1. Article Submission Manuscript Submission: Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission system. Initial Review: The editor conducts an initial review to ensure that the manuscript meets the journal's writing guidelines and established scope. 2. Editor Selection Initial Evaluation: The editor evaluates the manuscript to determine whether it aligns with the journal's focus and scope. Initial Decision: The editor decides whether the manuscript will be forwarded to peer reviewers or rejected. If the manuscript is not suitable, the editor will inform the author with the reason for the rejection. 3. Selection of Reviewer Reviewer Selection: The editor selects reviewers who have expertise in the field relevant to the manuscript's topic. Review Invitation: The editor invites reviewers to evaluate the manuscript. Reviewers can accept or decline invitations based on their availability and expertise. 4. Review Process Double-Blind Review: This journal uses a double-blind review system, where the identities of the authors and reviewers are kept confidential from each other. Reviewer Assessment: Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on several criteria, including originality, methodology, significance, conclusions, and adherence to journal writing guidelines. Review Report: The reviewer provides a report that includes constructive comments and recommendations for the editor, such as: Accepted: The manuscript can be accepted without revisions. Minor Revision: The manuscript requires minor revisions before it can be accepted. Major Revision: The manuscript requires significant revisions and needs to be resubmitted for further review. Rejected: The manuscript is not suitable for publication in this journal. 5. Editor's Decision Review Evaluation: The editor assesses the report from the reviewer and makes a decision based on that assessment. Communication with the Author: The editor sends the decision to the author, along with the reviewer's comments for revision guidance if necessary. 6. Revision by the Author Manuscript Revision: The author revises the manuscript according to the suggestions and comments of the reviewer. Resubmission: The author resubmits the revised manuscript through the online submission system. 7. Reassessment Re-review: The revised manuscript can be sent back to the original reviewer for re-evaluation or assessed by the editor, depending on the extent of the required revisions. Final Decision: The editor makes the final decision based on the results of the re-evaluation. 8. Production and Publishing Editing: The accepted manuscript enters the editing stage, which includes copy-editing, layout, and proofreading. Publication: Approved articles are published in the relevant journal issue and are openly available on the journal's website. 9. Rights and Obligations of the Reviewer Objectivity: Reviewers must provide objective and constructive assessments. Confidentiality: Information regarding the reviewed manuscript must be kept confidential. Eligibility: Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and decline the review invitation if they feel incompetent to assess the manuscript.
