OPTIMALISASI FINGER PRINT MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DALAM PEMBERIAN TAMBAHAN PENGHASILAN

Abstract

Dicipline is moral responsibility.Many employee and teacher in Junior High School 3 Jrengik come late dan back to home early. Pandemic situation COVID-19, which all employee  have shift of work actively, so much have influence to insentive income  totall. Forgetting to do a finger print when you come home from school and not being able to use the finger print tool is a daily problem. This can affect the amount of additional income that employees receive each month. The purpose of the study, for the basis of evaluating the level of discipline through an information technology system, is the use of digitally recording employee attendance levels. The research uses the implementation theory of Edwards III, with indicators of resources, disposition, communication, and bureaucratic structure. The results showed that communication was good and carried out intensively. Resource field, well done to reduce attendance list manipulation. Disposition indicators are quite good, namely helping employees to be disciplined. The bureaucratic structure is quite good, always prepare tissue near the finger print tool.AbstrakDisiplin merupakan kewajiban moral. Ada pegawai dan guru di SMPN 3 Jrengik  datang  terlambnat dan pulang lebih awal. Kondisi pandemi COVID-19  di mana semua pegawai dibagi jam  aktifnya di sekolah, maka semakin besar pengaruhnya terhadap jumlah tambahan penghasilan. Lupa melakukan finger print waktu datang sampai pulang sekolah dan tidak bisa digunakannya alat finger print menjadi persoalan kesehararian. Hal ini bisa mempengaruhi jumlah tambahan penghasilan yang diterima pegawai setiap bulannya. Tujuan penelitian,untuk dasar evaluasi terhadap tinkat kedisiplinan melalui sistem teknologi informasi yaitu penggunaan perekaman tingkat kehadiran pegawai secara digital. Penelitian menggunakan teori implementasi dari Edwards III, dengan indikator sumber daya, disposisi, komunikasi,dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi sudah baik serta  dilakukan intensif. Bidang sumber daya, cukup baik dilakukan untuk mengurangi manipulasi daftar hadir. Indikator disposisi, cukup baik yakni membantu pegawai  bersikap disiplin. Struktur birokrasi cukup baik selalu menyiapkan tisu  di dekat alat  finger print.
