People with disabilities in Dinoyo face economic challenges due to the decline of the print media industry. This program aims to empower them through market segmentation strategies in the newspaper delivery business. The methods applied include market segmentation strategy training, operational assistance, and the "Koran Sahabat" innovation development. The main work is the concept of personalized services and ergonomic newspaper bags. The results showed a significant increase: number of customers (150%), income (100%), customer satisfaction (40.625%), newspaper sales (100%), and work efficiency (33.33%). This program positively impacts the economic independence and social integration of people with disabilities.
