This study aims to re-examine the mediating effect of credit characteristics in examining the effect of business characteristics and characteristics on micro, small and medium enterprise credit at ULaMM Gowa PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Makassar Branch. This quantitative research used purposive and unproportionate so that 150 samples were obtained consisting of 100 current credit debtors and 50 non-current credit debtors. The results of the structural moment analysis provide evidence that personal and business characteristics are significantly positive on credit characteristics. Personal and business characteristics have a significant positive effect on the level of credit purchases. credit characteristics show significant positive results on credit levels. credit characteristics proved to be a mediating variable in explaining the effect of personal and business characteristics on credit levels.
