Corruption is a problem that needs to be taken seriously and is a legal issue in every country in the world, including Indonesia. The disease of corruption is increasingly rampant. The seriousness of the government in overcoming criminal acts of corruption is the establishment of Law Number 31 of 1999 as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes. The formulation of the problem discussed in writing this thesis is Regarding the Application of the Criminal Act of Assistance in corruption. The research method used in writing this thesis is a research method carried out with a Normative Juridical Approach, namely Legal Principles and referring to Legal Norms contained in the library research method (library research), namely conducting research using data from various reading sources such as Laws - Invitations, books, magazines and the internet which are considered relevant to the problems that the author will discuss in this thesis. The assistance of corruption crimes committed by Widjokongko Puspoyo who helped Widjanarko Puspoyo receive gifts from Bulog partners caused Widjokongko Puspoyo to be punished for violating Article 11 Law No. 20 of 2001 concerning changes to Law no. 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption in conjunction with Article 15 of Law no. 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption in conjunction with Article 56 1 of the Criminal Code. Assistance in Corruption Crimes is regulated in Article 15 of Law No. 31 of 1999, in this article it states that the act of assisting corruption will be punished the same as the perpetrators of corruption in accordance with the provisions in Law No. 31 of 1999 as has been amended by Law No. 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes. In Article 15 Criminal Responsibility for Assistance Crimes in corruption cases is seen from the extent to which the act of assisting the Corruption Crime was carried out. The importance of rehabilitation for addicts or victims of drug abuse is to heal the physical, mental and mental conditions for addicts and victims of drug abuse. This research is included in the descriptive research with the type of empirical juridical research using qualitative analysis methods. From the results of the study it is known that the legal basis and regulations related to the rehabilitation of convicts who abuse narcotics are Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, Law Number 12 of 1995 concerning Corrections, Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 46 of 2012 concerning Procedures for Implementing Medical Rehabilitation For Addicts, Abusers, and Victims of Narcotics Abuse. SEMA Number 4 of 2010, Concerning Placement of Abusers, Victims of Abuse, Narcotics Addicts Into Medical and Social Rehabilitation Institutions and SEMA Number 3 of 2011 concerning Placement of Victims of Narcotics Abuse in Institutions of Medical and Social Rehabilitation. Rehabilitation in Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Centre is carried out in the form of medical rehabilitation, non-medical rehabilitation and social rehabilitation with stages in the form of providing initial information and screening and assessment and In carrying out the rehabilitation of inmates by the Tanjung Pura detention Centre Class IIB it has an impact There is a change in behavior and mentality, The emergence of awareness to stop consuming drugs, the emergence of obedience in worship and the percentage of awareness of drug addicts has increased
 
 

The handling of election crimes is one of the important aspects in maintaining the integrity and fairness of the process of holding general elections in Indonesia. The Integrated Law Enforcement Center (Gakkumdu Center) was formed as a forum for law enforcement of violations of crimes in General Rehabilitation which is carried out in an integrated manner by Bawaslu, the National Police, and the Prosecutor's Office. However, in practice, in the Batam City Gakkumdu Center, it was found that there were obstacles caused by Batam City Gakkumdu Center officers who did not understand their duties and authorities as well as the applicable rules in handling election violation cases, namely investigators who did not carry out investigations in the Gakkumdu Center. This study aims to analyze juridically the optimization of the handling of election crimes by the Gakkumdu Center with a focus on the Batam City Bawaslu. This study uses a normative juridical research method with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through document studies, in-depth interviews with members of Bawaslu, the Police, and the Prosecutor's Office, as well as direct observation of the case handling process by the Gakkumdu Center in Batam City. Data analysis is carried out in a descriptive-analytical manner to identify obstacles and formulate optimization efforts. The results of the study show that there are officers of the Batam City Gakkumdu Center who are not compliant in carrying out their duties and authorities in accordance with applicable rules in handling cases of election violations, namely investigators who do not carry out investigations in the Gakkumdu Center so that as a result of Bawaslu members at the Gakkumdu Center being confused/not taking a stand in deciding the case to be stopped/continued because the facts of the calrification results are not drawn optimally, so that there is a potential for expiration in case handling and administrative issuance that does not comply with principles. This study concludes that optimizing the handling of election crimes at the Gakkumdu Center in Batam City requires a comprehensive and integrated approach. By implementing the recommended steps, it is hoped that the Gakkumdu Center in general can be more effective and procedural in carrying out its duties so that the law enforcement

