Abstract

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) plays a critical role in shaping labor market dynamics in developing economies. Using empirical data from Asia and Africa, the study examines sector-specific impacts and discusses policies to maximize the benefits of FDI while mitigating potential inequalities.
