This research is based on the problem of low obedience and student compliance in carrying out discipline at State High School 1, Pasir Penyu Indragiri Hulu District. This study aims to find out if there is a significant influence of student management on the level of discipline of grade IX students at State High School 1, Pasir Penyu Indragiri Hulu District. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Data collection uses observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The research population is 60 people.