Joint assets are property acquired by a married couple, husband and wife can act on their joint assets with the consent of both parties. Marital Property Law has an important position in family life even when the marriage is still ongoing. In an activity regarding money loans at a bank, there is usually a handover of debt guarantees provided by the debtor to the creditor. In this case the debtors use joint assets as collateral for their credit agreement. The purpose of writing this thesis is to determine the legitimacy of using joint assets as collateral and the status of these joint assets by analyzing various sources of applicable law in Indonesia. In this analysis, it was found that joint assets used as collateral for credit cannot be processed in terms of assets back and forth until the obligation debt of debtors is completed.

The spiritual and physical care of prisoners is very influential in life, starting from religious life and health. This formation means that all efforts are made to raise awareness and always maintain regularly the existence of religious and health values, with the aim that human behavior always remains within the norm. -good norms. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation of spiritual and physical care for prisoners at the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Narcotics Correctional Institution, the obstacles in implementing spiritual and physical care for prisoners at the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center and the efforts of the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center to overcome obstacles in the implementation of spiritual and physical care for prisoners. This research is included in descriptive research with the type of Normative juridical research using qualitative analysis methods. From the results of the research, the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center fulfills the rights of inmates in the form of providing spiritual care for inmates in the form of religious formation activities and the implementation of worship, while the implementation of physical care in the form of maintaining body fitness through morning exercise, sports, channeling hobbies through art. , recreation with family visits as well as support in providing proper and adequate nutrition and health care. The obstacles experienced by the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center in fulfilling the right to spiritual and physical care include the limited budget of the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center, human resources in terms of quality and quantity, and the facilities at the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center are inadequate. The efforts of the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center to overcome obstacles in implementing spiritual and physical care for prisoners include maximizing the use of the budget of the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center, providing training and using the services of lecturers, maximizing the facilities of the Class IIB Tanjung Pura Detention Center.

Batam as an industrial area which development is carried out by the Batam Island Industrial Area Development Authority agency, has also been expanded into an autonomous region which later give birth to the Batam City Government. The existence of these two government agencies then creates problems in the management of Batam City in the form of overlapping / dualism of authority. To overcome this problem, the government then issued a new breakthrough by setting the Head of the Batam Concession Agency to be held ex-officio by the Mayor of Batam in the hope that the implementation of his duties and authority would be more effective. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis research is first, the implementation of the Mayor of Batam ex Officio Head of Business Agency. Second, the ideal arrangement for the relationship between the Batam City Government and the Business Agency and third, obstacles in the implementation of ex officio. This type of research can be classified into the juridical sociological research type, because it wants to see the correlation between the law and what happens in the field so as to reveal the effectiveness of the law's application. This research uses data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data, and data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, questionnaires and literature review. Second, it is necessary to study Government Regulation Number 41 of 2021. and third, social problems, such as illegal houses, unemployment, crime, and others, arise as a result of inequality, public policy, inability to compete and others. A corporation involved in crimes involving protected wild animals will be charged in accordance with the applicable articles to provide a deterrent effect against the perpetrators. This research aims to find out the types of crimes against protected wild animals and to find out how law enforcement is carried out against corporations that commit crimes against protected wild animals based on Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 1990 concerning Conservation of Living Natural Resources and Their Ecosystems. This research is normative legal research. The data collection method is by conducting a literature review of legal materials whose data sources come from secondary legal materials, namely primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The data is described qualitatively descriptively and then analyzed to obtain conclusions from the problem formulations.
 
