This study examines strategies to increase financial literacy to encourage the growth of MSME financial performance in Semarang Regency. Using a qualitative approach, the study involved 120 MSMEs with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and focus group discussions. The results of the study show that the condition of financial literacy is still low, with 65.3% of MSMEs not doing regular financial records, 77.5% mixing business-personal finance, and 81.7% lacking understanding of financial products. Structured mentoring programs with a holistic approach have proven to be effective in increasing the financial management capacity of MSMEs, marked by an increase in turnover (35.2%), operational efficiency (24.7%), and access to capital (19.8%). Multi-stakeholder collaboration and digital technology integration are key factors in the success of the program. The research results in a financial literacy development framework that can be adapted for implementation in other regions.

This study aims to analyze the role of work-life balance in reducing work stress and improving hotel employee productivity in Semarang Regency. Using a quantitative approach and explanatory research design, the study involved 271 hotel employees selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis with AMOS 26. The results showed that work-life balance had a significant negative effect on work stress (? = -0.542, p < 0.01) and a significant positive effect on work productivity (? = 0.384, p < 0.01). Work stress was proven to partially mediate the relationship between work-life balance and work productivity, with a mediation proportion of 39.6% confirmed through the Sobel test (z = 4.876, p < 0.01). These findings imply the importance of developing policies and programs that support hotel employees' work-life balance to increase productivity through reduced work stress levels.

This study discusses the construction system in Japan from the perspective of Sharia business management. Japan is known for its high construction standards, advanced technology, and disciplined work system. The study aims to analyze how Sharia business principles can be applied in the construction industry in Japan, particularly in workforce management, finance, and business ethics. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this research explores the firsthand experiences of construction workers in Japan and the policies that support Sharia business practices in the industry. The findings indicate that there are opportunities to implement Sharia concepts in human resource management and financial transparency.

The goal of this research is to examine the impact of organizational culture and servant leadership on employee loyalty at PT Hiend Digital Media. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method with saturated sampling as the technique for selecting the sample. The research location is at PT Hiend Digital Media, and the respondents consist of 45 employees who have worked there. The analysis methods used in this study include SPSS 22 for validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and determination coefficient were employed to test the hypotheses. Based on the results, it can be concluded that organizational culture has a significant positive influence on employee loyalty. However, servant leadership does not significantly influence employee loyalty at PT Hiend Digital Media. The f-test results show that employee loyalty is simultaneously influenced by organizational culture and servant leadership.

Research aims: This study aims to examine the impact of Competency-Based Human Resource Management (CBHRM) on the performance of millennial employees in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) sector in Batam, Indonesia. Additionally, the research investigates the role of personal values as a moderating variable in the relationship between CBHRM and employee performance. Design/Methodology/Approach: A quantitative research method was used, collecting data from 86 millennial employees through structured questionnaires. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Research findings: CBHRM significantly improves millennial employee performance and influences personal values. However, personal values do not directly affect performance but strengthen the impact of CBHRM. This highlights the importance of integrating CBHRM with value-based HR policies to optimize workforce productivity. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study provides empirical evidence of CBHRM’s effectiveness and expands knowledge on how personal values interact with HRM practices to enhance employee performance. Practitioners/Policy Implications: Organizations should integrate CBHRM with value-driven leadership and training programs to maximize employee engagement. Policymakers should promote CBHRM adoption to address workforce skill gaps in technology-driven industries. Research Limitations/Implications: This study is limited to a single ISP company in Indonesia, which may restrict the generalizability of the findings. Future research should expand the sample size and explore other industries to validate the results. Additionally, further studies should investigate the influence of other moderating variables such as leadership style and organizational culture on the CBHRM-performance relationship

This study examines the effectiveness of Management Information Systems (MIS) in environmental permit administration within the Environmental Agency of Makassar City during the 2023-2024 period. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the research integrates several theoretical frameworks including Systems Theory, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Resource-Based View (RBV), Diffusion of Innovations, and Contingency Theory to comprehensively evaluate MIS performance. Through in-depth interviews with 35 respondents, direct observations, and documentation analysis over six months, the research identifies the impact of MIS implementation on environmental governance. Findings reveal significant improvements in processing efficiency (42% time reduction), administrative error reduction (67% decrease), and enhanced stakeholder engagement (53% increase in public participation). Nevertheless, challenges persist in regulatory alignment, technical reliability (12% system downtime), and user adaptation (23% of staff reporting usage difficulties). The study underscores the importance of continuous system optimization, targeted training, and cross-departmental integration for sustainable environmental governance. Theoretical contributions include an integrated MIS evaluation model for environmental administration contexts, while practical implications offer recommendations for technology-based permitting process improvements. Research limitations include a single geographic focus and relatively short observation period, suggesting the need for future longitudinal and comparative studies.

The inability of the organization to act in a socially responsible manner and to see why it should act morally has been pointed out by numerous social critics. The tremendous pressure from different interest groups has been assigned by commercial organizations to recognize and address the social issues in which they have a direct stake. The relationship between corporate social responsibility and organizational performance is identified and examined in this study. Nowadays, the majority of businesses employ social responsibility to enhance their reputation, generate revenue, and stay in business. A thorough explanation of social responsibility was provided, including its definition, mode, school of thought, dimensions of involvement, limitations, ways to improve it, and relevance to individuals, organizations, and society at large. One hypothesis was developed to give the opinions of other writers and authors on the topic direction and emphasis in order to conduct this study successfully and efficiently. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of financial technology and social influence partially and simultaneously on financial behavior of outsourced workers in Batam City. The method used in this research uses a method, namely the type of research used in this research is a quantitative research method. This research uses an analytical tool is SPSS Version 23. The population in this study was all students at Stambuk Potensi Utama University in 2023 totaling 1253 students. The population in this study are all outsourced workers scattered in Batam City whose numbers cannot be known and recorded with certainty. The sampling method in this study uses accidental sampling technique. By using the Zikmund formula, the final sample size used was 100 people. The results of this research are (1) Financial technology partially has a positive and significant effect on financial behaviour, (2) Social influence partially has a positive and significant effect on financial behaviour (3) Financial technology and social influence together or simultaneously have a positive effect and significant to the financial behavior of outsourced workers in Batam City.

A healthy and charming personality is an important element in socializing in the family, society and organization. Efforts that need to be developed so that the personality is charming must function fully by recognizing the weaknesses and strengths that are owned such as being open to experience, self-confident, living existentially, having a sense of freedom, physical and spiritual needs are met, and being able to develop oneself.
