. One of the applications most often used by the public is Shopee. By using a digital marketing strategy in the Shopee marketplace, selling products without having to meet face to face with consumers becomes very easy. Business actors also try to apply efficient tactics to influence the level of consumer buying interest. The safety and security of toll road users is a very important issue in road infrastructure management. In order to improve monitoring and response to potential dangers, smart CCTV technology can be an effective solution. This research aims to develop a smart CCTV detection system that can detect events that endanger safety, such as accidents or traffic disturbances. This system uses image processing technology and artificial intelligence to analyze CCTV footage in real-time and provide immediate warnings to security officers. Test results show that this system can detect events quickly and accurately, improving response and decision making to improve toll road safety. This system also allows for more efficient monitoring by reducing reliance on manual monitoring.
 
 

This research aims to analyze the role of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation in increasing customer loyalty in the digital era. With the rapid advancement of technology, CRM has become an essential component of an effective digital marketing strategy. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach involving several companies that use CRM as a strategy to maintain and increase customer loyalty. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, surveys and secondary data analysis from companies using CRM platforms. Research findings reveal that effective CRM implementation—through personalization, regular communication, and leveraging customer data—can significantly increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, this research highlights that the use of CRM allows companies to better understand customer needs and preferences, thereby providing more customized services. As a result, implementing CRM in the digital era has proven to be an important strategy for businesses to compete in an increasingly competitive market.
 

In Indonesia, people with disabilities are often overlooked and underestimated because they do not have perfect physical abilities to do certain jobs or activities. The majority of them come from underprivileged families and are often underdeveloped. The unstructured process of distributing assistance can result in the assistance provided is not in accordance with the needs, so it is not optimal in improving the welfare of persons with disabilities. In addition, without a clear grouping, it is difficult for the government to design a more specific and targeted assistance program. Therefore, to overcome this problem, the agency needs to have an additional system to be able to assist in overcoming the problem of disability assistance recipients, namely by using the clustering method to group beneficiary data based on age, type of disability, and type of assistance. Thus, this clustering is expected to provide information and a clearer picture of the needs of each disability group, so that the assistance program provided can be distributed more optimally according to what people with disabilities need. After calculating using the existing cluster formula4, iteration 2 is the same as in iteration 1 and there is no data that moves groups anymore so the calculation can be stopped. So that a cluster graph can be made grouping data on beneficiaries of assistance for disabilities in Binjai City using the K-Means algorithm clustering method.

This research aims to design and build a tool for detecting and repelling pests on kale plants using Passive Infrared (PIR) sensors and Internet of Things (IoT) based pesticide liquid which can be controlled via the Telegram application. This system works by detecting the movement of pests using a PIR sensor, which then activates the mechanism for automatically spraying pesticide liquid to repel pests. Users can monitor and control this tool in real-time via Telegram, providing flexibility in plant monitoring. Data from sensors is sent to the IoT platform and integrated with Telegram to provide remote notifications and control. Test results show that this tool can detect the presence of pests with high accuracy and is effective in repelling pests from the kale plant area. It is hoped that the implementation of this tool can help farmers maintain the quality and quantity of their kale harvest in a more efficient and environmentally friendly manner.

This research aims to develop an application for recommending safe and suitable skincare products for pregnant women. The application is built using the prototype method and implemented with the Python programming language using the Flask framework. The study encompasses product categories from Drw Skincare, including serums, toners, shampoos, body care products, facial washes, and creams. The system provides options for users to select categories of skincare ingredients they desire. The application issues warnings about skincare ingredients that should be avoided during pregnancy, such as retinol and specific acids. The end result is a list of recommended skincare products containing ingredients that align with the user's selected criteria. Each product is accompanied by comprehensive information about its ingredients and advice. Users can utilize search and advanced filtering features to find skincare products based on product types and brands. The application offers clear user guidance and an intuitive interface, enabling users to navigate and use the application comfortably. It is expected that this application can assist pregnant women in choosing safe and effective skincare products while providing a better understanding of skincare during pregnancy.

Nasal hypertrophy is a swelling that occurs in the nasal concha. This condition is caused because the inferior concha has a larger anatomical size when compared to the other concha structures. The process of diagnosing nasal hypertrophy often requires high clinical skills and experience. RSU Putri Bidadari is one of the hospitals that treats Nasal Hypertrophy disease in patients. Nose hypertrophy disease has several symptoms that are felt which are usually caused by several factors such as exposure to certain allergens, chronic sinus infections, or a family history of similar nasal problems, so several diagnostic tests are needed that can confirm the diagnosis, such as nasal endoscopy to see directly the condition inside the nose, medical imaging such as CT scan or MRI to evaluate the structure of the nose in more detail, or allergy tests to identify the causative allergen. From the above problems, patients really need a system that becomes a recommendation in helping provide information about nasal hypertrophy disease that can diagnose early and take further action to prevent nasal hypertrophy disease. By using the certainty factor method, information from the steps above can be systematically analyzed to determine the level of confidence in the diagnosis of nasal hypertrophy. These factors can be assessed based on severity, presence of typical symptoms, correlation with risk factors, and results of physical examination and diagnostic tests. Based on the results of the CF calculation, the highest value is in the type of nasal hypertrophy disease with the type of Septal Deviation disease having a value of 1 or 100%, in the type of Rhinitis disease having a value of 94.24% and in the type of sinusitis disease having a value of 85.60%. From the results obtained, the system identifies that the patient has nasal hypertrophy with Septal Deviation type by 100%.