 

This journal aims to provide an explanation of Article 5 of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence which states that every person is prohibited from committing domestic violence against people within their household by means of: physical violence, psychological violence, sexual violence. and/or household neglect. In reality, even though there is Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence, domestic violence still occurs frequently. The purpose of writing this article is to explain the factors that cause domestic violence and the suitability of the Perempuan Academy program as a sustainable non-penal effort to tackle domestic violence and its obstacles in Kel. Karang Anyar, Samarinda City. The data in this article was obtained from secondary data by conducting library research and reviewing textbooks and statutory regulations. The primary data in this article was obtained by carrying out data collection techniques and also interviews with a number of respondents and informants. The results of this research show that the factors that cause domestic violence are economic inequality and the community's lack of knowledge about domestic violence. Efforts to reduce domestic violence in Kel. Karang Anyar has been carried out in various ways, one of which is through mediation and through the Perempuan Academy which is appropriate as a sustainable non-penal effort. The obstacles faced in implementing this program are the aspect of activity support tools which are considered to be less than optimal. The factors that cause domestic violence resolutions do not reach the courts are because victims do not want to report them for various reasons. Meanwhile, efforts that can be made by law enforcement officials are repressive and preventive efforts by providing education about domestic violence. It is recommended that all relevant parties, including the police, legal aid institutions, government and society, continue to increase integrated cooperation in dealing with domestic violence.

A legal principle applies to the agreement, namely the principle of freedom of contract, which declares a person's freedom to enter into a contract in a conditional form. As long as the parties agree and does not violate etiquette and law, the agreement will be valid. . The research method used is the normative legal approach, which is the analysis and understanding of law within the framework of this study as a set of positive rules or norms in a legal system that governs human life. This was done by studying books, laws, regulations and other documents relevant to this study. In addition, the collection of legal materials also includes legal material analysis methods and legal analysis methods that adjust should be, as long as this is the method of measuring and analyzing the issues in this study. The application of the principle of freedom of commercial contract requires the parties to maintain a balanced position when formulating agreements regulating commercial legal relationships. If a balance is not achieved, economic actors will limit and avoid liability by including release clauses. It is therefore necessary for the government to intervene to limit the application of the principle of freedom of contract through standard contracts by establishing rules prohibiting the inclusion of exemption clauses and monitoring the use of standard clauses in the economy by economic operators.

As world civilization continues to develop, parents are increasingly unwilling to give birth or have children for various reasons.The research specifications used in this research are analytical descriptive, that is, trying to describe or describe events and occurrences without carrying out hypotheses and statistical calculations. The data obtained will be presented systematically, the data required in this research is secondary data and primary data. This research is descriptive analysis, descriptive analysis, namely research aims to describe in detail, systematically and comprehensively everything related to this research problem and also normative juridically, namely research based on Ministerial regulations, books, along with analyzing Decision Number 45 /Pid.Sus-Anak/2022/Pn Mdn. Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Justice System has the most basic substance in this law, namely the strict regulation of Restorative Justice and Diversion which is intended to keep children away from the justice process and avoid stigmatization of children who are in conflict with the law and are expected to can return to the social environment naturally. Factors that cause children to become perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual intercourse are due to causes in the form of environmental factors, faith factors, Social and Cultural Factors in the form of social and cultural factors can also influence children's views on sexuality and violence. Criminal acts committed by children must normatively seek diversion while still paying attention to the diversion requirements as regulated in Article 7 of the Juvenile Criminal Justice System Law. However, from the cases studied by the author, based on the District Court Decision, namely Decision Number 45/Pid.Sus-Anak/2022/Pn Mdn, the case does not meet the legal requirements for diversion even though the perpetrator is a child.
