Learning Indonesian is essentially recognizing students about good and correct Indonesian language skills according to their goals and functions. Indonesian language subjects aim for students to have the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, both orally and in writing, to be proud to use Indonesian as the language of unity and the language of the state, to understand Indonesian and to use it appropriately and correctly for various purposes, to use Indonesian to communicate improve the ability to communicate intellectually, emotionally and socially, use and utilize literary works to broaden horizons, character, and improve knowledge and language skills, and appreciate and be proud of Indonesian literature
