Regarding the implementation of financial system applications to manage petty cash in companies. This study shows that the use of financial system applications can increase the effectiveness of petty cash management by speeding up the recording process, minimizing human error, and enabling real-time transaction monitoring. This application also helps in reducing company operational costs by eliminating the need for paper and physical document storage. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through case studies at Gramedia World Karawang, Indonesia. Data was collected through interviews with financial staff, direct observation, literature study, and observation of the process of making financial reports. The results of the research show that the implementation of financial system applications at Gramedia World Karawang has provided convenience and efficiency in daily financial recording. Thus, this research provides recommendations for other companies in the same industry to consider using financial system applications to increase management effectiveness and efficiency. petty cash, as well as strengthening internal controls related to the company's financial transactions.
